Powers
Everybody Walk the Dinosaur: Sabrina's DNA has been mutated to make her a hybrid of man and reptile. Her DNA contains a virus that she can infect living beings with, the virus alters their own DNA and transforms them into Dinosaurs. That's right: Dinosaurs.

When something is transformed into a Dinosaur the resulting creature would be a dinosaur that is around the same size as the original and has some traits from the original. This means that she cannot just create an army of T-Rex's, because creatures that can be turned into one are near impossible to find. For example, if a dog with brown fur was transformed the Dinosaur would have brown scales and would likely be a species with a keen sense of smell.

When something has been transformed into a Dinosaur they become Sabrina's minion, with Sabrina gaining the ability to mentally give them orders so long as they are within her line of sight, and they will carry them out until they have succeeded or are killed/reverted to normal. Though even without her orders they will defend themselves if they are threatened. Sabrina cannot order them to do something that is too complex or physically impossible for a dinosaur to do, such as operating machinery or firing a gun. (Disclaimer: When this ability is used against other player characters or important NPC's it will be up to their RPers whether or not they are affected by this ability and if so to what extent.)

Sabrina can't always rely on her Dinosaurs to do things for her, there are times where she has to get her own hands dirty. For those times she has the ability to infect herself with the virus, transforming into a Dinosaur herself. Unlike with others she has a lot more control over her own transformation, allowing her much more choice over the form she takes.

As well as her physical abilities rising as she transforms she can grow any body part belonging to a Dinosaur, including scales, teeth, claws, tails, wings or fins, amongst others. When she transforms she also gains the sensory abilities of a Dinosaur, granting her superhuman sight, a superhuman sense of smell and superhuman hearing, as well as the ability to see in the dark and see in ultraviolet vision. When she transforms she favours a Raptor-like form, using body parts from other Dinosaurs to augment her combat ability, such as the tail spikes of a Stegosaurus.

Skills
Sticky Fingers: Before Sabrina gained her powers she was a thief, and a pretty damn good one. She can pickpocket people pretty easily with only the barest of contact. Though now that she has become Queen of the Dinosaurs she's not much for subtlety and won't rely on this skill much.

Sneaky: Sabrina used to be a thief and as a result she is pretty good at sneaking around. She can come and go unnoticed most places, so long as there's not too much security. She tends to leave the stealth to her Dinosaurs though, and mostly uses this skill to set up ambushes.

Charm: Sabrina is very good at charming others, especially those who are attracted to women. She is not above using her looks or her body to manipulate people, and has done so several times before. Though admittedly this tends to be far less effective once she uses her powers.

Abilities
Endurance: Sabrina has very high endurance. She can take all kinds of bumps and bruises and keep going, even if her bones are shattered and she's bleeding out, so long as she has a good reason to keep fighting. Of course endurance doesn't mean she can just shrug of deadly injuries, and she can still be killed like any normal person.

Physical Weaknesses
Power limitations: Sabrina's abilities are not infallible and they do have limitations:
*The dinosaurs have to be relative in size to the creature mutated to create them, Sabrina herself is included in this rule. This makes it very hard for her to add any of the larger dinosaurs to her army.
*Dinosaurs cannot use tools or weapons, nor can they handle anything that requires thumbs. Sabrina can morph her hands back into human hands to get past this limitation, however.
*An intelligent being with enough willpower can resist her control when they are transformed. In fact in certain situations Sabrina's victims can even use the transformation to their favour.
*Her Dinosaurs cannot obey orders that are too complex for them to perform. Ultimately they will try but they are likely to fail.

Cold: Dinosaurs were not designed to function in the cold, they existed in a period of time when it was MUCH hotter than it was today. For that reason when it gets too cold their ability to function is heavily reduced. If the Dinosaurs are exposed to the cold for too long or are exposed to below freezing temperatures at all they will revert to their previous state. This is the only known way to return people she has transformed to normal. When Sabrina herself is afflicted with the cold either her movements in her transformed state will be sluggish or she will be unable to transform.

Sensory overload: Dinosaurs have enhanced senses that are far superior to any humans. While this gives them a huge advantage it also gives them some disadvantages. They are easily disoriented by loud noises or flashing lights, overloading their senses is a good way to stun them. This weakness also applies to Sabrina herself.

Mental Weaknesses
Ego: Sabrina has a HUGE ego, she naturally believes herself to be above other people and beleives she deserves the world. While her prideful nature is a big part of who she is and is a part of what draws people to her it can also be a weakness. Because of her ego she can be quite easy to goad into fighting by insulting her. Her very high opinion of herself can also lead to her overestimating herself and getting in way over her head.

Ambitious: On top of having a huge ego Sabrina is also very ambitious. This ambition is why she wants to use her abilities to take over the city. Because of this ambition she is willing to take very dangerous risks without a second thought and willingly start fights with potential superior opponents.

Personality
Sabrina is a very egotistical and ambitious woman who presents herself with the grace and poise of a queen and expects to be treated as such. When she wants to be she can be quite charming, winning people over with words and manipulating them into doing what she wants. Other times she can be vicious, using fear, intimidation and (most importantly) brutal violence to get her way.

Because of her rough upbringing Sabrina tends acts hostile to most people, unless they are willing to submit to her. She is naturally untrusting of others and always believes they have some ulterior motive, regardless of whether or not she has any proof to back up those suspicions. Deep down she is capable of caring for people just like anyone else, but that soft side is hidden underneath a dense fortress of hatred and negativity.

History
The details of Sabrina's birth and the identity of her parents are a complete mystery to her, all she knew was that as far back as she could remember she was being raised in a shitty orphanage in Steel City, and as far back as she can remember she had to steal to be able to survive. The Orphanage did very little beyond just the bare minimum to keep the Orphans safe or healthy, so from a young age Sabrina had to fend for herself.

Growing up in such an environment made Sabrina extremely mistrusting of others, acts of kindness were only ever ploys to make her lower her guard and moments of weakness were immediately taken advantage of. To make matters worse kids from her orphanage were often preyed on by gangs or super villains, it was not at all uncommon for kids to go missing and never be seen again. When Sabrina got a little older she left the orphanage and never looked back. She never found out what happened to all the kids there, and she didn't care.

Now living on the streets Sabrina turned to thievery to survive. She started off just stealing food and feeding off the sympathy of strangers, but as her skills as a thief grew and she got more confident she started pick-pocketing more valuable items and performing more daring actions. But as a result of her growing more daring she also found herself in more situations where her life was in danger and she got hurt. The fact that she lived for this long is nothing more than a genuine miracle.

Growing up she only saw the worst side of humanity, she only ever struggled and suffered to survive and never knew any happiness. Sabrina was beaten down and humiliated and made to feel powerless more times than she could count, looked down on for being a thief, for being homeless or just for being a woman. She swore to herself that once she got power she would never let it go, and that she would make everyone who looked down on her pay.

Years later as a young adult Sabrina would start dating men and living with them purely for the sake of shelter, never getting attached to them and moving on to the next one when something would happen to her current partner. At one point while she was dating a super-villain she found out about a heist he was planning on carrying out and gained an interest in what they were looking to steal.

Palaeontologists had recently discovered a fossil with unique qualities unlike any they had seen before, they believed that the dinosaur that this fossil belonged to possessed the metahuman gene. Figuring that something so unique would probably have someone willing to pay a lot for it, as well as having a personal interest in it herself, Sabrina decided to double-cross her partner and steal it for herself.

However she had been too hasty in her preparations and her plan to steal the fossil ended up clashing with her partners plan, leading to the super-villain discovering her treachery when the two of them accidentally encountered each other at the site of the heist. Angered by this betrayal the super-villain attempted to kill Sabrina, who was able to just barely swipe the fossil and get away, but she couldn't escape the building she was in without getting through him.

Soon after he found her again and she was forced to run, she got away again but she was badly wounded. In her scramble to get away she had accidentally broken the fossil and stabbed herself with the broken pieces. While this was a complete accident it ended up greatly benefiting her, as the DNA from the fossil ended up fusing with her own, altering her DNA to make her a hybrid of human and reptile and granting her abilities.

With these new abilities she fought back against her pursuer and killed him after a long, drawn out battle. The battle had alerted the buildings security who came to see what the commotion was, so she was forced to slaughter them as well to escape. After all that she laid low for a while, waiting for the commotion to die down as well as resting her wounds.

Once she recovered she would test out her newfound abilities, discovering the limits of her abilities and finding out what she could do with them. Once she was satisfied that she knew everything there was to know about her newfound ideas she would get to work figuring out what she would use them for.

Remembering the harsh times she suffered growing up and all the people who kicked her when she was down suddenly made her realise what her purpose would be. She was going to use her newfound abilities to gain power and money, enough so that she would never be looked down on again.

Her first step to infamy will be defeating the Teen Titans and bringing Jump City to its knees!
