It was late down at the local docks. There was an unscheduled visit from some shady characters belonging to one of the more established and organized gangs in the city and some weapons dealers. A simple enough job if not for the fact their meeting had been found out by one of the new aspiring criminals. So here she was, hiding up in the shadows of the rafters. Weaver was clad in some more fitting attire, more so to better conceal her identity but with Sinbad's help had a bullet-proof vest on. Weaver was just covering her bases, and while she did not plan on getting physically involved unless necessary it was better to prepare. Some would consider this paranoia but a cautious thief was a living thief. Plus she WAS stealing from one of the local gangs, a fact that made her uneasy in of itself.

For now Weaver would sit and wait, using her invisible threads to probe the area around her. She had arrived earlier and had some time to set up a couple snares should she find herself in big trouble. And if nothing else she could also just call Fox. Once she actually found out where the meeting was being held, she silently moved to follow. Finding herself a new hiding place, Weaver would continue to silently wait while listening in on the exchange and everyone's minds. She only put a brain tap on the speakers of each group, or atleast anyone who looked important enough to warrant it. Weaver's eyes immediately fell on a briefcase full of money, the weapon were... not her primary concern but Sinbad could probably sell that stuff to one of the other street gangs.

It was strange of her to find herself contemplating starting a gang war intentionally, considering the benefits of the gangs weakening themselves. If she had people working FOR her, she could make more money even faster. That was an idea she'd have to think about later as she waited for a chance to get the arms dealer and his goons alone. She already knew roughly where the guns were going and if she REALLY wanted to could swing by to get those later.

Rule of thievery #42. Weakening other gangs was always good for business. And that's just what Wesley was out here to do. Sure, he could have just joined this particular gang, and that would have been one solution. After all, the gangs in Jump would kill for a powerhouse like Kid Cretaceous. But this gang here didn't have any class. No Loyalty. All it would take is one well placed failure, and the whole gang power structure would come tumbling down around them.

Plus, that briefcase of cash looked pretty tempting. Maybe he'd even manage to snag it on his way out.

So there Wesley was, behind a shipping container, when a car pulled up to a warehouse, and went in the big open door. That had been open since he got here, and when it closed mere seconds later, he figured now would be a good time to move in. His form slimmed down, and he dashed over to the other side of the shipping lot in a matter of seconds. He pressed himself against a smaller door and then listened.

"And 100,000. All right there."

"Good. You're satisfied with the product?"

"With these, we'll turn the Tivales gang into Swiss cheese by next Sunday."

"Well here are your keys. And happy hunting." The other voice said, a certain air of sarcasm in it.

Well that deal had gone too well. Looks like it was time for something/one to burst in and ruin it. That would be Wesley, who had just shifted into his extremely bulked out Tyrannosaurus form. With a single move, he broke the door of it's hinges, sending it flying into one of the goons. Then he switched again. While he liked having the strength, he rather preferred having some eyesight at night, and was pretty well aware that in moment, there would be some guns trained right on him.

So running forward, he shifted into his Pachycephasaurus form. He charged forward, the incoming hail of bullets simply reflecting right off. With one swift movement, he knocked one guy back into the 6-wheeler that was probably carrying the guns. Then he turned to the other guy, who proceeded to empty his clip into Wesley's forehead.

"Cute." He said before headbutting him into the wall. All that left was the guy struggling for the door handle on the truck, hoping to get away with both his money, and the guns. What a weasel.

Weaver was stirring from her own hiding place, having a nice view from above as the time to act was now. And then A Wild Dinosaur appeared! She had seen odd things that were immediately normal in comparison to a T-rex suddenly bursting through the door of the building. It was more then enough to leave her stunned for a moment. But only a moment as she realized that this must have been the idiot who gave Fox such a hard time, based on his description. No time to think about that for now, there was a briefcase of money! And a shapeshifter who was more brawn then brains.

Quickly attaching some wires to the top of the 16-wheeler, she "hookshot" her way toward the thug trying to escape. Before he managed to get into the truck, Weaver would yank him back out. Taking her wires, she quickly covered his face enough to blind him before managing to slam the arms dealer face first into the side of the truck to knock him out. Not even bothering to look at Wes yet, she nimbly scaled back up on top of the truck with the help of her wires. "Did you really need to be so loud?" She asked rhetorically, now looking Wes' way from atop the truck.

Oh not again... why was somebody with powers always trying to muscle in on his action? Well if it was muscling this girl wanted... it was muscling she'd get. Wesley quickly ran forward and scooped up the briefcase, clipping it to his belt.

"It's what I do best." He said, as his body shifted again. The wings formed as his crested head cleanly grew into place, with a noise almost like a crowing bird, Wesley took off into the air. He didn't have time for a fight, and he hoped this girl would just let him go. Though given how his luck had gone with that last girl? Not looking likely.

[In my mind I had her picking up the case. But forgot to write it down XD ]

She would slip some wires down the other side of the truck, keeping them invisible until they had wrapped around the truck at about the time Wes scooped up the case. Weaver didn't know what else he could change into but had no doubt in her mind that he could probably change into something that flies. Why? Because if she could shapeshift, she would devote time to learning how to change into something that can fly to get away. Attaching her wires to the case before he took off, she was proven right. "I was here first, and you're not getting away with MY money," Weaver frowned, making all but one of her wires become visible and... instantly becoming taut when Wes reached the end of his rope.

That was just a distraction though, one she hoped would ground him but while it would be impossible for him to fly off with a truck in tow, cutting through the solid wires was a different matter. So she extended her other hand and sent five more wires from her fingers up to try and ensnare him before he had a chance to free himself.

[Woops. 10 days. my apologies. Bunch of IRL stuff threw me for a loop]

As Wesley flew off, something began to bug him. He was flapping his wings, but wasn't actually... moving. Yeah, something was wrapped around his leg. Sure, he felt something lap against his leg earlier, but he couldn't see anything... so it must not have been there. But now the wire was pretty visible, as were the 5 others wrapping around his wings. Apparently this girl could make weird thread.

The fall to the ground was quick, and slightly painful. As he picked himself up, he began shifting again. His bulging arms began ripping through the threads like they were nothing. The crest was gone, as well as the wings. Now his face resembled something more like your classic tyrannosaurus from some Dinosaur Action Movie. What was it? Triassic Land? Something like that. He gave off a huff before roaring. Now he was really mad. People just kept getting in the way of his scores.

But then he noticed it. The briefcase. It had landed on the floor, about 10 feet away, just barely in his line of sight. His limited eyesight wouldn't be a problem too much longer though. As his vision cleared up, his sleek Velociraptor frame would launch itself at the case, using his claws to attack any threads this girl threw at it.

Weaver wasn't much for boasting. But it still gave her a kind of warm and fuzzy feeling with the knowledge that she could pull a prehistoric creature down from the sky. Well, not directly down but it still worked in her favor. Once the briefcase was down again, she wasted no time with a new batch of wires to try and get it while he transformed; Now he was a T-rex. She winced when he snapped through the wires. And then he apparently changed into something smaller. The name of the dinosaur escaped her but she was much more confident in restraining a dinosaur as she ignored the sting of her wires being cut through.

She simply responded with more wires, trying to wrap them around him from different angles. This was a pointless struggle. She could easily just keep growing the wires, even if it was hurting. "You think changing into an over-sized lizard will help?" Weaver growled, changing her wires into a stickier substance. He'd have more trouble with these then her normal wires.
