Name: Chaos Drive
What is it: Severely modified Xenothium
Where it's found: Unknown
What it can do: Provides substantial amount of chemical-based energy
Side-effects: Incredible volatile substance, degrades materials overtime from exposure.
What it can be mixed with: Unknown
What it can be made into: Energy
Possible uses when altered: Unknown
Weaknesses & Counters, if any: Short lived use limits potential to weapons or robotic cores
Element Number/Periodic Chart: N/A
History: A co-project studied for a time in H.A Mercier's early career in S.T.A.R.S labs. Xenothium's potential was tested to determine if the substance's energy output could be increased to a dramatic rate. The research was reopened recently and was discovered that by [REDACTED] Xenothium energy output could be doubled at the cost of it becoming far more volatile then it's normal counterpart. It has earned it's name of "chaos drive" BECAUSE of the severity of it's volatile nature. Fortunately the process to create them also leaves them with shorter lives which limits their capacity to power smaller devices like energy weapons or robots. But the hardware will more then likely have to be replaced after exposure.
