Main Power Origins: Magic/Mutation
PowersDragon Heads and Appendages:The main source of Twintail’s power and her deadliest weapons, the two dragon heads that protrude from each of her shoulders are completely sentient beings that manage to think and attack for themselves. Both heads sit on a long neck thick with armor-like scales that can stretch about eight feet in length, lined with pure muscle. Each mouth is filled with razor sharp teeth that can easily tear through wood, plaster, soft medals, and certain body armor.
Each Dragon Head has control over one of the two tails protruding from her back, using it in combat to swipe away enemies that somehow withstand their dreaded teeth. Each tail ends with a defensive mace lined with sharp, pointed nails perfect for puncturing prey or enemies. A blow from such deadly weapons can easily destroy a brick wall or knock a car over onto its side with ease. These appendages are what gave Veronica her name, “Twintail”.
Finally, a set of large, leathery wings protrude just under each of the dragon’s necks. While impossible to use in tight quarters, they are effective at getting Twintail up into the air when the need arises. Her average flight speed is roughly 45 miles per hour, with her wings strong enough to take her as high as the clouds in case things get too hairy for her liking.
Golden Armor:A so called “Gift” from her demonic half, the majority of Twintail’s skin has become covered in a thick layer of flexible, yet strong scales. The scales shine and glimmer like gold, but are hard as diamond! They can easily stop any human projectiles, and help Twintail absorb the Electrical currents she needs in order to unleash her electrical Discharge attack. Due to the interlocking nature of her scales, she can withstand a blow that has around ten tons of force behind it.
Electrical Discharge:Using the horns from her head and body as a sort of conductor, Twintails is capable of discharging a bolt of electricity from either her horns or from either of the dragon’s mouths. The discharge takes time, around three seconds to collect the necessary electricity needed to initiate the attack. Once fired, the bolt is as fast as a thunder strike, and can be just as deadly if taken head on. Getting grazed with this attack can lead to burns, and has a tendency to start fires should flammable material be nearby. The electrical attack can last so long as Twintail’s has spare energy in her body. In order to replenish electricity, she must recharge by interacting with electrical items directly. (Electrical outlets, generators, anything with a steady stream of electricity.)
Autotomy:Twintail processes an interesting trait in that she can not only recover from non-lethal wounds, but also replace lost appendages and limbs. So long as the wound is connected to living tissue, then it will eventually repair itself. Certain body parts do grow back and repair faster than others. Twintail’s wings, additional heads, horns and two tails all grow back within a few hours. However, should she sustain an injury upon her true body (i.e. Her human body) then it will take significantly longer to repair simply because it does not come from a source of magic as her other appendages do.
SkillsThief: Before gaining her powers, Veronica survived by breaking into stores and buildings at night. She has grown accustomed with disabling chap security systems, and has always had a penchant for stealing something shiny so that she might sell it for some quick cash.
Heart of Steel: Surprisingly courageous. Veronica would often try to pull jobs no one ever thought of or wanted to do. With the addition of her newfound powers, that courage has only made her desire even bigger stakes in her crime spree, and more prizes to add to her horde.
Adaptability: Using her powers, Twintail and her heads can survive almost anywhere they desire. She can scarf down all manner of food regulate her temperature just fine using her wings and any electricity she has stored in her body.
Dragon Tongue: Twintails is capable with speaking to her other heads, implying she understands their language. The heads often speak in a series of hisses, groans, and growls, but they seem to understand all human language.
AbilitiesPhysical Strength: Athletic. Heads-superhuman. (While Twintail herself is only able to lift up around 90 pounds, each head is strong enough to carry a maximum of 180 pounds and still be unencumbered.)
Speed: Poor. Flight-superhuman (Twintail is only fast in the air. On the ground, her extremities often get in the way of her movements. She has about an average running speed, forcing her to rely on her flight capabilities or her extra heads to cause enough of a ruckus to get her outside.)
Physical Combat: Average (While never having any formal training, Twintail’s powers permit her an advantageous position at the start of any fight. Her tails, claws, and dragon heads make it apparent that every fight is at least a three on one battle in her favor.)
Magic-Enhanced Healing: Can recover from battle damage faster than the average person. Any damaged tissue will eventually be replaced so long as there was no fatal wound. Dragon heads can recover from decapitation, though this takes weeks to do so. Similar situation to limbs.
Physical Weaknesses-Blades (Twintail is still human. Her scales protect against blunt force trauma, but have a rough time stopping repeated strikes from a blade. Should she face a skilled swordsman, her heads could easily be done in.)
-Boulders (Electrical attacks do nothing to large rocks besides shattering them and creating more trouble. Due to her weak own strength being fairly average, she and her extra limbs can easily be pinned by a decent rockslide or rubble mound.)
-Shared Nervous system (All three beings share the same nervous system. Should one head take a strike, the other two will also experience the shock. Because of this, the three heads tend to work with each other to protect themselves from harm.)
-Burnout (It is possible for Twintail to run out of electricity stored in her body. It is not possible for her to create the current she needs, and so she must feed off machines or other appliances to get more. When she gets low on electric charge, she slows down, loses energy, and can no longer unleash her discharge attacks.)
-Holy Magic (Due to her body being shared with a demon, Twintail tends to avoid those who practice holy magic. Though her human body is practically immune to its effects, it is disastrous for her Dragon heads and appendages, inflicting great suffering upon them and thus, herself. She would rather flee then fight a Holy magic user, but will use her human body as a shield to protect herself from the agony.)
Mental WeaknessesArgumentative: In no way do the two dragon heads on her shoulder obey her. They are completely independent minds from her own, and can be rather combative and outspoken in their desires. Occasionally, the three heads will argue amongst each other, distracting themselves in the process. This tends to occur in high-stress situations, or in long bouts of boredom and fatigue.
Three Heads, No Brains: Twintail never put much thought into her plans ever since she gained her new powers. Because of this, she makes rookie mistakes, and rarely takes any caution in her crime sprees. She is loud, destructive, and lacks any kind of subtlety when she commits her heinous deeds.
EquipmentNo set equipment. Tends to simply bring along what she might need to initiate a heist, but does little more than that as she heavily relies on her powers.
«««Cerebral Profile»»»
Personality.Villain, Hero, all of these are simply titles to the woman called Twintail. In her mind she has never done anything wrong, even when she was stealing from others. Rich or poor, it doesn’t matter so long as you have something she wants, she would put in the effort to try and swipe it out from under your nose. Because in her mind, those who take poor precaution in protecting their valuables deserve to have them stolen. Of course, this doesn’t apply to her whatsoever. If she finds even one of her trinkets has been taken from her, then she will throw a huge immature fit until she either finds something else to steal to make up for it, or the culprit who took it. She will fight tooth and nail to keep her prize, but should the foe pose to great of a challenge, then she is smart enough to leave it behind in order to be free or live another day.
A petty person at heart, Twintail has always seen the world as though it owes her something. She constantly complains about her situation, but only uses ill means to improve it. Since she has gotten her powers, her gluttony for pricy items and an easy lifestyle has only grown more ravenous. Instead of selling the best items to turn a profit, she tends to keep them for herself in a manner that exemplifies her greed. She stores her entire haul inside of her hideout, the location of which is the only thing she remains cautious to keep hidden. Due to her petty nature, she will always cling to a grudge so long as it suits her to do so.
«««Personal Background»»»
Family Members: Mother: Lily Blain. (Alive.) Father: Roderick Blaine (Alive)
Place of Origin: Countryside.
HistoryRaised in a caring home, Veronica Blaine had two loving parents that adored her, a small but comfortable house to come home to, a warm plate of food for dinner and a soft bed to turn in to. She had friends, but was never popular. She was cute, enough to catch boy’s attention. By anyone’s account, she was a perfectly normal, healthy young girl. Someone who always had a smile on her face and a goo thing to say about others. Which made her sudden personality shift all the more jarring.
It seemed as soon as she got out of school, Veronica began to develop some horrible habits. She began to develop a desire for strange valuables, and to have them by any means. She began to shoplift from stores, taking small things and placing them in her pockets and bags. But it quickly grew out of control. Soon she was purse snatching off the streets, breaking and entering local convenience stores just to pry the register open. As her schemes grew in scope, she began to round up a nasty crowd. Kids younger than her to serve as pawns to be used then discarded. Should they make it through, then she would give them all a portion of the rewards, while keeping the lions share for herself.
This would eventually get her caught. One of her pawns squealed out what she had been doing, and soon her entire operation was busted wide open. Veronica barely made it out of town, hitchhiking around from city to city, never staying in a place for too long.
Travel did little to stop her new hobby. She continued to break into stores and homes, stealing what she thought might make her a profit or items that could be useful in the future. By the time anyone had time to investigate what had happened, she was already in the next town over, repeating the process again and again. It wasn’t until she managed to smash her way into an old, dusty building one summer night that she found the item that would change her life forever.
She had been scouting a place to lay low for a while. The heat had caught up to her a bit faster than usual, and so she had decided to hide until it moved to the next town over. It was a bit different then her usual activities, a move she hoped would fool the police. The very first candidate was a run-down old building that looked like it was once a bookstore. From what she could see, the building had gone through hell, like a fire had scorched not just the insides of the place, but the outside as well. It was kind of creepy, but well worth dodging the authorities for.
As soon as she broke in, she could tell something was off. Despite being empty, it felt as though someone else was there, almost like they were in another room. Never too careful, Veronica gave a quick search of the building, finding a false wall on the farthest side of the back door.
Inside this wall was a book. Perfectly maintained, with no burns or a speck of ash to mar its beautiful binding. As soon as she laid eyes on it, she was entranced. It was like she needed to read this book, to dig around and find what sorts of secrets lay inside. She read the book, which had turned out to be a long list of instructions to summon a great beast, a monster the likes of which the world had never seen! This book spoke of Armageddon, the end of days and the birth of a new world order…and despite these horrific promises, Veronica was compelled to follow said instructions. She worked tirelessly to complete the first ritual, spending days inside the shop, only leaving to steal food or supplies she needed to finish her task.
Finally, everything was complete! Veronica arranged the summoning circle as the book had instructed. With a few words in a language she did not know, the summoning began!
Only, it didn’t go as planned. Rather than summon the beast itself, the ritual was simply for one of its messengers. A lower-class demon rather than the true master of darkness itself. Another big issue was that the summoning circle was missing wasn’t totally complete. In her haste to finish, there was a small crack in the circle, leading to the energy of the messenger being thrown out into Veronica’s body rather than manifest itself. The demon’s magical energy warped and changed Veronica’s body, turning her into a twisted variation of the demon and herself. The process was excruciating and took well over two days of pure torment as wings slowly ripped through her back, skulls and necks shifted her bones, and scales grew over her skin.
By the time the pain had stopped, her new form as a monster was complete. She was horrified, as was the two new voices in her ears. The voices of the heads. They hissed at her, enraged at her failure…but their spell over her was broken. No longer was she transfixed by the book, and no longer did she desire to serve the dark lord. She had been imbued with power, the likes of which she had never felt before! It wasn’t hard to get her two new partners to go along with her, seeing as they now shared a body.
The once petty crook had evolved into a being of much greater cruelty. No longer did she skulk in the shadows, no longer would she run from those beneath her! All would suffer her wrath, and be trampled underfoot! Anyone that stood in their way would now be fried to a crisp! All she ever wanted was there for the taking!
And she would take as much as she could carry every single time!

“REQUESTING IMMEDIATE BACKUP! WE HAVE A META HUMAN SUSPECT ROBBING THE METROPOLITAN BANK! SUBJECT IS ARMED AND HAS HOSTAGES! REPEAT, SUBJECT-!“The loud eruption of the police officer’s gas tank interrupted his request for reinforcements in with a fiery inferno! The police vehicle erupted in an immense explosion that pushed the remaining police force back, knocking the closest ones over. Panic enveloped the streets as a desk smashed through the bank’s wide windows, followed by the culprit of the horrifying crime scene.
She stepped out into the open, her golden scales reflecting the light from the burning police cruiser, her satisfied smile revealing a mouth filled with pointed, carnivorous teeth. Clasped tightly in each hand was bags filled to the brim with stolen funds, and mounted on each shoulder was the neck of a vile looking Dragon head. The heads reached out and hissed at the remaining officers, their mouths glowing s a distinct SNAP sound began to erupt from their mouths.
“GET DOWN!”Two more electrical discharge’s slashed through the remaining officer’s defensive line! More chaos ensued as fires began to erupt everywhere the lighting struck! Screams, explosions and the sick crackling of flames was all that could be heard…as well as the meta humans amused laughter, watching those she once feared scuttling around like simple ants!
“Delectable! I had no idea frying bugs was so much fun!”Deciding that there was more then enough destruction to cover her escape, the woman extended two massive wings, giving her an intimidating appearance for any of the officers still watching her. With a single push, she flew off into the sky, leaving wounded officers, property destruction, and numerous fires to put out!
“It’s just too easy! If I keep this up, I’m going to run the entire criminal underworld! Nothing can stop us, right boys!?”The Dragons hissed their agreement, happy to be the agents of such destruction. Soon the world would burn just like that street. It was only a matter of time.
