Powers:

Invulnerability - The Goddess's body cannot be broken, cut, or ripped. She can however suffer harm and gains no actual increase in strength or durability. Her flesh and skin is similar to that of all living creatures but just cannot be broken. Nor can her bones be fractured, eyes be carved out, tongue be torn out, etc. She can be knocked unconcious, thrown aside, pinned down, and beaten into submission. Other than being unbreakable she is every bit similar to a human being.

Immortality - The Divine Goddess is an eternal being, unless her life is ended through specific and abnormal means, she will live forever. Her body while affected completely by colds, gases, nausea, etc. and all other forms of things that could otherwise kill a person will eventually pass through her body within hours. She can only be brought to the brink of death, never actual death itself through normal means.

Goddess Blessing - If one prays to or praises the Goddess and/or kneels, or is touched, or even kissed by her they will receive her blessing. The blessing of a divine being can do many things and the blessing that takes form is up to the individual mindsets of those receiving or possibly the Goddess herself.

In general terms the Goddess can double the current capabilities of anyone. If someone wants to be smarter her blessing will double their intelligence, double their strength if they wish to be stronger, etc. This is achieved through the energy being radiated off the Goddess taking form around the individual and gifting them with an enhancement to their current state, sort of like an aura. This is to be cast on living creatures only, or objects that have a direct line to living creatures - such as a sword being held by a person. Never the sword itself.

The effect lasts as long as the receiver is within the same twenty five foot radius of the Goddess and she is conscious.

Divine Pact - The Goddess can make a blood pact with one of the individuals she bestowed with the gift of the Goddess. This allows her to summon this being through a portal that transcends time and space to her location. This blood pact last forever but can only be used when the person is bestowed with the gift of the goddess. The distance she can transport the individual depends on how much blood was spilt when the pact was made. To move continents would require nearly all of it and to move cities would require 10 pints. A finger prick or two is sufficient enough to move someone a few blocks and so on. The represents symbolically how much of yourself you have donated to the Weislogia.

The pact is sealed by a sigil drawn in blood spilt blood of the summoned.

The Eye of the Beholder - Sentient creatures find the Young Goddess attractive. This does not mean that one will throw themselves at her. This does not mean the desire to fornicate will overtake one's body. It just means that Weislogia is seen as a being that is considered to have/possess a form of beauty to all with reasonable thought and a comprehension of beauty. Even if they would usually think her to be unattractive physically. This does not mean they will feel the same attraction to anything else the Goddess presents about herself.

Skills:

She is extremely acrobatic and limber.

She is a whiz at cooking, cleaning, and other womanly duties.

Is very good at appeasing, schmoozing, and the art of seduction and telling lies.

Abilities:

She is extremely fit and has a figure that is becoming of a healthy female woman but is also over-sexualized to attract anyone who desires the female body. Her lips, hips, jawline, cleavage, and other areas are proportioned in such a way that would honestly be assumed unnatural or require plastic surgery to achieve such an aesthetic effect in normal circumstances - She simply looks designed to induce lust.

Physical Weaknesses:

1) No fighting capability...like at all, it's kind of pathetic.

2) The summoning cannot transcend non-physical barriers, the one being summoned must not resist the Goddess - it's a willing gesture to protect the Goddess. They must be conscious, and logically, since the summoning must occur within the hour it probably won't be useful for summoning those a city or continent away unless that individual somehow had super speed or teleportation capabilities that moved them that far to begin with. Additionally, the amount of blood isn't based on human parameters. They must donate the amount of blood that equivalate to their bodytype. In essence, a gallon would be required by a being with a lot of blood while a person may only need a finger prick depending on the being.

3) No increase in strength, agility, etc. can be cast on herself. She is stuck in the state she is in now and forever unless an outside force is shown to somehow effect her.

4) She is immortal and invulnerable, but not invincible. This means she can be mind controlled. She can be manipulated, outsmarted, and killed by items made to kill immortal or divine beings. She can also be affected by reality manipulation.

5) Can only empower two individuals at a time.

Mental Weaknesses:

6) Sometimes...Most times, the Goddess can be ditsy or easily convinced by others.

7) Her divine blessing cannot be cast unless the individual genuinely praises, prays, or bows to the Goddess and she is willing to give it. Additionally, the blessing does not last for eternity - only as long as she sees fit or at most an hour at a time. Finally, it only increases abilities - it cannot make one fly or walk on water, unless they could already do something close to that effect.

Equipment:

Garbs of Zaun - Her skin tight outfit will reform itself within a few seconds if damaged. It has no other functions than that and is her only outfit. She can take it off normally however.

Her ribbons glow when she is using her divine powers.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===

Personality: Weislogia is quite giving, and loves to be pampered and worshiped. She feels invigorated when praised or prayed too but weak and faint when she is not. She is lustful and mischievous due to the heavens having no need to worry about being possessive over mates and partners. She'll do most anything to improve the world in a way she sees fit or help those she deems worthy.

She is very forgiving, loves yoga, and doing tasks for others. She's very good with taking care of others and medicine. Her services are usually always top-notch and without falter, unless she messes up on purpose or consciously makes a mistake. She also likes to play pranks, take sides, and gossips as well as be apart of a crowd. Weislogia is very greedy and likes making others jealous and enticing others.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Family Members: Future Gods, Goddesses, and Ascended Humans.
Place of Origin: Zaun (Earth - 476)
History: Weislogia is a Goddess of the future. Eventually thousands of years from now in a certain timeline humans are able to ascend into higher beings in the future. Mankind ascends to the realms of Gods and angels and creates a new society among the heavens. However with man came their imperfections as well. The world of Gods, which was so simple, was now complicated and thus somewhat corrupted. Not to the point of man's current world but in terms of status, power, lineage, and honor/ability the Gods had become adept to these ideals.

Weislogia is the youngest Goddess, and in her time, being the youngest also made her the weakest. She is the offspring of humans and Gods - the further down in genes you are from the original Gods the less power you have. The main feature the young goddess lacks was the knowledge of everything. In human terms she's normal but by the standards of the Gods and ascended beings of the future...She's dumber than all sin. The only one of her abilities she comprehends how to use is the blessing. Weislogia decided to the mortal realm after a few centuries of being looked down upon by her peers. She would earn favor, respect, and prove herself a legend in the early world of man. She left the ascended world of Zaun and traveled back in time to the realm of man in which they were still young and full of faults. Here she could make a difference and be a true Goddess. The one problem with her theory was how to return home after achieving the status she so desired?

I was informed that this character was a goddess, and as this is a rather touchy subject I decided to look the character over myself. It would appear that in her absence Bow was not aware of all of the site rules. Time travel has been disallowed entirely. In the admin's own words: "Time travel breaks continuity and will not be considered." You will be allowed to finish any rp you are already in with this character, but she will be moved to the graveyard and is no longer considered approved. I sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, I only just learned of this. Steps are being taken to ensure that this kind of a slip up doesn't happen again. I'll be sending you a copy of this as a PM as well, feel free to discuss it with me if you wish, but the bottom line is that if a staff member who was aware of this rule had looked at this profile during the application process, the application would have been denied and the character would have been moved to the graveyard.
