KILL or SAVE ( The Forum Game ) V2

Let's play a game. This one is simple and has actually been done before, but not for a very long time! Hence the V2 ( that stands for version two, kids! ) Credit to the lovely Ninja for starting the original game. This is how this game goes down: ( much has been transplanted from Ninja's original topic )

The character we're going to be killing and saving shall be called Fred this time around. ( If your name is Fred, you've evaded my watch and I apologise in advance. This character's name is random. ) The object of the game is to kill and save Fred for as long as possible. The first person to post ( me ) will either create a situation where Bill either ALMOST die or ALMOST be saved. The second person will post the opposite of what the person posted about, in a cycle. After you've dictated Fred's fate, please add the respective 'Kill' or 'Save,' depending on what you've done to poor Fred. Here's an example:

Person 1: Fred is skydiving when he realises he forgot his parachute. ( Kill )
Person 2: Luckily, a giant bird catches Fred just in time! ( Save )
Person 3: However, the bird gets hungry and decides to have Fred for a mid-flight snack! ( Kill )
Person 4: But Fred tastes gross, so the bird spits him out, depositing him in a nest of fluffy pillows. ( Save )

And so on, and so forth! You MUST alternate between Kill and Save. Please, do NOT actually "kill" Fred; we want to keep this game going! If Fred gets caught in an inescapable situation, he will be reincarnated into another Fred. But again, try to avoid this! This is a test of creativity and escape plans. Also! Have fun in 'killing' and 'saving' Fred, and comply to the site rules ( i.e. no swearing, no displays or massive gore, none of that sexy stuff. )

Alright, I'll start!

Fred is gambling at the local casino when a mob boss comes to kill him for winning too much money. ( Kill )

But he buys them off with all the money he wins, kills the mob boss and becomes head of the mob.

Unfortunately, being the mob boss made him many enemies, and it was only a matter of time before an assassin came after him. (Kill)

For whatever reason though, the assassin was easily distracted and let Fred off with a warning after he kissed the assassin's feet; then went to go eat some spaghetti. (Save)

But it turns out that the reason the assassin was so distracted was he was trying to remember how he was going to assassinate Fred, and it turns out it was with the poisonous spaghetti (kill)

The poison had turned the spaghetti green, so Fred decided not to eat it. (save)

But when Fred left he was run over accidentally (Kill)

However, the car was just a miniature toy car, so Fred was left unharmed. ( Save )

Then the bomb strapped to the toy car exploded. (Kill)

But the timer was set for too long and Fred was hours away when it went off (Save)

Still in shock from the bizarre string of events that occurred at Fate's behest, Fred didn't see the pothole in the road so insanely deep that as he fell through it, he fell into the earth's mantle, where a fiery death awaits him! ( Kill )

Being a mob boss was not without its benefits, and Fred appreciated them anew as he activated his jet pack to fly up to safety. (Save)

Suddenly, his jetpack ran out of battery. He regretted his decision to make his jetpack run on batteries as he fell into the Lion enclosure of the Zoo. (Kiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiilllllllllllllllllllllllllllllll!!!)

Luckily all of the lions were being cleaned after the last mauling occurred and he landed in the water, emerging completely unharmed. (save)
