The adopted daughters of Xei Xong. The two girls were found orphaned with only their names written down, Melanie and Miltia. Growing up, the two found a great joy in tormenting a very young Yang Xiao Long. Whether it be for looks, her intelligence, or her ethnicity, nothing was off the table. Now that they're older they work with their adoptive father as ambassadors to the various gangs of Japan. They relish the fights with those that refuse to cooperate and leave a mess of carnage all their own.

Accelerated Healing Factor
Both twins possess a healing factor capable of healing them from almost any lethal wound. The two could in theory be decapitated, and as long as their heads rejoin their bodies they will heal.

Melanie (White Dress)
Martial Arts Master
Melanie has mastered several different martial arts forms, but her best attribute in combat are her kicks, which are complimented quite nicely by the spiked heels she wears. These give her kicks the power of a master fencer with a rapier and scores her quick and simple kills.


Miltia (Red Dress)
Beastial Claws
Miltia's bones are much heavier than a normal humans, which makes her stronger than Melanie, a bit slower, and a bit more durable. She can grow red claws from her hands which are about as strong as steel. In combat she relies more on what seems to be a beastial instinct than anything else. She is still extremely coordinated and dangerous.

Fighting someone durable puts the twins in a tough spot. If Melanie's heels or Miltia's claws cannot pierce their enemy, they can't do much.

Similar to the hybrid weapons that Xei lead in manufacturing, Melanie's heels are made from titanium, are sharp as a blade, and are even used as such.


Personality:
Melanie and Miltia do not show much emotion in their voices, and when they do, it's generally just a nasty attitude, so it's hard to get a range on their personalities. To be honest though, the two are absolute monsters and have been since childhood. They're sadists and greatly enjoy the work they do.
