Hero Team: The Cryptic Message (SW/Ask)

The day like any other was about average nearly bland with how much it was in the commonly found not too good not too bad of a day. The people of the city doing their usual things, the dogs and animals eating, drinking, and pooping in their usual places. Nothing was really out of place this day. Even a girl was over looked as she climbed up the side of a fire escape due to everyone distracted by the fact that today was so bland and normal for once. If they only knew that while they used this casual usual normal day to do their average things, that others were using this day to try and advance things to keep the city like this for them.

The girl took her laptop out of her book bag and placed it down on an air vent shaft exhaust and typed on it for a few moments before she pulle dout an eye mask and hit the side of it as the eyes lit up and the circuits on it glowed light blue. She then took her hair down from it high pig tails and move it over one of her shoulders and synced her mask to her laptop and turned on her laptop's camera looking at the display of her silhouette with binary coding behind it scrolling on and off the background.

Meanwhile a man who was much older than he looked but to the girl still looked pretty dang old. She wasn’t too sure on his name but she knew that he showed promise on being a good member of the potential team that hopefully would form soon. As he made his way past a store that sold all the latest technology but seemingly mostly TVs the all of said TVs that faced out a window in a square formation all went to static making people watching the TVs blink and mutter in confusion.

Suddenly though the static faded as the image of the girl’s silhouette and the coding behind her appeared on the screens perfectly to make a big image of her. As she spoke her voice sounded heavily distorted and had a very low pitch of her voice over top of the distorted voice. She speaking in english but with a decent leveled Japanese Accent over top of it. ”Excuse me mister knife priest man who was on the big bridge not too long back ago. I would like to ask you if you would be wanting to potentially join a team of people much like you to keep this city safe.”

Alexander walked along the sidewalk his bag of energy drinks in hand when those picture boxes started talking to him "Ok, were would i meet you to join said team" he was curious about this person they knew about his day on the bridge but he cant exactly say he kne themand that alone intreged him

Well the task was certainly easier than the girl had expected for sure. To be honest she thought it would require a lot more persuading or trying to convince the man she wasn't trying to kill him or anthing. But none the less it had worked. She typed on her computer a bit but kept the part of her body that was caught on the camera still and hit enter after a while putting an address up on the screen overlaying her image and next to it a time in am/pm style and Military 00:00 style.

"This location should be around the Docks of this city and the time should be around the usua ltime the sun starts to meet the horizon. There so far from what I have managed to gather be a small handful of other heroes if they choose to accept the same invitation. Do you have any further questions before I depart?"

Alexander shrugged his shoulders "Not realy being as old i am vary little surprises me any more" it was true in 949 years he had seen rise and fall of empires and factions as well as fought in multiple wars spaning as far back as the crusades "I look forward to meeting your aquatance

With how old he was... huh must be either a super old dude who just looks young and or an immortal, The girl figured before replying. "As do I you though your meeting with me will be brief and you will likely be interacting much more with your team. See you there Mister Knife Priest." She said before disconnecting and turned the broadcast off and started to text another phone with a rather irritatingly peppy girl... she likely would have been friends with her long ago, but now she was just annoying. Now it was time to wrap things up with the others and get a move on.
