Kind Of Illegal (Bow)

Ellie was so sick of crawling through air ducts, but it was the best way into the closed shops, and that meant they were worth it. About halfway to the opening she was heading toward, she suddenly teleported directly through it, falling onto the ground below. It wasn't a graceful landing. "F***!" She yelled, clutching her knee after falling. Landing on your knee wrong is never fun, but she got up and adjusted pretty quickly. The windows were boarded up for the most part, and the doors were locked as always, so she was good to go.

She rummaged through drawers and shelves, finding what she could use and abandoning what she couldn't. She'd even found like, 10 bucks. She could use that for food at least. And she managed to find a bit of gas for her generator back at home! Good deal! When she moved the can though, the shelf it was on fell over with an extremely loud thud. That...that was not a stable shelf.

Rain was running from one side of town to the other to get to another volunteer spot. However, when she passed one of the closed up shops, she heard a crash and paused, looking at the boarded up windows and slowly took a few steps towards them. Once she got closer, she peered in and saw a small girl in there. Bow's heart reached out to her and she walked to the door, looking around before melting the knob on the door until she could just push it open.

As soon as she walked in, she held up her hands and smiled gently to the girl. "I mean no harm to you... May I ask what you're doing here?" Bow figured the girl was probably scared or lost or something. Though the fact that she even got in here without being caught was a little suspicious, but this was Crash Alley after all, and some of the stories she had heard from ex-cons made it seem like it was child's play to break in... And it really was... "I want to help." Her entire demeanor was inviting. Her smile was warm and voice sweet.

Ellie whirled around quickly, pulling out her switchblade and flicking it out. She had the gas can behind her back and she did her best to look threatening. Little girls are totally threatening right? "Yeah? And I don't want any trouble." She said, backing up toward the boarded up back door. With any luck she could at least kick it in. It was decrepit.

Ellie was not nearly as inviting as Bow was. She hadn't eaten in days, her stock was low, and she hadn't bathed in...like...three years. "I can help myself lady." She said, turning to run and teleporting on the spot. Unfortunately, it caused her to run face first into the door when she reappeared and fall on the ground holding her face. "AH! F*** DOORS! OW!"

When the girl began to back up towards the door, Rain just stood there. If she ran, she would give chase, but there wasn't a need for that right now. As she looked over the girl to assess the depravity she was in, Rain's heart broke and she wished that she could just hug her right then and there, but she knew that would only make matters worse.

Then the girl ran into the door and appeared before her and Rain couldn't help herself. She ran over to the girl and got down on her knees, looking over her to make sure there were no serious injuries. Her voice was still calm and light as she spoke in an almost cantabile feel. "I understand that you can help yourself, but wouldn't it be nice to have a friend that cares about you? If you come with me I can get you a nice hot shower and good food with clean clothes... Doesn't that sound great?" Her entire personality seemed trustworthy, and that's because it was. Bow had no ulterior motive. All she wanted to do was help.

Would that be nice? Uhhhh yeah. Yeah it would. Was it REALISTIC? That's the real question. "Yeah, yeah, 'help' me. I'm sure it's a really nice shower just like the other ***hats who offerred me one when I was a kid right?" She said, getting to her feet and kicking the door in, walking out into the alleyway and holding her face. She'd probably broken it, cuz it was definitely bleeding.

The pink haired girl didn't seem threatening to be fair, but at the same time that meant nothing in Crash Alley. Ellie didn't look threatening. Then again she really wasn't. But she had a knife! Knives are pointy! They hurt! BAM! THREAT!

Bow followed the little girl out into the alley, looking extremely concerned. "Please! If nothing else let me get you to the hospital... You need medical attention no matter how much you hate it!! I-if you don't come with me willingly... I-I'll be forced to take you there." She bit her lip and flew up and above the girl, landing in front of her with determined eyes. "All I want to do is help you... You need to go to the hospital right now to make sure your nose isn't broken. You can also take a shower and get food there too!" She was hoping that she could get through to her.

She extended her hand to shake and smiled sweetly. "My name is Rain, may I ask what yours is?"
