Powers
Main: Bodily Vibration Manipulation.

- Kate has control over all bodily vibrations, including frequency, motion, oscillation, etc., which enables her to move her body in any direction by channeling portion of the kinetic energy from atomic motion in the body’s molecules in various directions. She does not have full control over her power.

Speed: The main function of her power that she utilizes is her ability to move at speeds much faster than a normal human. At her current skill level, she can run up to 300mph for up to an hour before getting worn out. In a sudden burst of energy, she can push herself to break the sound barrier, but only for five seconds. (About a mile in 5 seconds.)

Accelerated Perception: Kate can process things at a faster than normal rate due to her molecules literally vibrating at higher speeds than those around her. She can make snap decisions with relative ease to help her in combat situations... or to get out of an awkward conversation.

Enhanced Senses: Along with accelerated thoughts, Kate also has enhanced senses; touch, sight, taste, smell, and hearing. With four out of the five, it's not much difference. She can feel the wind against her skin easier and if someone reaches out to touch her, she might be able to sense it before they do. With sight, she has perfect vision and can see just slightly farther than the normal person. Taste, she can tell most ingredients that are in a certain dish unless there are more than four layers. Scent, she can smell different aromas in the room, but she's not able to pinpoint exactly where they're coming from.

Hearing; however, she got the overload in. She is able to hear whispered conversation from 50 feet away. Being in a crowded room is almost unbearable for her, and being hugged means that she can hear the person's heartbeat. The way they're breathing. Even some surface-level thoughts. It's overwhelming and so she refuses to hug anyone.

Personality
Kate doesn't like huge crowds, or hugs, or intimate connections with people. She much prefers running long distances, throwing balls, doing anything by herself. She's not extraordinarily intelligent or anything, but she does her work quickly and efficiently so that she can skip as much of school as absolutely possible.

When not in school or doing extracurriculars, she wanders the less populated areas of town or ones that are at least quiet, looking for things to get into. She would much rather run in front of a mugger and spray them with pepper spray to get back the bag then try to talk with them. The quicker she can get out of there the better.

History
Kate never knew her parents. Honestly, they could very much still be alive and well, but that didn't matter. She never knew them and they had given her up to adoption so they were basically dead to her anyway. The girl grew up around a bunch of kids and had to find ways to get away from all the noise constantly. She ran away on several occasions, but always came back when she was hungry or tired. So she finally decided to stick around and either hide in the attic or go out and find things to do when it got to be too much.

In high school, she started doing sports which were great! Even with the crowd at games, she was focused enough on the task in hand that she could almost drown them out. After games though, she would sneak away before the handshaking and hugging started. She watched the Teen Titans from afar but never thought that she could join such an elite group. Plus, she was doing okay for herself now.

Righto- first and foremost, power origin should be "metahuman." Since hoomans don't casually break the sound barrier. There is a reason behind this, because there are things that could be used against Metahumans much like Nth Metal can be used against ghosts or spellcasters.

Not a problem so much as an optional thing you can do to streamline it, Accelerated Perception should just be accelerated thought process, and can be combined with the enhanced senses. If she can think faster than people, it makes perfect sense that her senses would be heightened to keep up with her fast brain. I'm not sure how being able to hear surface thoughts fits into this though. But the requirements and how not important that makes it not a big enough deal.

Peak human agility- yes because peak humans can break the sound barrier xD

Overwhelmed by sound is purely a physical weakness unless she is also terrified by loud noises, which I'm going to presume is what yer talking about.

So yeah, really nitpicky thing that should be changed and everything else should be fine.
