Powers:

-Demonic Physiology-
George is a demon, and so of course he gets all the perks of being a demon. Which includes;

Enhanced Strength: George is really, really strong. Twenty five tons strong. This makes it really easy to punch things he doesn't like, which tends to be a lot of things. His strength also affects his durability, meaning he can take quite a few punches from beings of equal strength to his own.

Enhanced Speed: He's also really fast! A...speed demon. *Cough*. Anyways, George can go an average of thirty to forty miles her hour on foot. This also effects his reflexes and dexterity, meaning he can reload those guns pretty fast. Maybe not dodge a bullet, though. Definitely not that. Bullets hurt, bro.

-This...Boy is on...FIIIREEE!-
Yeah. So, basically, one of Lucy's best defenses is his satanic blue flame. He has a lot of control over this stuff, from being able to change what it does or doesn't burn, even if the flame is touching something that should burn. For instance, people. However, for things that he does burn, it burns REAL hot. Generally, his flames are as hot as those emitted by a blowtorch- so, around 2,900 °F. However, he can ramp up that heat, making those flames of his closer to a propane torch's output, nearly 3,620 °F.

The flames also have special properties. Being magical in nature, they are not easily put out, water will usually work but it takes more than average. The fire is also shockingly effective on divine beings, such as a demigod or angel; however, their weaponry is just as effective on George. Additionally, his fire is rather ineffective on other demons. And finally, George can ignite things without touching them, so long as it's within five feet of him.

Skills:

-Marksmanship-
Despite his erratic nature, George has got pretty damn good aim. He's skilled using a variety of firearms, from pistols to semi-automatic rifles, from shotguns to snipers.

-Arson-
Pretty self explanatory. George knows pretty well on how to light things up, blow them away.

Weaknesses:

-Demonic Weaknesses-
Well, being a demon grants George a lot of weaknesses. For instance, any holy symbols regardless of origin can hurt him. So crosses, Stars of David, even Buddhist statuettes will cause him intense pain. This also includes prayers and holy words. Additionally, skin contact with silver and salt will cause him pain. Drawing a pentagram around him (IN CHALK!) will trap him in place. However, slight imperfections in the pentagram will free him.

As stated before, his fire does not work nearly as well on demons as it does normal beings. It is also far less effective at less temperatures, due to the fact that he needs to fight the cold to put out any substantial amount of heat. Besides this, he is also very susceptible to other forms of energy manipulators, like those that harness solar energy or lunar energy. And, finally, Azazel has literally NO defense against Nth metal, as it negates most of his abilities.

Ahh, Azazel's big bag of fun. Inside he has a variety of things, including a large amount of bullets; half of which are standard lead rounds, while the other half are silver. While they hurt George to touch, he keeps them on hand because he knows he cannot trust other demons. He also carries;

Personality:
Oof, is George one crazy nut. Driven mad by his demonic blood, Azazel takes great enjoyment in burning things down, killing people, blowing stuff up, throwing cars at policemen- you get the drift. He has an insatiable sense of bloodlust, he's trigger happy, and he loves to make people squirm. Azazel is also perverse, the sort to take hostages and toy with them, like a cat plays with its food. He can be rather terrifying, and his laugh carries for miles. The demon is insane, and his only drive is carnage.

Strengths:
-Unpredictability: Being crazy as he is, Lucy can be rather unpredictable. He isn't one to fight the same way time after time, and is always doing things out of the blue. One moment he's being friendly, the next he's gouging out your eyes. Fun at parties, right?

History:
Ahh, imagine being Heather Azazel, a seventeen year old girl living just outside the city of London. She had it all; scholarships for full-ride tuition at Oxford University, a loving family, a good future lay ahead of her. And then, she met Edward. Charming, devilishly handsome, but very much a bad boy, a hooligan. One thing led to another, several regrettable things, and Heather was stuck at home. Mainly because she was with child. Edward was nowhere to be seen, but his impact changed Heather's life forever. She was stuck with a baby she didn't want, and so, when George was born, his mother never did treat him well.

Beaten often, George grew up to be a very sadistic boy. He was a bully, who despite his somewhat smaller stature as a young lad, was very capable of beating others to a pulp. His dangerous, almost evil behavior was noticed, and he and his mother often had to move. As George grew older, these tendencies began to come up in court. By the time he was fourteen, his mother made him get on a plane, and go wherever; she could not keep him anymore. It was around then that Edward showed up yet again, and he told George what he really was. Whether this information enlightened or broke George, it definitely changed him.

Edward left again, never to return, and George found himself in America. He began to test his abilities. Killed some people here...burned down that orphanage, then that hospital...he began to delve into marksmanship. He loved the way a bullet could tear a family to shreds. George had found his calling, really. And his calling was the torture of others; to create Hell on Earth.

George ended up meeting other demons, who believed he was making his presence far too visible. They believed he would get them killed. They tried to kill him themselves, only to be repelled by his blue flames. George slaughtered the other demons, and expanded his arsenal to be able to deal with them as well. Soon enough, he found himself in California. Here, and especially in Jump City, there was actual challenge. Worthy opponents. Oh, how the blood would flow, he thought...
