We are still working on that concept. The current staff is a bit divided on that subject, but it's under consideration.

Okay, I can't think of anywhere to put this, though I did also post it on Discord.

Would anyone support the idea of a soft reboot on the site this time around? Basically, we skip like 20 years. Our original characters (our favorite version of your characters) have kids, who are now the main characters on the site. Old characters are still allowed and welcomed, of course.

Imagine Kyte's daughter interning in the FBI under investigator JaK.

Imagine Hotwire's android 'son' using his powers to protect Jump City.

This way, we are not losing any history or needing to repeat things. All your beloved characters are still around and still accomplished the great things we've written about. But now it's turn for a new generation to prove themselves. Ladies and Gentlemen, what do you think of the...20 year jump?

I'd like to support Dar's idea. Recently been crafting new ideas around and wouldn't mind seeing how they come to be.

We aren't pushing for that. Primarily because a lot of people still want to play their characters as they were. We do however thank you for the effort and thought and others are more than welcome to time shift those characters if they wish. If the others wish to do that, that's totally fine. If not, that is also fine.
