Powers

Charlotte's existence is a carefully crafted mixed batch of celestial and infernal bloodlines, bound harmoniously by an alien base bloodline.  Reflecting on this, Charlotte possesses three forms that affect how her innate magic potential is utilized.  Each form has their own abilities and charlotte usually changes between forms through focus and quiet chanting (though you can expect an instant shift in any situation where it's needed to save her life) .  Charlotte's eyes inflict a psychic effect on anyone who looks into them, doubling in strength if she returns the gaze.  The psychic effect inflicted depends on her current form.  

-Base form-  Shown above, Charlotte's default form keeps her celestial and infernal natures at peace without fully exploiting either one fully.  In this form, her powers focus on verbally cast utility spells that simply make life easier on a day to day basis.  These include;

  -Clairvoyance: Lets her see through solid objects and visually 'zoom in' on objects up to a kilometer away.  
  -Gate: Creates a portal between an area next to her and somewhere she can see.  Works with clairvoyance and has the same range, but ends clairvoyance after casting.  
  -Mend: Slowly restores a touched object both living and non-living.  The spell works gradually for as long as she channels it through chanting and physical contact.  
  -Bless: Gives herself or a target ally she can see good luck and a 10% boost to their attributes and powers or 20% if she can touch them during casting.
  -Prestidigitation:  Creates a harmless effect such as lighting a candle or producing an aura of music.  

Charlotte can use any of these spells as much as she wants, but they all require concentration and will end if she casts another spell, loses consciousness, stops focusing, transforms, or takes a jarring blow.  While in base form her gaze produces a calming effect.  

-Celestial form-  This form is identical to her base form except that her horns vanish and she is permanently engulfed by a white aura of light she gives off.  This aura passively makes her harder to target with attacks and spells, and inflicts a painful burning sensation to anyone with sinful intentions towards her in a 3 foot radius.  Designed as a deterrent rather than an attack, the damage from these burns is only like a sunburn but does bypass physical resistances. In addition, this form is immune to the effects of cold and see perfectly in blinding amounts of light.  

  -Blinding judgement:  An ability that can be cast at will without verbal or semantic prompts, blinding judgement boosts her aura into powerful deterrent.  While channeling, her body shines brightly and her aura is extended to a 10 foot range.  For the first 3 seconds after triggering this ability Charlotte is fully restored and protected from all harm, and any unwanted people or objects within 10 feet are repelled away.  This ability can be sustained up to 10 minutes and her movement is slowed drastically for the duration.  Blinding judgement ends early of Charlotte is stunned or looses consciousness and has a cooldown equal to one minute plus twice the amount of time it was used for.  

While in her celestial form her gaze produces feelings of fear in direct proportion with the target's sinful intentions.  

-Infernal form-

Taking on an appearance and nature akin to a succubus, this form is geared towards survival and seduction with predatory nature.  In this form her reflexes and stamina are increased to assist in hunting or fleeing danger.  Portions of her skin have darkened and become hardened, notably her clawed hands and feet, to give her natural weapons and an assisted means of climbing with that boosted agility.  She becomes resistant to pain, immune to heat/fire, and her vision becomes much more sensitive to motion and low light environments.  

  -Vampiric touch:  Charlotte's demonic form can drain sustenance from any living thing on touch without warning, verbal trigger, or cooldown.  She only needs to make physical contact to use this power, stealing life from the target's body and restoring her own in the process.  She can use this power to heal wounds and restore energy or nutrients, all at the expense of the host.  However, this power is limited in that she cannot over-indulge with it.  She cannot steal what she does not need, so this power only works if she is tired, hungry, thirsty, injured, or otherwise physically lacking in some capacity.  It takes only what she needs from the host, which can lead to some interesting uses.  For example: suppose she and an ally are trapped underwater.  She cannot breath underwater, but her companion can.  In this case Charlotte can use vampiric touch to steal oxygen from the other and allow them to effectively 'breath for two'.  This ability works gradually, but is much more effective if Charlotte can plant her mouth on the host, such as with a kiss or bite.  

While in her infernal form her gaze produces a charming effect of allure and attraction.  

Skills

While not really strong enough to count as a power, Charlotte is a VERY good singer in the arcane language she is able to speak.  The words carry with them a blissful charm of peace and satisfaction to any who hear them.  

Abilities

Omni-lingual: She can understand any written or verbal language as if it were her first language, at the cost of being unable to speak anything that isn't one of her spells.

Psychological buffering: Charlotte is resistant to trauma, hypnotism, and unwanted psychic effects.  

Evasive spirit:  Interestingly enough, Charlotte can sever the tie between her soul and body at will.  This leaves behind an unresponsive, but still living, body if or until her spirit returns.  It seems her soul is also able to avoid any means to capture it.  

Physical Weaknesses

Physically frail when not in her Infernal form.

Holy items and effects will force Charlotte out of her Infernal form.  

Gags, or anything that obstructs her ability to speak properly will render her base form unable to cast spells.  

Anti-magic effects are also quite useful at disabling the abilities of each form and preventing her from changing.  

Her powers are split between three forms, meaning she never has access to all of her abilities at once.

Mental Weaknesses

Charlotte is mute and cannot speak any language aside from that which she uses to cast spells, and a strange force prevents her from learning to speak another language.  She can, of course, always find other ways to communicate.  

Pacifistic, she will usually avoid hostility and conflict whenever possible.

Personality

Charlotte possesses a very tame and gentle demeanor, being mostly interested in living a happy and peaceful life.  Nice friends, simple comforts, and a stable living arrangements are her main concerns in life.  She's not out to be a hero or a villain of any kind, but her curious nature and exotic features may end up getting her into trouble on of these days.  
 

Family Members: A few direct family members, most notably her mother.  
Place of Origin: A remote corner of hell.

History

The concept was simple; a demon capable of using holy power would quickly rise to an alpha class predator in the depths of hell.  At least, this was the idea Charlotte's mother had in mind when conceiving of her.  With high goals for her would-be child, the demon huntress Hatchaset set out to create an offspring that would surpass her.  The results were not at all what she wanted, but Hatchaset managed to create something she deemed perfect just the same.  

The means of conception was never discovered, and Charlotte would never know her father growing up, but she was always loved and never once felt like her life was lacking.  She was the next Arraseen, a young cosmic race that bred with other species to create genetically stable hybrids.  Their numbers were few, and a new addition to their tight-knit family is a huge deal.  Charlotte found herself constantly surrounded by the care and protection of loved ones in a very safe and coddled environment.  But as all children do, she grew into a desire to see creation firsthand and gain the ability to be independent.  

This came as to some concern from her family, who viewed the gentle and timid soul as one vulnerable to cruelty or exploitation from other races.  Every precaution was taken as they trained her for what to expect on Earth, beyond the safety of her incubating home; but she would never learn to survive if she was never allowed a chance.  Eventually the day came that she was ready to explore and upon finally being given the choice of where to see first, Charlotte chose a human city in California that seemed full for promise to be interesting to explore.

Baased on the information readily available on this app, there are problems which need corrected.


Most of Her Entire Powerset
-Has no stated upper limitation (lifting and throwing a bus is the upper limit for super strength for example)
-Has no drawbacks and enables her to more or less speak whatever she wants into existence

-There is no available counterplay
^One of her applications enables her to learn a truename just by sight
^It is not stated if a player has a choice of their truename, or you arbitrarily assign them one
^Based on the wording, her Audio Filter enables her to circumvent Deafness, covering yer ears, etc
^This implies some method of telepathically enabling people to hear regardless of whether or not her mouth is busy doing something else, which circumvents the weakness it does have.
^Uses a medium that most people can't directly percieve or hope to avoid (sound)


Inconsistencies
-Says demonic half-breed, referred to as "demon" through her app. Which is it?
^Devoting the entire language center of her brain to learning a god language leaves little room for her to ALSO be omni-lingual
^Is immune to Holy Magic, a common and standard weakness of Demonspawn without any explanation as to why. So long as she is HALF demon, excluding angels, Holy Magic would logically still affect her to some extent.
^Her "abilities" are power applications of Physiology- having a Photographic memory is an example of an ability. Please add them to her Powers List.
^There isn't any written information to support her also being immune to extreme cold outside of "magic."


Misc
-Being mute is from a mechanical or balancing point of view, not sufficient enough to allow her main powerset.
^I would assume anti-magic/Nth Metal would also render her main power moot?
-It takes years to learn this Godspeak, and she has no stated age.

*Yer taking quite the liberties with this character from what is written here. "Pacifistic" Demon/half-breed that was fortunate enough to find herself under the guidance of the ONE being in hell with "good" intentions, who also managed to survive being in hell long enough to master godspeak without any of the other denizens offing her or her mentor. Also stating that most people trying to learn godspeak have a normal rate of failure, and she learned it flawlessly somehow. The comments in this section here aren't "issues" so much as observations.
