PostSubject: Build Up of disrespect leads to farewell   Wed Jan 12, 2011 3:27 pm

So for a while now I've felt that I've been taking a lot of flack or heat for only putting forwardth good intentions. This includes being ridiculed, denied, accused and other things by specifically Emblem, Simca and sometimes other members. With this in mind, I'm going to take my leave from This site and doubt I will return. The main issue for me is the absolute monarch mentallity of those in charge instead of a more for the people/users approach. I prefer sites where the members have more say than this and things operate more efficiently and in a reasonable amount of time. I would go into more detail on the matter but the fact is it's not my site and Emblem can run it anyway he pleases but as of now I will no longer be part of it. I personally feel I've done a lot of good here with little to no accolades for my efforts and am tired of it. In any case crazy moon or Aj now leads TTE. Jak has run off looking for Nightmare and Ben unlocked an alien that took him back home. All my threads can be finished however those I am in them with please or see fit. So ya good luck everyone. I can't promise I'll read any replies made to this thread or respond, although I can be reached on msn: Brand476@hotmail.com and seriously sorry to those who are badly affected by my sudden leave but The site will go on to prosper without me I'm sure.

Dear JaK,

I have, on multiple occasions, stated my apologies for my old mistakes. I have not disrespected you in any way I remember without making amends for it. Last time I checked Simca did the same. I thought we were behind such things. If not, then there's also the option of talking with her, as I stated before. I did not think you'd need accolades for the things you do; A good deed rewards itself.

I think our reasons for not letting members intervene have proven themselves to be just time and time again.

Your decision however, is yours and yours only, so I will respect that. I wish you'll fair well in your future endeavours.

Kind Regards,

Emblem

Well it's been a pleasure sir and I am sorry to see you go. I hope all goes well for you in your life and that in time I will get to see you once more.

Ill discuss with AJ on the leadership of TTE. As of now I suggest that we co-lead the team since Im still operating by cell phone unless he wants full leadership. Either is fine with me. As to the main topic, in all the times Ive seen JaK leave an RPG that he had become deeply involved in, it never turned out good. With the amount of people on the site though, I doubt the fate of the past will come back.

I'm fine with co-leading. Further discussion will be in PMs.

I was completely shocked to read this, but not because I donít think JaK has been picked on a bit; itís because heís such an active, committed, and talented roleplayer. Now donít get me wrong: Iím definitely someone who got on his case for ďbackseat moddingĒ or whatever, and that only makes me feel even worseĖĖjust take a look at pg. 2 of Kaiserís profile! I totally bagged on JaK just for asking to clarify Kaiserís profile (which wasnít even mini-modding, even though I viewed it as that at the time). I can really see that I was being completely melodramatic then. It really shouldnít have been blown to that proportion.

I also want people to know that Iím not saying JaK hasnít done what heís being accused of or that everyone (that mainly being Emblem and Simca) heís named did anything wrong. Iím just so sad to see him go; heíll be really missed.

I just want to say that I've known JaK for quite some time, much before this site, and to see him actually quit at something really shocked me. I don't know any of the details of this because it was never my business to ask. You're right Honest he was always active, committed and talented. I'm going to miss him.

Hopefully my other Caws buddies aren't going anywhere.
