Powers

• Spiritual Flames: Orion's claim to fame is his ability to create and project bright red fire. After his father's experiment, Orion unlocked the ability to harness his own soul to generate Spiritual Flames capable of very slowly melting steel. But souls will burn as much as any normal person. Anyone killed specifically by the flames will make them more powerful. Apart from the fact they can burn souls, the flames behave and function like normal fire in terms of countering them- water for example. It should also be noted that the initial flames do not last as long. But they do still leave behind normal flames.
  
  He can project the flames from his hands, feet, and sometimes his mouth in Firebender fashion. They can stretch up to 50 feet in a straight line before dissipating.
  
  
  
  • Flame Manipulation: Orion can mentally guide and move any source of fire within thirty feet of his body, or a single source within eyesight as long as he can see it's base.
    
    
  • Heat Immunity: It comes as no surprise that Orion is immune to damage from heat, working all the time through his subconscious. He can mentally extend this immunity to anything he is physically touching, or to something at a distance.
    
    
  • No Flaming: Orion in addition to creating fire, can also snuff out or keep fire from being generated in the first place up to thirty feet away- or if he can see it. Firearms also cannot be used while this is in effect.

    Orion was quite a trouble child when he was much younger, becoming a handful for his father. But at some point the hot blooded boy had to grow up. He appears to be more calm and level headed then he used to be. But below the surface, he's still impatient and foul tempered. He's just gotten better at keeping it under the radar until there's no longer a need for it.

  History
  Orion was born and raised in Europe to a pair of researchers working for STAR Labs. They moved around alot because his father did alot of research. His mother mostly raised him. And he was quite the trouble child growing up, the fact he showed early signs of being a Metahuman did not help. His father being mute and a workaholoic also didn't help matters. But Orion atleast respected his dad's passion for his work.
  
  Their work eventually took them to America, where his parents soon had another son. Shortly thereafter, his mother died in a freak accident during one of her experiments. Her death hit Orion and his father really hard, his father seemed the most affected by it. His father seemed to have more trouble raising Orion due to his reminding him so much of his wife.
  
  And then at some point later, his father just vanished without a trace. Literally. The only one who seemed to remember him at all, was Orion. The brothers were adopted by a family friend, having to live off the money left behind by their parents. Years passed until Orion was old enough to touch the money left behind. Orion has since then been looking out for Isiah, making sure he gets an education, makes friends, and have as normal a life as he can. Which would be easier if Isiah's "eccentricities" didn't keep getting him into trouble.
  
  Orion also made sure to "remove" any potential danger to his brother, which he keeps a secret from him. They have since moved to Jump City, Orion believing that they'd fit in more in the hometown of the famous Teen Titans.

Okay. We need clarifications on whether Spiritual Fire can be put out in the same ways as regular fire. Whether smothering, fire extinguishers, water, and lack of oxygen (etc) will stop the flames.

Also, while we're here, if you could expand on his Place of Origin (i.e. which of the many countries of Europe he was born in) I would be grateful.

I clarified that they behave and function like normal flames in terms of water putting them out and such. I also specified that when someone gets hit by him shooting the flames out, that they don't last that long and instead the person would be normally lit on fire.

And Germany added instead of Europe.

Once I headbutt this application it will be approved.
