===POWERS===

Powers:

Super Strength: She can pick up to 3 tons and deal out attacks as strong as 3 tons of force/strength. Anything more she will react like any normal person who holds too much weight. After she starts carrying 2 tons of weight her speed gets cut in half and she slows down more and more the more weight she gains until she can not walk when carrying 3 tons. The more weight she carries and the longer she has it the quicker she gets worn out.
Super Durability To Blunt Force: Any blunt force that hits her up to a total of 1 ton in strength/weight/force can not hurt her but not this doesn't include magical or mental abilities and other such things.
Gravity defying: She can walk, run, stand, etc. on any surface as long as its by her feet. If the thing she is standing on is too hot or anything of that sort it will still hurt her if it touches her. When standing on something she hovers off it by an inch allowing her to balance on said thing better if it is moving. She can only use this ability up to 30 mins and has to wait 10 mins before using it again. This ability also require focus and twice as much energy that she normally uses to do anything while using this ability.

Weaknesses:

Not blunt: Anything not blunt or is magical or any kind of force like that it hurts her like anyone else.
Focus: If she loses her focus when using her gravity defying power she will instantly stop using it making her fall on and or in anything she was on.
Draining: When using her Gravity defying powers she loses energy twice as fast
Heavy Load: The more she picks up the slower she will go and the easier the target she is.
Up close: The only ranged weapon she has is her Giant Ninja Star, without that she can not do any ranged moves making her at a large disadvantage against ranged opponents.
NO CAPES!!!: Her scarf isn't a cape but it can easily be grabbed and be used against her since she always wears it.

Equipment:

Gigantic Ninja Star: From tip to tip it is about 5ft long. From tip to the center hole it is 2 ft long. The center hole has a handle that doesn't spin with the rest of the star and keeps the star spinning until the breaks on the start are hit or something stops it allowing the user to hold the star while it spins. The Ninja star is made of metal that is twice as strong/durable as your average steel weapons metal. This metal also stays sharper longer. This weapon is 1 ton in weight due to the metal it is made of and it's size. The breaks on this weapon can be used by clenching the handle in the center tightly the harder you grip the quicker it stops. This weapon can also cut through average metal and steel metal with a few hits based on the thickness of the metal.
Chest plate and shoulder guard: This armor is made with metal as strong as steel but is practically weightless.
Green Scarf: Made of fire proof fabric, is a foot in with and 6 feet in length. Also if it is held over the mouth it can be used like an average gas mask does filtering out any and all average toxins.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===

Personality: Arisu can be quite at times but still enjoys goofing off and being loud when she can be. She isn't always goofy though, She tends to take fights and missions very seriously. Arisu isn't one to use her past as a way to get things or really tells others about her past at all. She only really talks to others about her past that she trusts or has become friends with. One thing others cant really tell is that she was one with a past like hers based on how goofy and peppy she can be at times. Though when she does talk about her past she can get very emotional along with hostile towards others who pester her about her past after she told them she didn't want to talk about it.

History: Arisu was the oops baby of two violent alcoholics that commonly fought with each other over petty things. Commonly She was abused by them but obtained no serious injures and was always kept home to hide the injures she did obtain. One day when she was but only 3 years old She watched behind the couch partly as her father brutally beat her mother. Unfortunately Her father saw her and came at her with a broken beer bottle as she backed up.

Arisu tripped as he swung at the side of her head the bottle tearing up her eyes and face rendering her unable to see. The abuse only got worse after that her mother beating her commonly for being so weak and forced her to always wear something over her eyes at all times so she wouldn't have to see them. The next time her father got very violent towards her mother she was only 8. She rushed over to the phone feeling out the buttons and called 911 but before she could say anything her father violently cut out her tongue so she couldn't.

By the time the police and paramedics came her mother and her were already near death. Luckily the two survived but they couldn't reattach Arisu's tongue. Her parents were sent to jail and she was sent to a foster home living happily there for a year with her new best friend and seeing eye dog Tod. Her new parents were kind and loving teaching her how to form slight words even though she couldn't say them correctly without a tongue and how to do sigh langue.

Her adoptive mother died shortly after a year of being there to cancer her father unable to cope. Her father killed himself the bang of the gun scaring Tod who was being held onto by Arisu and ran out the door. Arisu ran with him unknowing of where they were going. They ran for an hour until they were completely lost. Arisu then sat in an alley way with Tod now living in an area where no one cared to take her in or talk to her but did toss them food here and there barely enough to stay alive.

Arisu had to force food on Tod a lot since her wanted her to have the food. After a year of this Tod finally died of starvation it took over an hour of Arisu trying to feed him and trying to talk to him before she realized he wasn't alive. Arisu then not wanting to be by her best and only friends dead body she felt along the buildings sides finding a new alley way. There a few days later a teen aged girl who was unable to adopt her because of her age came by every day feeding Arisu and talked to her becoming her new best friend.

One day the girl didn't come and every day for the next week she didn't come having been grounded from pestering her parents about adopting Arisu too much. Arisu barely ever got any food that week and by the time the girl came with food Arisu was near death. The girl told her that her father finally said yes to adopting her but before the girl could feed or take her home a mugger came by and beat her and Arisu taking all they had even their food.

Arisu died next to the girl from hunger the girl dieing from blood loss having been shot many times by the mugger. Shortly after some military men collected Arisu's body not having died all too long ago and took her back to their base. They identified her and decided she would be apart of their new military force and used their machinery to breath life back into her body that still had her soul barely holding onto it and enhanced her body at the same time along with regenerated her tongue and eyes letting her speak and see again.

Arisu for the next few years was trained but the military forces to be a weapon for them as she slowly regained the memories she lost after being brought back from the dead. One day randomly a worm hole opened in the base she was in and sucked her up through it spitting her out into the ocean of Jump city a completely different universe.

She swam to shore after realizing where she was she smiled finally being free and strong enough to do anything she wanted and not what others wanted or being held back by her eye sight and speaking capabilities. Arisu found an abandoned apartment to live in as she works to find out what she wants to do now.
