A Curious Wondering [Mega]

It was a calm and dry morning, and Yaani was sat drinking some tea while sat in front of the TV, she had been trying her best to learn about human culture but had trouble understanding all of it. This was one of those times and so she finished her warm tea, stood up and went to where Daniel would usually be, knocking on his door and opening it up a crack, he'd usually be doing his stretches around this time "hey Daniel? Can I ask you something?" she spoke.

Hans would be sleepily enjoying a cup of coffee, barely aware of his surroundings. But what else was new? Daniel meanwhile was still in his room, doing some morning exercises and other routines. He had been doing that for awhile now after breakfast. There was ever the stark contrast between the brothers as Daniel heard Yaani. "Oh, hello Yaani. What's up?" Daniel asked, stopping his one handed upside down push ups. So manly.

"I-I was just wanting to ask you about some stuff that I've been watching on the TV, I was just curious to why people on TV are so smiley all the time...also, why do humans have this constant need to buy new things? And why are kid's TV shows so silly?" she asked him, staring at Daniel with a soft smile.

Daniel blinked up at Yaani and her barrage of questions. "What have you been watching? Nevermind. As for buying things, it is called capitalism. We are encouraged to buy things to better support our community by funneling money from our purchases back into the system. As for kids' shows, they're mostly to keep children entertained so their parents don't have to deal with them. It's really irresponsible actually," Dan replied, nimbly getting back to his feet. "That reminds me- I was about to go out on a jog. If you want to accompany me, we can use this time to teach you more about the human world," Daniel suggested cheerfully.

Yaani would smile brightly when Daniel invited her out for a jog "sure! I'll go fill up my water bottle" she said before heading into the kitchen and grabbing her water bottle and filling it up from the tap, simply sticking it into her body and waiting by the door for Daniel.

Daniel would emerge shortly after a quick change of clothes. He was dressed more like a jogger, or some kind of athlete. All of that would be correct. "Hans! We're going out for a job. Would you like to come along?" Daniel asked seriously. Yes he knew who he was talking to, he always hoped one of these times he would say yes.

"Nah. I got stuff to do later, after I take a nap. You kids have fun," Hans yawned, waving them off.

Yaani would stick by Daniel and left the house with him, as she jogged with him, she would too, her slime body jiggling with each step, she was however dressed in a jogging outfit made of slime similar to Daniel, but that didn't stop certain...assets...of her from bouncing.

Daniel would for the most part not notice... at first. But it was hard not to notice the buxom features of your jogging partner. Plus the sound was alittle distracting. Not that he was complaining, he was really happy that she agreed to go with him. He would become alittle more flustered if he kept trying to sneak glances, fortunate that he had not crashed into anything at this point. And they had been drawing some attention due to how odd they looked together. Or maybe it was just Yaani specifically.

"So what are you most interested in learning about?" Daniel asked to break the silence.

Yaani, despite seeming naive and innocent, wasn't completely stupid, she noticed Dan's glances to her bouncing assets, but she didn't mind, it was Dan, he was sweet and kind, she enjoyed jogging with him, she felt safe despite the stares they were getting.

Dan then asked her what specifically she wanted to learn about "mm well...I'm already learning about human biology through various books...I don't know really, its hard to explain what I don't know when I don't know it" she said with a chuckle, did she just make up an excuse to spend some time with Dan? She hoped he wouldn't catch on to that.

He didn't. Daniel definitely understood her dilemma and would just have to pick something to start with. He was curious as to why she started with Biology of all things. While it was definitely important to learn how the human body works, it was a poor teacher of human culture. Psychology may have been a better thing to start with but that was just his own silent opinion. After stopping at a red light, he recognized where they were and had an idea. "I know! Since you're so keen to learn, we should start museum. That way you can learn plenty in one sitting. And then we can go find something for lunch," Daniel suggested, planning out their day.

"A museum? That's a great idea! We should do that" said Yaani with her bright smile, excited about spending the day with Dan.

"Huzzah! Then away we go... once the light changes I mean. Safety first and all that," Daniel suggested excitedly, leading the jog to the museum.

Yaani nodded with a smile, her hand brushing against the back of his, although it probably wasn't the best idea to hold hands while jogging, she still wanted to see if he'd notice. Once the light changed she would follow him, still jogging.

He would notice. But all it did mostly was draw his attention back to her... jiggle physics as he looked to see what his hand touched on reflex. He tried to hide a slight blush as they jogged to the museum, arriving a short time later. How odd they looked, dressed in jogging clothes and now visiting the museum. Hopefully there wouldn't be any more incidents involving statues suddenly coming to life, and crazy cyborg girls.

Yaani ooed and aahed as they entered the museum, it was so big and pretty and ornate "mmm...where should we start?" she asked him as she took a map and unfolded it curiously "they have an exhibit on cavemen? Ooo~ and geodes! I've seen some geodes before, they're so pretty!" she said, excited like a small child, one of the few that was actually excited about learning stuff.
