Rules:
Kage and tailed beast positions are first come first serve, Kages are allowed to wonder from place to place but like any Kage in the show must take in account how this may affect their village. If you leave your village is still prone to attacks and you can not complain about being attacked. Though to all other Kages, do not use ooc knowledge to learn of them being gone and then attack. If you do this you will be at fault. If you become inactive your position will be up for grabs.
You can have as many characters as you'd like but make sure that you can handle them all.
Currently we have a standard posting order and set up though once we get an over load of people or have too many people slowing down the whole rp we may change this.
You may be anyone you'd like just check everyone else and their titles and position in the worl because we shouldn't have 2 strongest men in the village and other such things.
Due to there being no cannons, you may have the same abilities as cannon characters that normally would only be theirs. Though please don't make another Uchiha esc person if there are already 70% of those characters out of the entire roster.
Respect others and use common sense when you rp/please avoid doing something so illogical that you have to say, they managed to do this because plot. I don't care if you could do something cause that's how logically strong your character is. But if you are an average run of the mill genin don't rp out your guy beating up 20 jounin and come out unharmed. Have fun but still try to be logical.
These are all the rules right now but more may come if they are needed.
Info:In this rp you can go where ever you'd like be who you want and rp out any story you wish. This rp takes place in the setting of Part 1 of Naruto but has no cannon characters. This means that you can be literally anyone you want and not worry about a title being taken, or worry about someone else in the cannon already having made a jutsu. The only thing you do have to worry about is making sure that you aren't trying to do something that someone else has already done.
For example, if someone already made the chidori and invented it, you can't say that your character invented it. Other than that have fun making your character and update them when ever you wish though if you do so and you make your base status higher than they should be you will be asked to alter them. If you go up in rank or change villages please pm me so i can update the ninja roster.

Stat Guide
Each rank you may choose from has their own stat maxed out limit. When doing your stats you will receive a certain amount of points you can use based on your rank. Higher ranks will have higher amounts of points you can use/put into a given stat. The higher the rank the higher the amount of points you can put into a given stat. The limit of how many points you can put into one stat is there so that no one just puts all their points into one stat. Now there will be a spot for spare points.
This is there so that if you chose to not use all your points at once you can write down how many spare points you have so you can add them in later. In every stat you will start off naturally with 1 in each, you can not go lower than 1 so please do not just rewrite the 1 into a 0 to have a spare point. Â below you will see a general over look on how good each stat is with a given number you would put into it so you actually know what you get with each thing.
Note- These are just base stats meaning that anyone is allowed to have abilities that make any of their stats bigger than they normally are. There is no real limit to this but make it make sense as to how and why your ability or item, etc. does this for you.
Speed
This stat shows how over all fast you are and how quickly you can react to things.
Spoiler:
1: You run at a pace that most would say is a fastish walk and you react to things slower than your average untrained individual who has no natural talent with their reflexes. 3: You can run just about as fast as any normal person while having some remote skills in reflexes allowing you to have a 50/50 chance at dodging a thrown object if you see it coming. 5: You are one of the fastest people around... in the local academy same going with your reflexes which allow you to dodge more things but only if you see them coming in time. 6-10: This range goes from a nearing below average Genin to a near Chunnin level. 11-15: This range goes from a nearing below average Chunnin to a near Jounin level. At this point people with 6 and under points will find it hard to follow your speed with sight alone if you run at your fastest. 16-25: This range goes from a nearing below average Jounin to a near Special Jounin level. At this point all 8 - 4 points of speed people find it hard to follow your movements when you are running at your fastest while 3 and under can not follow you. 26-30: This range goes from an average Special Jounin to a near Anbu level. At this point all 12 - 6 points of speed people find it hard to follow your movements when you are running at your fastest while 5 and under can not follow you. 31-40: This range goes from a nearing below average Anbu to a near Kage level. At this point all 13 - 8 points of speed people find it hard to follow your movements when you are running at your fastest while 7 and under can not follow you. 41-50: At this level you go from a little faster than an average Anbu to the over all fastest person in your village and most other villages. At this point all people with 18 -10 points find it hard to follow your movements when at your fastest while 9 and other can't follow them though sight.
Strength
This stat shows how over all physically strong you are and how hard you can hit things with strength alone.
Spoiler:
1: You at this level find it hard to even punch a hard object without it hurting you due to it being so much stronger than you by just existing. 3: You are now a good bit stronger than the average child and can throw a good punch in terms of strength. 5: You are most definitely an unarmed fighter in training and can use your strength very efficiently ranging from out and in battle tasks. 11-15: This range goes from a nearing below average Chunnin to a near Jounin level. People below the lowest points in this area will find your attacks out classing their own by far. 16-25: This range goes from a nearing below average Jounin to a near Special Jounin level. You can make some decent damage to things that normally would take jutsus to do when it would only take you a few punches. 26-30: This range goes from an average Special Jounin to a near Anbu level. You can make some decent damage to things that normally would take jutsus to do when it would only take you a single punch. 31-40: This range goes from a nearing below average Anbu to a near Kage level. You can make some pretty impressive and note worthy damage to things with a single punch while others would need tools or jutsus to do this. 41-50: At this level you go from a little stronger than an average Anbu to the over all strongest person in your village and most other villages. You at this point could make a crator the size of an arena in the ground with a single punch.
Physical Defense
This stat shows how well you can take a hit physically and get back up and fight, those with higher stats in this will have a higher level of pain tolerance and will be able to take out standing levels of highly damaging attacks and still get up and fight.
Spoiler:
1: You are far below average in terms of how well you can take hits. Most kids that aren't even that strong may feel stronger just hitting you due to how poorly you take damage 3: You are now about average at taking damage as an average child. 5: You are moderately better at taking damage as an average child. 11-15: This rang goes from someone who can do very decently in a fight against genin and can take hits fairly well from them while able to get back up and fight to being able to take stronger level chunnin level attacks and be able to do the same thing. 16-25: You at this point can shrug off most genin and under attacks while taking chunnin attacks decently well. When Maxed out here Chunnin attacks are a bit more easier to hit without much draw back. 26-30: You at this point can shrug off most Chunnin and under attacks while taking chunnin attacks decently well. When Maxed out here low level Jounin attacks are a bit more easier to hit without much draw back. 31-40: You at this point can shrug off most Jounin and under attacks while taking chunnin attacks decently well. When Maxed out here low level Special Jounin attacks are a bit more easier to hit without much draw back. 41-50: At this point when you are the lowest here usually only anbu level attacks can really take strong noteworthy affects on you while if you are maxed out they are mostly able to shrug off but for those around kage levels of strength can attack you normally.
Mental Defense
This stat shows how well you can take an attack to the mind and still come out able to keep moving. Those with a higher stat in this can be able to come out totally unharmed after an attack if the attack only harms the mind.

1: You are far below average in terms of how well you can take mental hits. This means that all mental attacks yu get are more effective on you than normal. 3: You have no draw backs and take the damage as you normally should. 5: You can take weak attacks with slightly better defense and less draw backs 11-15: This rang goes from someone who can do very decently in a fight against genin and can take hits fairly well from them while able to get back up and fight to being able to take stronger level chunnin level attacks and be able to do the same thing. 16-25: You at this point can shrug off most genin and under attacks while taking chunnin attacks decently well. Stamina
This stat shows how long you can run around and do a larger amount of physical activities and still do more things.
Spoiler:
1: There is a kid in class that gets a sweat from doing just about anything and everything and commonly is made fun of by others for this.... you are this kid at this rank. 3: You have the same amount of stamina as just about any average person. 5: You can run and do things a bit longer then average people without  having to really worry about getting too tired. 11-15: You have a rather crazy level of stanima for most average people but the very big ideal rang for ninjas. When  this part is maxed out you would go in a short fight of go all out without really panting all too much afterwards and not having much of a sweat. 16-25: At the lowest you can go into moderate sized in length fights without having to worry about getting too tired or sweaty and when maxed out it is the same thing but with long drawn out fights. 26-30: You can go in hours long fights and be decently fine after wards. When maxed out you could go in the previously stated fights and then continue to march on and run around for another few hours before worrying about getting to crazy tired. 31-40: Your stamina is near legendary at this point to the average civilian. You can go in fight after fight for a whole day without worrying about getting overly tired. While when maxed out you could go a full day and a half doing the same thing. 41-50: When fully maxed out you are now able to fight in a war while going days with little sleep and near constant fighting before you start getting too crazy tired.
Chakra Control
This stat shows how well you can handle your chakra, the better you can control this the better chakra related things will work for you.
Spoiler:
1: You can't really do any jutsus at all due to how poorly you handle your chakra and when you do preform them it takes a lot of of you because you tend to use too much. 3: At this point you are able to control your charka to be able to do very basic jutsus this is the point where you would be an average Academy student in terms of how well you can control your chakra. 5: You can use your chakra in the same way that most genin can and preform some really impressive jutsus. 11-15: At the lowest you are about the same level as most common ninjas around the genin and chunnin rank. When maxed out you can use your jutsus far more efficiently to the point of where they may cost slightly less charkra to preform due to how well you use them 16-25: At the lowest you can preform most jutsus that chunnin and under levels for about a quarter the amount of chakra while the maxed out level then makes them a quarter more efficient in how well they do what they need to do. 26-30: You are able to out class many people at the jounin rank and under in terms of how many jutsus you can use due to how well you control and use your chakra. When max this range out you will find most to all things that use chakra easy for you to use with little issues. 31-40: When maxed out 90% of all items seem to not cause you issues with using them. At this point most to all of your jutsus that you've had up to this point would get the bonus of using less charka and work more efficiently. 41-50: When maxed out you find that there is no real common jutsu that you can enhance and use less chakra to use while just about every item using charka you nearly immediately can use without many issues due to how well you can control your chakra.
