Powers
Internal Nano AI Configuration - Reinhardt was a volunteer for for a classified German super soldier program. They injected his body with nano bodies that let him operate his Panzer MK III Armor Suit. The Suit has a few special capabilities.
Strength - The suit is able to hit with a power of 5 tons.
Durability - The suit can also withstand 5 tons of damage without being effected.

Shield Repulser Barrier - Build into the left arm of the armor is an experimental defensive machine. It projects a shield that can be up to 15 feet in width and 10 feet in height. The shield reflects all impacts less than 10 tons of force. If it is constantly bombarded by attacks, it will break after taking 15 tons of force within a minute. Once broken, it needs 3 minutes to recharge.

Rocket Hammer - This modified weapon functions only when wielded by Reinhardt in his armor. The back of the weapon propels itself when it is swung, adding an additional 5 tons of force to the swing. The hammer itself is neigh indestructible.
Hammer DOWN - When slammed hard against the ground, the hammer creates a shock wave that knocks down most opponents that are footed on the ground. The select sure footed few can withstand it. This action can only be done once every 2 minutes.

Physical Weaknesses
- Outside of his armor, Reinhardt is a simple human with all the weaknesses that is brought with it. His armor has no way to get to him when he needs it, he has to put it on at it's loading station.

-EMP attacks will render his suit useless for a total of 5 minutes while the battery does a hard manual restart.

-Electricity based attacks will conduct through the metal of his suit and directly to Reinhardt himself.

Mental Weaknesses
-Reinhardt will not kill anyone. He's given up his life of killing and wants to take a more noble stance against evil.

-Reinhardt is very stubborn. If he comes across a situation in which he can't just bash his way out, chances are he'll just try to bash harder.



Personality
Despite the fact that Reinhardt towers over most people with his large frame and tall stature, he is the most friendly and affectionate person you will ever meet. He's almost always optimistic, and loves to encourage others. On top of being the most friendly and affectionate man around, most everyone describes Reinhardt as boisterously LOUD. He often yells when he could just as easily be talking.

As German is his first language, he isn't the best at picking up all the intricacies that other languages bring. If someone uses uncommon words, or strange metaphors Reinhardt might find himself lost in conversation.

History
Reinhardt grew up in an orphanage in a popular city of Germany. He met a lot of friends here, and often found himself as the one breaking up fights and protecting the smaller kids. Since he was young, he was bigger than most kids his age. He'll promise you that he wasn't that much bigger or stronger, and that even if he was smaller he would have had the same attitude towards the bullies. It was here that he fell in love with his comic books. The concept of heroes fascinated him. He wanted to be one for as many people as he could.

Naturally he joined the army. He was a highly decorated soldier, returning to service time and time again. After a while, his dedication and skill was noticed by his superiors, who then moved him into the super soldier program. To some, he was the projects greatest success. To others, it's most embarrassing failure.

With this power up, Reinhardt slowly and surely stopped killing like a soldier was supposed to. He started to protect with non-lethal violence, much to the chagrin of his superiors. Regardless, he was one of their highest success rate operatives, so they let him continue. As he got older and older, however, his superiors started to notice him slowing down a bit.

He assured them it wasn't the case, but they forced him to retire. Reinhardt still had fight in him, though.

So when he heard about the Titans of Jump City looking for recruits, he decided he was going to try and become a real hero. He selectively ignored the Teen part of Teen Titans.

Just a couple clarifying questions. I don't really have any standout problems with the app as a whole.

I assume the shielding can't take constant attack. The 10 ton limit for a single force on it is fine, but is there any limit to how many repeated hits it can take. You also stated it's experimental. Does that mean it's prone to malfunctions?

Furthermore, you stated the hammer is neigh indestructible. Is there anything that can damage it?
