My Plans As Admin

((OOC: I had also hit as to why but Bloo covered that one mid me typing so I’ll just hop right into it lol. ))

Alright guys so as some of you may be starting to notice I’m now the admin of the site… and I’m sky blue. To start off the admin position is sky blue because it was the admin color before one of the more modern admins chose to turn it red. This honestly sorta always bothered me ever so slightly so I decided to change it back to that sky blue color to also remember all the admins that came before me and to remind me of the people I strided to be like when i first joined that got me here. Anyways there as quite a few things I want to do now that I am admin that i would like to progressively work on.

• Updating the sites looks just a tad to help it look more up to date and fancy. (I will go more into this in a separate thread in announcements.)
  
• Bringing in more people into the staff/Making a new position, ‘Trainie Mod’ (I will also go into this in a separate thread)
  
• Implementing a few new rules and changing just one rule, And don't worry these will not heavily mess up common members that just naturally follow the rules and such they are just to help members who don’t to better follow them. (Again wait till another thread goes up to learn more.)
  
• Working with you all to figure out how to help out the plot and story of the site regarding The titans, hive, over all site plot, mini events and other such thing. I plan on following heavily what would work best based on the entire site’s history with these things, and what you guys all want since all of this is for you guys and to me what’s important is finding something that works for everyone to help activity to go up.

There is of course a lot more i want to do with this new position but for now those are just the core things I have time to get into now and that I would actually be hitting directly first.Thank you everyone for helping out so much and also thank you to @emmz , One of the reasons that honestly I think helped my case of what helped me get here today.

All the changes in look and added systems to help out members were brought up by Emmz in her reply to that pm i sent everyone. I took her word to heart and started to work on the site because I felt she was right, from what ive seen and what she likely has seen as a member who was once crazy active and now i rarely see rp. And i figured if there was any member that could help me figure out how to get older and new members to become as active as she once was she would be one of the few I’d like to get feedback from.

I also point this out to help other members get a good example of, how much your guys’ feedback and word can do and help. Everything you think is important no matter how small you may think it is.I know this due to being one of the members in the past who had been heard in the past and not hard to find out that my concerns were important even if it was a small how are you feeling?

It may sound silly but that ho are you feeling allowed that person to be able to rant and then realize something important which to save time i won’t get into but again every bit does help and I want you all to know that. Its why I ask you guys what do you think? So much of the time.
