"It is ONE bag full of jewelry. Rings, and necklaces- some of which break into the high thousand or low two thousand range at retail price," she said flatly, subtly hinting at that there were more bags where these came from. "Quarter of a million," she added not exaggerating. And in her mind she was being generous. She was factoring in the work she and Fox did compared to the him selling the goods off. But naturally clients loved to get things cheaper then they actually were so she was also factoring that in. This was all guestimation right now though, since she didn't know how connected and influential he was just yet.

"Yeah, a quarter of a million." Fox said, merely backing up his partner. In reality he had absolutely no idea how much all the stuff they'd stolen was worth. As long as it kept him fed and a roof over his head, and some time to spend with Adri... well that was good enough for him. If this Sinbad guy could take their loot and turn it into money for Adri then that just meant Fox and Adri would have more time to spend doing fun stuff!

"So what do you think? Pretty awesome right? So... you can turn this all into cash right?" Fox added, feeling like he needed to at least come across like he knew what he was doing. He was a professional too, even if he still didn't quite understand a lot of this stuff going on.

Greed nodded at their price, finding it rather agreeable. He'd make money off that price, he knew that much at least. How much was up in the air, though. The way Fox perked up and immediately agreed made the Sin smile and let out a half laugh. The kid was rather adorable, and Greed used that word seldom ever. He'd begun to doubt it was in his cynical vocabulary.

"Quarter of a million for this bag?" He repeated, reaching inside and pushing a few things around to see the goods better. It seemed that they were honest. Rings, jewelry, the like. Yes, this was worth that much. "I have a counter offer, if you'll hear me out."

He stated, standing up a bit and holding a rather nice looking ring up into the sunlight and appraising it.
"I'll give you 300,000 for it, but you give me your numbers and make me your personal fence. If I get jobs up your alley, I call you. If you come into more product you need moved, you call me. Win-win, right?"

Somewhere in the back of her mind, Adriana would consider this more of a peace offering from his more generous offer. Still, fifty grand was fifty extra grand in their pockets. "Phones are currently out of the question. Haven't bought any," she replied simply. Adriana was a tad paranoid with keeping stolen phones for the off chance that someone would get into contact with their provider and track their phone down. Plus since it was just her and Fox up until now, there had been no reason to have phones. She also left it unsaid that they had stolen some phones already.

Fox frowned behind his mask. He didn't like the mention of phones being needed, but for completely different reasons. Mostly the fact that no one had bothered to explain to him exactly HOW one worked a phone, just what they did. So far all he knew about them was that most people seemed way too attached to them, seemingly talking to the things, and that the items could take pictures. The fact that they could transmit one's voice to another phone had never occurred to him.

Thankfully Adri had a much more plausible reason for them not to use any phones.

"I don't like phones..." Fox commented shyly.

Greed seemed genuinely confused when not one, but both of them said they didn't have phones. What century was this again? How the Hell did two teens not have phones? What did they do all day?
Shaking the thought, he opened a portal and reached inside. He produced a rather large stack of hundreds from his 'treasury' and tossed it towards the girl.

"There's 300 grand in there anyway, I'll be taking the bag. You two owe me a phone number. I've got on good authority that you can afford one now. In fact, why don't we take a field trip to the closest Sprint store, aye? And don't worry Foxy, we'll put Weaver in charge of the phone."

He'd close the bag and lift it with a heave, putting it inside a portal as well then rubbing his hands together. He really needed to hire some lackeys for this kind of work...

Weaver ignored the random thought concerning their lack of a phone. What did having a phone have to do with being efficient at stealing? But a more pressing matter was he revealed what kind of power he had. Portals? She blinked in surprise and... intrigue. Didn't take her long at all to consider how useful that would be for her and Fox. Could it be used to rob bank vaults? No... if that were the case, he wouldn't be acting as a fence. So storage then? That was still very useful. "Affording one was never the issue," she said flatly before counting the money. Not because she didn't trust him, she had a 'wire-tap' on his brain. She just flicked through it and enjoyed having that much money on hand at one time.

Fox watched as Sinbad opened up a portal from out of thin air, causing the Kitsune's eyes to light up behind his mask yet again from sheer surprise. He'd heard about magical portals and the like, in fact he could even use a portal of sorts with his shadows in an emergency... but seeing one so easily appear and then close on a whim was something rather impressive to one who knew something about magic. Just what kind of magic was Sinbad using?

Similar thoughts ran through Fox's head on the uses of such a portal, and came to the same conclusion that it was apparently for storage. The only question was did it lead to some static area in this world, or was it it's own place altogether? Whatever the case was it didn't really concern Fox... he was simply curious at the workings since it seemed magical in nature. At Sinbad's comment about letting Weaver handle the phones Fox simply nodded, letting out a little sigh of relief.

Fox looked over at Weaver as she started to flip through the paper money.

"Doesn't quite have the same ring to it as the jingling of coins." Fox commented under his breath, just loud enough for Weaver to hear him. He still didn't like paper money, though he could see the advantages of it. After all, paper money didn't weigh as much as a pocket full of gold or silver coins and it certainly made less noise. Fox just liked things the way he remembered them, and it seemed the whole world was intent on hammering home the point that nearly nothing was the same for him anymore. A glance at Weaver and he smiled behind his mask, reminding him that not all changes were bad.

Weaver was quick to point out that it wasn't money that prevented her from having a phone, making the Sin raise a brow. What else would stop a teenage girl from having a phone in 2017? Whatever. It didn't matter. She didn't seem too opposed to getting one. Unless she was. Why was this girl so short worded? Was she afraid of talking? Really shy? That would explain the silly masks.

"Okay then... I think there's a Sprint store around here somewhere. They got some good deals according to those commercials." Greed said, remembering buying a few of his own phones from there. He usually got burners that you payed by the minute on, so he frequented all sorts of phone stores.

"I can lead the way?" He offered, playing with the gold coin he kept in his pocket. Mostly running it through his fingers to feel the metal against his skin. If they agreed to follow, he'd head over to the small Sprint shop that was only a brief walk over. "You might want to lose the masks though. They might think you're looters or something."

They had the money now, and normally that would have been enough for her to just leave. But if she wanted to continue making use of Sinbad's services, they'd probably have to continue with this phone business. And it was also the mention of removing their masks that bothered her. Fox would be fine with his illusions, and they were now business partners. Adriana still didn't trust him enough not to remove the wire-tap yet. She'd nod to Fox and remove her mask, Sinbad was totally right about that. Would be much easier to buy a phone without people thinking you were going to rob them.

Fox was obviously a little concerned about removing his own mask as he started to fidget a bit, looking toward Weaver for some confirmation. When she nodded and removed her mask he simply nodded in return and waved a hand in front of his own mask, turning his mask's face into her own. He had briefly considered using Sinbad's face for this illusion but he wasn't certain how well the fellow would take that, and Fox had already used Weaver's face a few times when they weren't going out to gather loot.

"I prefer to keep my mask on... for... reasons." Fox said, not wanting to give Sinbad too much information and unable to really come up with a plausible excuse so quickly. Thankfully the illusion was perfect, the fake face looking just like the real thing up to the point where it mimicked his expressions and the mouth moved as he spoke.

Weaver seemed to understand the logic behind the Sin's request, removing her mask to reveal a rather pretty and young looking face. Greed didn't judge, he probably looked young than the girl despite the fact that he was sure he was much much older.
Fox, on the other hand, didn't seem to approve of just removing his mask and instead waved a hand in front of his face. An exact copy of Weavers young face appeared from nowhere. Greed was sure to hide his surprise rather well, but was happy to know he wasn't dealing with average thieves.

"If you gotta keep it on I guess it can't really be helped..." he relented, traces of dismissal slipping into his voice, "I wonder why you picked her face, though? Is it a limit to the magic, or is it just convenience? Oh well, I suppose it doesn't matter."

He mentally wondered what other strange quirks the duo had. They wore masks every day? Didn't carry phones? There was nothing normal about these two and that was saying something coming from him considering he was what he was.

He'd make way to the store, making sure the two were close behind and not wandering too far. He wondered if people thought the two behind him were twins or something? Once at the door, Greed held it open to let his two guests in first.

Adriana said nothing, following after him while also learning more from eavesdropping on his thoughts. They did have to play the twins angle before with Fox's disguise. It had worked thus far but she did hope he'd learn to use other faces. There was all kinds of things they could pull off if he could disguise himself as other people. But for now there was no harm in his disguising his face as hers. Once they were inside, she'd find the cheapest but most reliable phone. She had no plans to wile away hours on some silly mobile app or game like she had seen so many people her age. And she'd make sure to put a password on it too...

Fox walked alongside Adriana, keeping his face neutral so that his mask wouldn't show any other emotion either. As they entered the store he didn't want his nervousness showing though. While the others thought about what his limit on changing his face was with his mask, his mind was more on the here and now... mainly what the heck was a phone really for and how was he supposed to know how to use one? He followed Adri, pretending to browse the selection of phones. In reality he didn't know what he was supposed to be looking for in a phone.

Thankfully he didn't need to know. As Adri picked out a simple but reliable phone he picked the exact same model. He didn't know that these things could play games or send texts and such, nor would he have been able to easily navigate the menus anyway since he couldn't read English.

"This one seems... fine?" Fox said, not really sounding sure in his selection of devices.

Greed would wait by the entrance, looking uninterested as the two looked at phones and tried to pick out plans. He'd be playing on his own smartphone, an attempt to ward off ambitious salesmen from harassing him. That's when a ringing cam from his back pocket. He'd put the expensive phone away and pull out a burner, answering it.

"Yes?" He'd pause, listening to the other side speak. "Yeah yeah, I got just the guy. What are you offering? Plus my cut, obviously... yuh huh. Okay. I can do that. Usual spot?"

Business. The kind of sinister bloody business Greed found himself in line for this time. Well, it looks like his day date with the pretty girls would have to end here. Kicking off the wall and getting a card out of his wallet, he'd walk up behind Weaver. She seemed to be the leader of the little gang. He'd put his hand on her shoulder and peek at the phone.

"Hey there, Love. I have work to do. That the phone you gettin'? Looks efficient. Here's my card. Once you go through the whole yada yada they make you sign, give me a call alright? We can set up some business arrangements after that."

He'd hand her the card, considering putting it down her shirt but deciding that was a bad idea. He'd send a nod and wink to Fox as he made his way to the exit.

"Catch ya later, kiddos."
