Cooper has been an acrobat since he could walk, performing flips and dives and rolls like there's nothing to it. He puts almost anyone else to shame and going beyond what a human is normally capable of. Jumping to the rooftops of smaller buildings and falling from great heights without so much as a scratch, and even moving fast enough to dodge a few bullets from up to 8 feet away.


Stealth
Coopers have always had an ability to avoid standing out, this one in particular has the ability to cloak himself unless under extreme stress such as combat. Light bends around Cooper, making him completely transparent. Attacking while cloaked or being injured will turn him visible. Once he has been spotted, he rarely re-cloaks unless he needs to make a speedy getaway.


The Cooper Cane

Cooper's cane design has been passed down from generation to generation, each Cooper adding something knew to the tool. Cooper's cane is fully equipped with several hidden switches on the handle including a grappling hook utilizing the cane hook, a magnetic lock function allowing it to attach to metal for climbing, an EMP device good for about 6 feet to disable security systems, a compartment for smaller stolen goods, and a smokescreen. The smokescreen of the Cooper Cane is good for 5 blasts before needing to be refilled, it offers a gigantic cloud of black smoke, obscuring all vision almost instantly.

Years of carrying this glorified Swiss Army knife has made Cooper reliant on its functions, not to mention the sentimental value of it. Because of this, not having access to it provides a problem.

During most heists, Cooper uses a standard backpack to carry the loot easily. It's one strapped and slings over his shoulder for ease of movement.

Traction Gloves
Cooper uses his gloves to cling to virtually any surface, allowing him to crawl along walls and ceilings.

Personality:
Cooper is a smooth talking smart alleck and revels in a good heist and chase. Relatively good natured, Cooper uses his skill and charm to accomplish a job. While often making quips at the expense of others, he remains loyal to those he considers friends. While he may not exactly be the brightest thief in the world, his experience and ability more than make up for it, and it's terrifying to consider what he could accomplish with a mastermind running the operation.

History:
Born to a family of master thieves, Cooper was raised to steal from the moment he could crawl. Snatching gems and antiques by the age of 12. While his rise to thieving greatness was a solid crime, it came crashing down when his father stole from the wrong man. At this point, the current Cooper family was gunned down in cold blood after Cooper's father stole from The Penguin. The youngest Cooper, absent from the tragedy, returned home to the shock and horror of his family's burning corpses. His mother and father, his baby sister, all perished. And he couldn't have been there to defend them because he just had to go off and steal some fancy artifact from a museum. It was crushing to the 14 year old thief, and it became a driving force to him. He would rise as the greatest thief of the modern day, to the point that even the Penguin would fear his talents. And then, he would rob him dry. While Cooper has sworn never to kill a man to spare anyone the pain he went through, he could likely be tempted...if Penguin pushed him just the right way.
