Okay I am going to attempt to return to the site. Before I do i like to know what I am working with spell caster wise with my characters main uniqueness and the new power scale while makes sense I want to clarify a few things before I truly start this up again. Johnathan grim half originally it was set up more like a power of transformation and a summon that could act on its own within limits see original app for details. Another thing would be the use of his glyphs as I understand it now may not function smoothly as they where essentially bring up the glyph effect happened and cost was more determined by player and story arc needs. With new system seems to be a stamina base to make sure I am understanding I am setting up what I plan to do with Johnathan magic if I have this correct

Low spell: 5% magic (ice shards three at a time per shot about your average spear, low level heal like small cuts basic scythe flight at low volcity speeds channel spells along weapons or activate bullet weakness spell

Meaduim spell: 15% magic (shadow energy slashes max range 500 yards, summon grim side in basic shadow forum most shield glyphs up to 5 tons of force protection acclrated scythe flight up to 45 mph higher level of healing spell like large cuts most battle and gun wounds clean fractures and breaks of bones.

High level: 25% magic plus limits on other spells and additional cost (full on grim transformation with a additional 10% per use of grims strength spell repor locked to only do shadow slash spells does not know friend from for high speeds on scythe up to 75mph with a additional 5% per 10 mph over 75. Near fatal wound healing with only a 50/50 success rate and unclean fractures or breaks when it comes to bones shield glyphs up to 15 tons of force if I remember correctly.)

With a small magic recovery rate like 3% per magic users turn that they don't cast a magic spell.

Do I have the correct concept?

I believe that does work in spirit. However, you could also legally just ask for one of us to move Grimm back into active for you. As any character boot 2 and up is legal.
