Powers


Force Body ~ Geryon Kusaregedo is an unstoppable force of darkness. Channeling the destructive emotions of fear, anger, and hatred to purge weakness from body and mind and become a being of pure, brutal efficiency. Shaping the Force to his will and embracing the dark side of the Force to become nearly invincible. Shrugging off large explosions, tank rounds, and an overall 5 tons of force.

Force Speed ~ Fueled with vengeance and rage, Geryon is capable of quickly tearing through enemies with a single swipe of his Lightsaber, causing massive damage all across the battlefield in a bloody blur up to 250 mph.


Force Endurance ~ Geryon reaches deep into the depths of the dark side to use the Force to reach supernatural levels of endurance and nurture him with energy. As such Geryon can go weeks without food, water, sleep, or even air. Pain is merely an electrifying energy drink to Geryon who only soaks it up.


Force Telekinesis ~ Telekinesis is both a neutral and common ability that most Force-sensitives have which allowed them to move and otherwise manipulate physical matter in a variety of ways, all with the power of the Force. It has a tremendous number of applications, both combative and utilitarian. While Geryon has been severely weakened his attunement with the Force is nothing short than masterful as he is capable of moving around 5 tons. The downside is due to his deep attunement whenever he uses the force he gains a red-purple aura and his force attacks can be seen by the white ripples in the air, thus people are able to dodge his attacks if capable. The range of his force is 33 yards or 100 feet.


Force Manipulation ~ The Force can have a strong influence on the weak-minded [NPC]. From coercing one into agreement by suggestion, rebel their information, It could also be used to appeal to a sensory impression for distraction or cause friendly fire among enemies via fear or hatred. For a Sith like Geryon they posses the ability to use Force Fear, in which terror is a cancer, devouring the mind from within. Strength, hope, and wisdom are nothing but thoughts to be consumed, causing an uncontrollable shaking fear that would wreak havoc with the target's capabilities. Another Sith technique is to extract knowledge out of a sentient without his or her consent. [Player characters are immune to all this unless given consent]

Force Sense ~ Another common force technique that is used to feel another being's feelings, ripples in the Force caused by momentous or traumatic events, or even impending danger [outside of combat] and see things without relying on his physical senses. The range of his senses are diminished due to the trap but he has a range of 100 feet around him.

Force Lighting ~ In it’s highest echelons of power Geryon has mastered the dark art of Force Lighting. Pouring arcs of purple lighting form from his arms and palms in which he can perform numerous techniques such as Force storm, chain lightning, lightning bomb, lighting burst, or his personal favorite Force Maelstorm where in conjugation with telekinesis he forms a Force Bubble around his body, concealing and protecting him inside. Then, any loose objects/persons[npc] around Geryon would swirl around the bubble, through telekinesis. Finally, Geryon would devastate the objects by blasting them away, in a surge of Force lightning.




Skills


Exceptional Skills

Lightsaber Duelist ~ Due to the weightlessness of plasma and the strong gyroscopic effect generated by it, lightsabers required a great deal of strength and dexterity to wield, and it was extremely difficult and dangerous for the untrained to attempt using. However, in the hands of an expert of the Force, the lightsaber was a weapon to be greatly respected and feared. Among the several schools of martial arts Geryon favors three forms. Form IV: Ataru, an aggressive combat form relying on a combination of power, strength, and speed. Form VI: Niman, a jack-of-all-trades form where it combines the older forms (Forms I, III, IV, and V), and all of them in moderation. In the blending, much of the individuality was lost, but the strengths were spread evenly, and there was little weakness in it. Lastly Form VII: Juyo/Vaapad, a vicious form of lightsaber combat, and was said to be filled with both fury and "malignant grace."

Hand to Hand Combat ~ There has been numerous occasions where he both lost access to his lightsaber, resulting him to go through many fights weaponless and as an result he became a very prominent fighter in hand to hand combat.

War Veteran ~ From the ATC [After Treaty of Coruscant] Cold War, Galactic War, Eternity War, and few others Geryon has become well adapted to the theater of war. From basic knowledge of battlefield medicine, logistics management, tactics, rebuilding infrastructure, and the general experience of war times.

Political Science ~ Not all battles are won on the ground, sometimes victory is earned in backroom deals. Given Geryon reputation of being ‘merciful’ he was the one often sent on missions other than combat. Such as conducting and managing negotiations. Researching, gathering, analyzing and decoding secret information. Track down and recover valuable items. And lastly much to his distaste in the underworld, exchange of goods and services on the galactic black market. While certainly not an master in any of these situations he has gain an great understanding of it.

Crafting ~In the midst of war zones equipment breaks down or get damage and Geryon has his fair share of repairing them. Whether it be weapons, armor, droids, chemical serums, or his own lightsaber. Thus he has gained a decent skillset of repairing or making new things.

Gathering ~ The galaxy has an abundance of variety of exotic resources and valuable pieces of information. So he has often sought out imbued items like Lightsaber crystals and ancient artifacts, collecting genetic material from creatures and plants for medics to use, recovering useful materials and parts from old or damaged technology that could aid in repairs, Or accessing secured computer systems and lockboxes to acquire valuable data, the former being the most common to get into secured locations or reactivate an elevator to bypass security.


Physical Weaknesses

Corruption - While Geryon is a tank on the battlefield and seemingly endless amount of energy this does not mean he can fight for hours on end. For the dark side, much like a strong, addictive narcotic, affects not only the mind of the user but the appearance as well. As one immersed oneself deeper within the dark side of the Force, its malevolent power takes a toll on the body. As such after every fight he must go into hiding to recuperate and spend a few hours meditating on the light side to heal both his wounds and the corruption. Leaving him vulnerable for an ambush or assassination attempt. The longer and more intense the fight the longer he must recover with the most being a day. .

Force Resistance ~ One counter to a force user like himself is use things that repel the force such as an Ysalamir which creates a force-neutral bubble to repel the force or Void Stones, obsidian like metal that is the by product of wounds in the force. If in exposure of the Void Stones he will become weaken as his force is being sucked into the stone.


Mental Weaknesses


Concentration - Like all force practitioners concentration is a vital aspect to shape the force. Given his telekinesis and force lightning is fueled by strong emotions he must keep a steady concentration on the force and constantly remain angry in battle. If he loses concentration his telekinesis would lose hold and his lighting would flicker out.

Arrogance - While Geryon does his best to not fall in the same pitfall that his predecessors suffered due to being overly arrogant, Geryon himself is not immune by any means as his many victories has given him a slight sense of invincibility. Not to say he expects to win every battle but rather feel he can take anyone one, even those more powerful than he is.

Equipment

Robes of Zakuul ~ An armor set composed of durasteel composite yet remains relevant light while still being protective.

Lightsaber of Zakuul ~ The fabled lightsaber that brought both the Republic and the Empire to it’s knees is now in Geryon possession when he battled the Eternal Emperor. A lightsaber emits a plasma blade from the hilt powered by a red kyber crystal. A lightsaber could cut through virtually anything, from enemies to blast doors [If all parties agree]. The only ways to block the incoming attack of a lightsaber was with a weapon made with material that conducts energy, some rare metals or simply another lightsaber. However those with durability or armor are more resistive to to lightsabers.

Personality


In the eyes of the Empire, Geryon is seen as pragmatic, calculating, and honorable. While those close to him see mercifulness, respect, and even a bit of compassion. His emotional maturity makes him more powerful than those drowning in dark side till all they care about power and forget why they came to the dark side in the first place. While other lords spend precious manpower on their own power plays Geryon is busy forging alliance and bring progress and betterment to the Empire. Most of this philosophy came from a series of Holocrons by Kreia who pointed out both Jedi and Sith failings, the later being something that Geryon aspires to and to reform the Sith Order. In the midst of all this several Sith over the years and took note of Geryon light side yet are too scared to take advantage of it, as attacking his friends will only turn his greatest weakness into his greatest strength, and given he is the Emperor’s Wrath and Executioner, they would not dare rise against him, not even the entire Dark Council would dream of overthrowing him. He lives up to his title on the battlefield where his wrath becomes like an hurricane of dark force Energy with him being at the center like an calm eye of the storm. Blitzing through enemy lines as they become cripple in fear, overpowering their defenses to devour his enemy hopes.

History


Over six centuries of glory and power has been stripped from Geryon from a old group group that carried on the wish for vengeance of Geryon former master, Darth Baras. Being lured into a trap and weakened he was displaced across time and space to northern Mexico where he was later found by drug cartels, drug trade in that region took a dive as the cartels found themselves as the Geryon target for his raging wrath of having everything be for naught as the possibility of reuniting with his home galaxy is slim. After a few months of butchering every drug cartel he came across in Mexico he finally calmed down enough and to ignore his homesickness went to research the world he is on to see if he could build something here. Given he made a lot of noise in Mexico he crossed the border into California and came to Jump City, there he find it to be a suitable place to establish an empire.

So as he meditate in his new stronghold he looks back on his life. Of being born with a strong connection to the Force on Korriban and becoming an Apprentice to Darth Baras. Being betrayed by Baras, being selected of being the Emperor’s Wrath and banishing Baras to an isolated world. Taking down the Hutt Cartel on Makeb, forging an alliance to destroy the Order of Reaven. Unshackle both the Empire and Republic from the Eternal Empire, and more numerous adventures across the roll of time. While he was proud of his achievements he stoked his anger of being separated from everything he built and sought to continue on the Empire legacy on this new world.

That make sense as 'Force Body' was somewhat so I had to assume what techniques it was on the wiki. Also it being sub powers would fit the concept of being serverly weakened by the trap.

For Force Speed I was thinking of lowering it down it 220 and only be in small bursts as seen in both movies, cartoons, games, ect. So say only doing a burst of speed for 3-5 seconds every 30 seconds? On the dodging part should I put that over to Force Sense?


I'll lower the Force Telekinesis to five tons and I'm up for the ruling with Force Sense as I planed it to be used out of combat anyways.

Regarding lightsabers what if it takes time to cut through stuff as it's seen to take time cutting through bulkheads and the like. Not to mention it takes strength to cut as the lightsaber actually repel objects due to the plasma. So say it takes longer to cut through metal and those with armor or durability or more resistant to the lightsaber.

For force speed I'm still seeing the reflexes and the speed being two different things, so even just nerfing the speed to being more bursty youd need to pick just one.

For the lightsaber, I find myself reluctant to give much more leeway since you already have 3 very full powers. That said, I don't mind you using it to cut through thick metal doors and the like if all parties involved are okay with it. I just don't think in a combat sense he should be able to cut through armor or durability because he already has 3 other big powers. Is that a fair compromise?
