Spells
-Levitation spell: Allows the lifting of an object of 1 tonne from 1 foot away. Can be used on both organic and inorganic objects, the spell duration lasts for a max of 5 minutes before she has to put the object down and cast the spell again. She can move the object as long as it stays within a 1 foot radius of her person.
-Unlocking spell: Allows unlocking, unbounding, untieing, unbutton, hacking passwords.
-Lightning spell: Creates a small bolt of lightning from her wand ranging to a max of 11mA (0.011 amps).
-Ice spell: Makes the ground under someone's feet slippery or freezes someone's feet to the ground, stopping movement
-Blindfold spell: Creates a thick cloud around a person's head, stopping them from seeing in front of them, the cloud dissipates after 5 minutes.

Skills
-Cooking.

Physical Weaknesses
-Hazel is human, which as is obvious includes many weaknesses. Dark magic, magic blasts, etc would hurt her just as much as it would do a human.
-She requires her wand and to say words to cast spells.

Mental Weaknesses
-Not often serious about things and enjoys having fun instead.
-Daring and ready to take risks if she knows it'll be fun.

Equipment
-Pilot's goggles (for flying).
-Broomstick (Stallion 5000) top speed of 50mph.

-2 "smoke bomb" potions.
-3 healing potions that can heal anything, from cuts & bruises, broken bones, scars, even regrow limbs all while suppressing pain, however they can't revive the dead or heal mental problems, only physical. It can heal old injuries such as scars. Depending on the severity of the injuries it can take up to a day to heal, cuts and grazes heal in seconds, scars in a couple of hours, more internal things take up to a day. Also obviously you can't be fighting while using the potion, same as applying any bandage or drinking any drink, unless you're very skilled at multitasking or want to spill it everywhere. Hazel also brings some cotton pads with her, its easier to apply it to skin that way.
-2 fear potions, when thrown it releases a gas which creates personal hallucinations for up to 10 minutes, strong willed characters may be able to face their fears or break out of it earlier.
-3 transmogrification potions, these turn anyone it touches into a random land animal for 10 minutes, ranging from a kitten or a bear, an otter or a tiger. Those affected still retain their human intelligence & thoughts.

Personality
Playful, quirky, a little weird, her playfulness may sometimes be mistaken for flirtyness, or, she herself might just mistake flirtyness for playfulness unknowingly. She enjoys practicing her magic and making a living for herself with her skills, although usually playful she can have a serious side and gets very annoyed at people who interfere with her work or people who mock her magical abilities, as she takes those very seriously too, having actually been very diligent and studious in her lessons during school. Despite having grown up in quite a traditional and rural setting, she still enjoys the conveniences of modern life and can be seen listening to her iPod while cruising around the city on her broomstick.

Having grown up in very female dominant surroundings (the only men in her life being her father and uncle) she is surprisingly very relaxed with men, as she sees them not much different to the female friends she had during school, as she could be quite tomboyish at times, although she never thinks about what the perfect date should be or how a good relationship should be, she prefers to just focus on the present and try to work out problems that need fixing rather than fantasising about what could be, although she does enjoy the odd tarot card reading and things like that, but she doesn’t worry too much about the future.

History
Hazel was raised by her parents who were both none magical, but when her aunt Samantha visited her from America (who was magical) she could sense that Hazel had inherited her side of the magical family, Thia, having been aware of her sister's magical abilities allowed Hazel to go to America and start being taught by her aunt, Hazel began learning and understanding the magic of the world, and growing up being aware of magic and being aware of the magical schools such as Ilvermory and Hogwarts, of course her none-magical parents encouraged this and they both understood it was special for muggles/no-majs to be aware of magic. As the time came where she would be expecting a letter, Hazel was given the choice of whether to live with her aunt and wait for an invite from Ilvermory or wait for an invite from Hogwarts in England.

In the end Hazel decided to go home to England and attended a lesser known all girls magic boarding school in Skye in Scotland, a sister school of Hogwarts which didn't have houses and thus didn't encourage competition between other students, it more encouraged teamwork and tolerance with every student in the school, many of which attended because they either didn't like the reputation of Hogwarts, didn't want to be allocated into certain assumed personality traits, wanted something a little quieter, or they just didn't want to learn alongside boys. The Skye Institute of Witchcraft included the typical subjects one would expect of a witch school, potions lessons, flying lessons, magical creatures lessons, herbology, but they would also include optional classes such as Scottish Gaelic language lessons and Wiccan lessons, Wiccan was a popular practice in the school and Hazel took a liking to it and had taken it up as one of her classes. Hazel also met her cat called Sebastian during school who is able to talk to humans, but he usually only talks to Hazel as he trusts her most.

Hazel finished her education and decided that now she did want to see what the magical scene was like in America, living with her aunt until she had enough money for a house of her own, Hazel now lives in a house just outside Jump City, where she makes her crafts which include potions (something she excelled at in school), herbal oils, teas, soaps packed with nice smelling herbs and other nice and natural homey things to appeal to market stall customers. Hazel depends on her garden which has been enchanted to be easier to care for and survive through the winter.

Alrighty then.

Does the levitation spell lift organic objects? Does it have a time limit? How much can she move the object?

On the lightning spell, voltage doesn't really matter to humans. What makes them or breaks them is the current. I'm not asking you to calculate to a fine pointwhat kind of current it should have. But please clarify whether at any level this is fatal. Also, speed of the lightning would be appreciated.

I don't understand the blindfold spell. Does it have a time limit? If not, how does one escape its dark clutches?

The potions should be listed under equipment. It all still revolves around your allowed powers but they should be put there.

The healing potions need an applying time where it has to heal over time. How much time does it take to heal someone? Does it heal old injuries? Mental injuries?

I also need a time limit on the fear potions.
