Main Power Origins: Supernatural/Alien

Powers
Feline Physiology- Though alien in nature, many of her features and traits would come off as being very similar to felines found on Earth. She sports a thin coat of fur that covers her skin, and cat-like appendages such as her ears and tail.
Enhanced Strength: Despite her relatively small stature, she has superior strength to a human at their peak, though this is mostly found in her striking capabilities. She has been able to pry back metal plating after digging her claws in, but in terms of raw physical strength, that is likely her limit.
Enhanced Durability: Much like her strength, she has been shown to be able withstand a larger beating than an average Etherian, which comes from having to go claw to fist with super powered princesses and the like.
Enhanced Agility: An acrobatic ace with an otherworldly sense of balance. She is capable of running, vaulting, and climbing with alarming speed and grace. While she is swift on her feet, she is able to dash on all fours for an added burst of speed that help her outpace even the most remarkable of humans. Her natural reflexes are also astounding she is able to catch thrown projectiles or even arrows out of the air with no hesitation.
Enhanced Senses:
- Hearing: Her feline ears catch even faint sounds from afar. Listening over great distances, through surfaces that carry sound, and even recognizing physical tells of people she has met before up close.
- Smell: Able to pick up even the faintest of smells. While this allows her to track individuals she is familiar with the scent of, it also allows her to read people better. Having a poker face might help, but when you start sweating, she’ll know.
- Sight: A keen eye able to pick out details from a distance. She has an acute low light vision, allowing her to essentially see in near darkness.
Powerful Claws: Housed within her fingertips are retractable claws just as dangerous as they are sharp. Not only capable of rending the flesh of superhuman adversaries, she is able to claw her nails into solid rock as well as slice into even the strongest of metal alloys on her homeworld.

Skills

Born Soldier
:
Since childhood she was trained in the art of war. Survival, close quarters combat, and tactical command. She has a level of expertise in what she does that has been drilled into her. She has active experience facing down “superior” superhuman foes and besting them in combat through her tactical cunning and raw talent. Prior to finding herself on earth, she also lead a large battalion of her own troops with a great degree of success which speaks for her leadership skills.
Manipulator:
Despite her cynical and cool demeanor, when backed into a corner or laying a trap, Catra is a surprisingly adept actress. She knows how to garner sympathy of irritate people to the point of meltdown and is unafraid to milk every single opportunity she can get to do so. Once she has what she wants or gains the upper hands, all bets are off though.
Quick Learner:
While she was never one to study hard, she did have a knack for picking things up quickly. She has a natural gift for adapting to a situation or even making use of tools and weapons in the field that may be foreign to her.

Show and Tell:
When not going out of her way to mask her emotions, her body language is very expressive which can give away a lot about her current mood.
Stand Out in a Crowd:
Aside from covering up in layers, there is no real hiding she isn't normal upon close inspection.
"Enhanced Senses":
Catra's senses are extremely potent and with that comes a host of potential issues, chief among them is that they are always on. Her range of hearing is vast, able to pick up higher frequencies than the human ear. Weaponized Sonic technology as a result is extremely effective against her. Extremely loud noises of even a mundane origin can also be detrimental.

Along with her hearing, her enhanced sense of smell can also be an issue. While not all commonly associated smells are considered bad to her, very potent scents can overwhelm her ability to track and pick out finer details using her sense of smell. In extreme cases she may even have negative physical reactions to something she finds especially disgusting.

Mental Weaknesses
Unhinged Emotion:
A lifetime of emotional abuse has a way of ruining some people. While she would like to stay calm and collected under every circumstance, that's just not who she is. She is prone to emotional outbursts, be them fits of rage that range from childlike tantrums to violent assaults or deep bouts of depression. She hates showing vulnerability in front of other people and will often times lash out at even someone who expresses genuine concern for her.
Laziness:
Sometimes you just need to take a cat nap. If she can get someone else to do something for her, she will... and likely complain about it after it isn't done how she wanted. The fact she is so often able to skirt by with a minimal effort in many situations has left her with a sense of les se faire approach to anything she doesn't deem pressing.
Cocky:
She knows and understands how capable she is. Success has only boosted her ego to new heights as she is able to stand up to people she, by all accounts, shouldn't have a chance against.


Equipment
Stun Baton: Standard issue weapon for Horde forces. The main body of the weapon is a long shaft, roughly two and a half feet long, the middle grip of the weapon has a digital readout in alien Etherian script which controls the capacity and function. The head of the weapon is slightly larger and more sturdy, able to be used as a makeshift cudgel in a pinch. It houses a smooth emerald crystal at the tip which is not only the primary source of power, but the main delivery device for the weapons offensive capabilities.
- Shock: Pressing the end of the baton into a creature’s body, the wielder can deliver an intense and prolonged shock to their target with the intention of subduing. This is more or less an amped up version of an earth stun gun made specifically with the purpose of taking down not only armored but superhuman adversaries.
- Bolt: After a brief charge period in which the crystal located at the head of the weapon not only visibly glows, but loudly hums, the baton is capable of firing a long distance bolt of energy that carries with it a concussive force, but also the possibility of a crippling shock.
Whip: Just a whip, made of a tough alien leather. *Crack*
Force Captain Badge: A communicator as well as a tracking device. Currently, it serves no real use as the network it was part of does not appear to be operational here on earth. Perhaps they could be altered to work with earth technology by someone more technologically gifted than herself.

Personality
Catra is a hard girl to define. On the surface she tries to present herself as a strong, confident person that isn't beholden to anyone but herself and in some regards she has fooled herself into believing that is true. Spend enough time in her company though and the cracks will likely be very visible.  An emotionally battered girl prone to wild mood swings with a vindictive streak a mile long. She like to feel superior to people, above all things. It doesn't matter if its in a game of rock, paper, scissors, or in claw to hand combat. She isn't a gracious winner either, more than likely lording her successes over anyone else as a means in which to shut down criticism and silence doubt in her ability.

Despite all of her outward aggression, and likely never to ever vocalize it, she likes being around people, particularly ones to feed her ego. She expresses her fondness in small ways that may not be readily understood. Getting physical with someone or playing pranks, things that may come across as bullying are just a small show of affection from her more often than not. Generally speaking, if she tolerates someone's presence its because she likes them, at least a smidge, or they have a skill that she finds incredibly useful to keep around, though these are not mutually exclusive.

Family Members: Shadow Weaver (Mother figure)

History
The Fright Zone, a place spoken of in hushed whispers within Etheria. A barren wasteland of choking pollutants and industrial machinery tearing at the very fabric of the planet. But it was home. As an orphan she was brought under the tyrannical banner of The Horde by powerful sorceress known as Shadow Weaver, a woman who served as not only a mother figure but also as a direct superior. She wasn't alone though, another orphan named Adora had also been placed under the sorceress’s watchful gaze.

It didn't take long to see however that Adora was The Horde’s golden girl and Catra, well, she was just another member of the rank and file. No matter her performance or aptitude, it was never enough for Shadow Weaver. So she gave up on caring and stopped trying. While possessing amazing natural ability and aptitude, slacker tendencies, general disrespect, and a sense of mischief saw her constantly on the wrong end of disciplinary matters. She grew complacent with that though, accepting the unfairness of it all as just a part of who she was in the grand scheme of things.

Despite any sense of rivalry, even with how heavily the dog eat dog mentality thrived within The Horde, Catra and Adora developed an extremely close bond. They two girls were thick as thieves, constantly side by side through every hardship that got thrown their way. Even with Shadow Weaver’s best attempts to steer Adora away from her, she was always there to support Catra when she really needed it.

When her friend was finally made Force Captain, she was a bit jealous. The two had completed their respective trials with similar times and grades, but for whatever reason, she had again been cast aside. In an effort to cheer up her friend, Adora commandeered a hover skiff and the two girls ventured outside of the Fright Zone for the very first time… though only one of them would make it back. Adora had gone rogue, betraying The Horde to side with the rebellion forces all because she found some sort of magical sword and had a higher calling… blah blah blah.

It fell onto Catra’s shoulders then to fill the gap left behind by her friend. She held out hope for a time that this would just be a phase. Adora would come back after she worked this out of her system and things would go back to how they had been. It didn't though. Every encounter the two had drove that point home further and further. She took this poorly, as a personal betrayal. Faced with hostility back at the Fright Zone and the loss of one of the only sources of joy in her life, Catra turned her focus on setting about dismantling everything Adora had.

She clawed her way through the ranks of the horde, positioned herself well, and helped to orchestrate  the downfall of Shadow Weaver to take her place beside the leader of the Horde, Hordak, as his second in command. She campaigned hard, beating back the rebellion time and time again but it wasn't enough. They were strong, resilient. The Horde needed something larger to finally crush them. A plan was devised to open up a portal able to cross dimensional space to summon the rest of The Horde forces that lay beyond. When they were close to completing this however… the rebels launched an attack. Faced with defeat, she activated the unstable portal technology, content to tear the fabric of their reality asunder as long as it meant in the end, she won.

When she woke up, she saw stars for the first time in her life. This wasn't Etheria, this was someplace new… strange. Everything smelled different, people were dressed strangely, and this city was an odd mixture of science and nature. She is on earth now with no friends, no armies, no responsibilities, this could be a chance to start new. But there is an itch… a small sensation in the back of her mind. If she survived the rift, the others may have as well. Adora might still be out there, Etheria may still stand. She needed to get home to finish what she started. The rebel alliance will burn still, she’d see to that, personally.

Righto! So the first obvious thing I have to ask is what are the limitations of the "combat" practical parts of her physiology? Things like strength, durability, and speed need numbers to help create a better idea of character capability. Or if an exact number isn't possible, easy to understand examples work- like "can move as fast as a cheetah."

I am working off direct examples from the medium they are from, so it can come across as inconsistent at times due to the needs of the character in any given episode so my baselines are...

Strength:
She has been able to shatter weapons with things like her kicks with momentum based attacks and like I mentioned, is strong enough to pry back metal plating in robots and structures designed for combat, so I assume strong. Strength is not her primary attribute. She is not, for example, capable of lifting a car or hurling boulders. Whatever her strength actually is would be the bare minimum capable of doing the two examples listed. Those seem to be the extremes of her ability.
Durability:
She is depicted as being able to endure blows from someone capable of lifting a tank, surviving concussive energy blasts, and taking abuse from several different sorts of magical attacks (crushing vines, massive waves of water, having parts of her encased in ice, evil Eldritch tentacles, etc). So I would say she is more of the resilient and stubborn school of things and not indestructible. She will still get thrown around, will not be able to perform at capacity with sustained injury, and as far as I know has no regenerative properties so once she is hurt she is hurt until recovering.
Speed:
She definitely does not have super speed. As mentioned above, reflex wise she has been able to catch or intercept projectiles with her claws. The arrow thing likely being the best real example of that given just how fast an arrow is when shot from a bow. In terms of her speed, yeah, like a cheetah seems right when she is on all fours.

It's hard to categorize a lot of this stuff for her because the examples are so varied from the source material. I looked at what she was there, and then looked to a similar character/trope in Cheetah, another cat themed baddy. I think there is a lot of similarly to how Catra is handled in her combat ability to She-Ra to how Cheetah is handled in relation to Wonder Woman.

For raw numbers, just like with Shatterstream, I am fine with whatever staff think fits. I am not overly concerned with the defining aspect of this stuff past the fringe cases where having the exact number on something would actually be relevant.

Hmm the steel plating thing might be "good enough" for an example, since robots are pretty common if you've seen the show. This is the reason why I'm not in favor of people just ripping characters out of other genres and stuff though. I hate having to "balance" it out XD

Because currently there's not many capable of lifting a tank here (pending plot conveniences) I feel like somewhere between 5-10 tons of physical durability would be fine alongside the "filled with determination" trope. Also, if she's a cat with cat senses and all that- she should in theory be vulnerable to extremes of sound and stuff right?

Yeah. I actually need to add that... I originally had it written into her power, but took it out to put in her physical weakness section to keep them more focused and apparently forgot put them back in. I will add it back in once they have been ironed out here as being acceptable.

Smell: While not every smell that one associates as bad would be unpleasant for her, extremely potent scents can be especially overpowering to the point of physical reaction. A strong enough scent I think would also lessen her ability to really pick out the smaller trails she normally would be able to sense.

Hearing: Loud noises are an obvious problem, yes. Her hearing is more sensitive then a normal person due to have it is amplified. Her range of hearing could also cause issues as higher pitches that may not be picked up by a human ear are to her, so high frequency sound had the potential to be detrimental to her if weaponized.
