Relation to character: Athena is Chuck Jones's dog who came down with distemper when Chuck was only 12. This was the first time Chuck had ever discovered he had powers. After spending a few days with her, he learned that he was able to not only cure the disease but enhance her health to an incredible degree. She is well known for being the world's healthiest dog, a fluke of nature that ages as slowly as a human. Chuck's treatment of his dog, however, had unforeseen consequences. Athena gained self awareness and began learning the language of humans as well as testing out her own powers. She quickly discovered the power of human prejudice after spooking humans in an alleyway with her newly attained voice and has been keeping it a secret to the Jones family ever since.

Description(optional): Athena is a border collie with abnormal size and weight due to her mutation and still doesn't have a mature body yet.

Powers:

Canine Psionics: This power gives her the ability to function on the level of a human despite her lack of human appendages and be a great asset to Chuck.

Telepathic Canine Communication (Sub power): Athena can use her telepathy to communicate to any creature. She has a primal understanding of language that goes beyond all limitations. She can also sense danger in a much more acute way than what most dogs are capable of, to the point where she can practically understand the affiliation of whoever she focuses on. She can bark telepathic shouts of warning to make the opponent hesitate.

Mental Projections (Subpower): She can mentally project various illusions of one environment to confuse a foe. She can only do one at a time and this takes great focus. If done correctly however, she can make the illusion seem so real and project fake environmental interactions to the point where it is literally impossible for the target to discern it from reality. This is how she was able to interact with human society before Chuck knew she had powers.


Telekinesis: This psionic power works similarly to her telepathy in the sense that her being a dog gives her unique abilities.

Object manipulation (Subpower): Athena can manipulate various small objects to make up for her lack of hands and feet. She can't block bullets or forces that she normally wouldn't be able to detect or stop.

Canine blitz (Subpower): Athena can levitate herself in air for extended periods of time to acrobatically move around if need be. She can also enhance her running speed to extremely fast speeds without putting unnecessary stress on her body by adding velocity to her particular direction and can reach speeds up to 120 miles per hour (although she usually doesn't go this fast because it looks awkward). It is also possible for her to add speed to people or other objects. She can stop on a dime and use this force to enhance her agility as well. She can use her telekinetic power to project a canine attack in the form of a telekinetic bite that can crush an iron bar.


Transcendental Mind: Being a dog she has no fallen nature like humans and possesses an acute soul-mind connection. Even though she is a teenager and has her moments of angst and struggles, she has an almost perfect moral compass and a serene disposition and outlook on life. She is an ideal counselor and advisor, able to use wit alone to belittle or encourage others. Because Chuck's efforts created a special mutation that primarily enhanced her mind, she gained a genius-level intellect as one of the powers stemming from this power. She can create various gadgets like most geniuses but the most unique use of her power is when she mixes this intellect with her enhanced senses. Using her smell and analytic mind, she can trace distinct chemical decomposition markers and can understand how something was made. This allows her to catch on very fast without any need for special equipment.

Long distance detection (Sub-power): Her enhanced smell and hearing allows her to detect vibrations and smiles from hundreds of miles away. Using her intelligence, she has a heightened awareness of the world and can detect crimes occurring from great distances.

Age: Her unique brain and gene mutation requires a more complex diet and digestive system than most dogs. This shifts her age to the same progression as that of a human. When she transformed, whatever equivalent age she would be in human years became a reality.

Skills/Strengths:
-Detective Work is one of her great strengths. She usually helps Chuck get motivated and clues him in on a lot of things



Equipment:
Steel hollow claws and teeth she created to help her climb walls of various type if needed. These are hollowed copies of her claws and teeth, that she keeps a certain  length to fit. These fit over her nails and teeth and provide protection from wear and tear.

Habits/Quirks:

-She likes to use common dog barks in between human speech to punctuate or agree on things.

-She will randomly leave if she finds something boring.

Personality:  Kind, naieve, high-spirited, and witty with the maturity of a human her age but very intelligent as stated. Closest reference I have to this is Captain Marvel.
