Other Traits: His tentacles on form 2 allow tracking by scent. Form 1 has a sword and whip they will be explained later. Form 3 has zero of his powers and all the weaknesses besides form specific weaknesses such as blindness.
he can shift between the previous forms with a ten-minute delay between changes, it takes him two minutes of complete concentration to change.



Powers:
Only form 1 poison- drains strength rapidly (no known anti-venom yet as he is a new species, it's similar to scorpion venom so there is a comparison) his poison can be launched in a 30 foot stream he can use it in this method six times an hour, his poison is a neurotoxin that targets muscle coordination. Each bite reduces strength by 15%. At six times your heart stops, he rarely bites more than once as it takes the fun out of the hunt. He can use it by biting 100 times in a day but can spray it only ten times in a day.

Enhanced defenses - his exoskeleton as mentioned above was to protect against huge amounts of force up to 15 tons. It requires equivalent weapons to an antitank round to penetrate. In addition to this it’s increased thickness stops electricity below 2000 volts.

Insectile strength - in order to move his body around and due to the hydraulic musculature of most insects. his strength is similar to an ant he is able to lift and carry without straining 15 tons. Anything beyond 20 tons will break his shell. Normally due to his size he is still stronger than any human being able to lift his own weight the same way a human could do a pull up.

only form 2 - Camouflage: Tiberius is capable of becoming close to invisible as his shell and skin have properties more advanced than a chameleon. His body is covered in microscopic eyes that only detect color and his shell changes to match the surroundings on the opposite side. There is a slight distortion but it is nearly impercievable. he can stay in it indefinitely but can only walk/climb at a normal human pace. It also requires 10 seconds to initially camouflage.

Weaknesses:
only form 1 - His weight causes him many problems with modern conveyances. Many older bridges will not support his weight and there are few vehicles that can.

His skeleton does have joints that are exposed being a weak point in his armor.

Only form 2, lack of sight, his sense of smell is good enough to make judgments of distance and placement for creatures with a scent of course.

Equipment:
Form 1
one Venom cannon - it is a rifle that fires a needle of exoskeleton, the cannons are directly connected to his toxin glands and so the venom is applied directly to the bones, before the muscles spasm throwing the shards at speeds similar to bullets. To fire he has grown a special plate with specialized muscles that grow pieces of skeleton that break off and are taken into a chamber in the back constantly. Muscles slide the bone forward to load it part of the moving goes through the toxin glands filling the needle with 30 cc’s of venom more than enough to cause the signals to misfire, it would require 4 hits to equal what is delivered in a single bit though. He then causes the muscle all down the barrel to contract by flooding it (remember hydraulic muscles). the speed the muscles fill at causes the "bullet" to fire out at the target the venom won't all be gone until 300 feet out. In a day he can produce 296 bones as they are only about the size of a finger bone. These bones are deposited in bundles of 12. The chambering time is less than a second meaning he is able to rapid fire like a semi automatic weapon. To swap between bundles internally takes 3 seconds similar to a normal pistol reload.

Lash whip - a bio-weapon in the form of a living whip with three tentacles of muscle and sinew that are an extension of Tiberius and strike at their prey. Enemies that are not sliced apart by the bony hooks at the end of each tentacle are aimed to be captured and ensnared so they become easier prey.

Bonesword - Bonesword is living organism, which has a small brain situated deep within its hilt and has a rudimentary sentience that allows it to gradually grow in length and repair any battle damage to itself and maintain a deadly monomolecular edge. However, it is completely slaved to the will of its wielder and is incapable of any independent thought. When Tiberius is using Bonesword it fuses to his hand until he decides to let  it go. The blade is 7 feet in length and weighs 200 pounds.
The bonesword is made of his chitin, it is extremely durable on the thin edge, but from the side is quite brittle breaking from a mere 5 ton impact. To repair from being snapped off at the hilt would take a solid week, it would take less time for less severe damage down to a minor scratch repairing in a mere three minutes.

Two fully functional hands and two talons 5 feet long.



Personality:
He is kind when he's not working. He doesn't get much free time though as he has been created as a gift. He is loyal to his master, though his true master knows where the loyalties lie. He enjoys the ocean and staring into the water. As stated before he fears fire. Targets are viewed as little more than prey to be killed and consumed. One day he hopes to be free to live on his own but he realizes that this will never come to pass.

History:
Tiberius is an improvement on the suit of armor that Malan'tai used to use for himself. He has made many improvements such as giving it sentience of its' own. He did not intend to recreate such a beast but he felt it an appropriate gift for Hive's head mistress. There isn't much to his history beyond his birth and being uploaded with life experiences of Malan'tai's to get him by and teach him the basics he'd need about himself.

Hey, hi, how are you. Oh really? That's terrible. No I would have done the same. Good for you. Not on a Tuesday. Well anyway, we can't stand here chatting all day. We have to discuss your app.

The only thing power-wise I think we should discuss is the poison. You say if a person gets hit twice by a poison stream they will be paralysed. But in the venom cannon you say he can fire out venom tipped needles on a 'semi-automatic' basis of fire. That almost guarantees that if you get hit once, you get hit twice. Or even a dozen times. So my questions to you:

Does the amount of poison in a stream and in a needle differ?
If so, how many needles would it take to cause paralysis?

I also request that the amount of times a poison stream needs to hit you for paralysis to occur increase to three, since each successive hit will reduce strength.
