Powers:

Shape shifting
Liv can shapeshift, at will, into a massive Hydra. Measuring at around 25 ft high and 40 ft long(Including her tail) and weighing around 15 tons, she becomes a massive foe. At the moment she has 8 heads, but she will grow two more heads in ones place if a head is cut off, as hydras do. It takes around ten seconds to grow a new head. She can hold this form for 30 minutes before she needs to rest. Her necks are about as large as a medium sized tree trunk, and good strong slash from a very sharp sword should do the trick for cutting a head off. Also, laser beams, wind slashes and plasma rays could get through it. Your ultimate karate chop probably won't be sharp enough however. She currently has 8 heads.
   In addition, her size gives her relative strength, making her able to crush cars with her jaws and a swipe of her claw could hit with a ton of force. Each head can hold three tons maximum alone. However, she isn't that much faster, with a top speed of around 36 mph. Transformation from human to hydra will take about a post to complete, but transformation from hydra to human is instantaneous.



Breath attacks
Liv can unleash a blot of lightning from one of her mouths. When using this attack, she has a sort of 'power budget' that cannot be exceeded. One lightning bolt that's been shot from only one head will do about half the damage of an actual lightning bolt. Two bolts fired from two heads will each do a quarter of the damage of an actual bolt of lightning, and so on and so on. When a head is about to fire a bolt of lightning, a bright, pulsing light is seen about  2 seconds before firing. The brighter the light, the stronger the bolt.


Lifespan
She will live incredibly long thanks to her hydra blood, around 300 years if no one has killed her before that time.

Skills:
She can think a bit faster when all of her minds are on task, which is rare.

Liv, due to her half Hydra bloodline, is very tall and strong, for a human. With little work she’s pretty strong despite appearances.

Weaknesses:
Fire
Burning a stump that you’ve cut off before she can grow her two other heads will permanently kill those two heads. If you manage to burn all of the stumps, she will die.

Mortal
When she is human, she can be killed the way any human could be killed. Long fall, sword to the gut, bullet to the nose, etc.

Scatterbrained
With every head that grows as a hydra, a new consciousness forms in her brain. This makes it extremely hard to make decisions and focus things when she is human.

Wounds
Her wounds in hydra form do not disappear, with the exception of her heads. If she gets cut as a hydra, then she’ll be cut as a human  when she turns back. Of course, it’ll be scaled to fit her size.She has no healing factor, so she just has to let it heal on it’s own.

Movement
When she’s a hydra, it’s hard for her to move very fast. It’s also hard for her to move out of the way of something if it’s aimed at one of her heads, and nearly impossible if something is aimed at her body.

If a head where to just die, it would just die. It wouldn't grow back, as long as it's still attached to her body. For example, if you bashed it with a rock or club and the head dies, then it dies, without growing back.
Equipment:
A wooden bat. Strong and sturdy, it’s survived many a practice. It was given to her by her adoptive father.



Personality:
Liv is excitable and scatterbrained, always jumping around, doing parts of many things but never finishing anything at all. She’s very emotional, and it’s easy for her to get infatuated, almost as easy for her to get enraged. And, if you thought it was bad to get a dragon angry... you’ve never met a hydra. Although she doesn’t show it, she has a strong bloodlust when angered. However, she tries to speak against violence, even if she can’t follow her own advice sometimes... at least she tries. Humans she's very wary towards and won't often speak to them unless spoken to. She believes that most of them are driven by a lust for more than they need, but she won't outright attack them, even if in her eyes 8 years ago they outright attacked her and her family.

History:
Born under the name Liviana, Liv was the product of strange love between a human and a hydra. Unlike most halflings, Liv was treated very well, living in lavish houses, she was never made fun of, and she was never attacked. That was until the legends of Hercules started to circulate. The tale of the demi-god slaying the hydra brought him even more fame, fame others would like nothing more than be a part of.

Liv was only a child at the time of this event, eight years old, making her an easy target. After all, she was a halfling, and in a human’s eyes, anything that wasn’t themselves could be looked down upon. Humans chased them across the land over the course of three years, like predators hunting their prey. Her father could easily fight them off (And simultaneously find dinner) but  It was becoming too much for them as word quickly circulated about Liv’s other side, so her father devised a plan- He was going to make it so Liv looked like she was already dead. Using highly advanced magic, he turned Liv into an unbreakable stone and buried her. She’d be safe, he hoped, until this hunt died down. He had no idea how long Liv stayed trapped in that prison. He was killed before he got a chance to free her, and her mother, having the lifespan of a human died before she was able to learn how to disenchant Liv. Her father intended to have her in there for around 10 years. It was more like twenty five. a hundred.

An excavation team in the year 2006, while looking for objects dating back from ancient Greece stumbled upon a flawless marble sculpture of a small child, looking terrified. A man by the name of Milan Trenc, an older man, was the one who found her, and sold her to a History Museum in Jump city. When she got there, however, he noticed many cracks on her face, and body. Curious, he examined the face closer. And after seeing more cracks form her back away; he was already paid for it, and they already put it on display. Whatever happened to it afterward was not his problem. Still, every day he checked on the sculpture, noticing more and more cuts and cracks. He told the museum director what he thought it might be- a cocoon. Something was in there, something was trying to break out, and when it did... he just hoped it was friendly.

He found himself investing everyday to this stone, trying to find out what was happening. Eventually, his theory was proven true as Liv broke out in the middle of the day. He was relieved that the sculpture had not been hiding something dangerous. Then she turned into a hydra. The mixed emotions of her situation transformed into a rage, where she she rampaged throughout the museum, destroying things, but avoiding people. She calmed down, and fainted after a short time. She woke up in the archaeologist’s home, but was calmed down before she could attack again. After being told of her situation, and after telling her story(Luckily he could speak Greece), she decided that she would stay with him, because she had no where else to go. School was hard for her, but after a while she got a grasp of English and it started to get better. After the vanishing, with new heroes and villains emerging, she figured she could use her abilities to do some good. Well, as good as a giant reptile could do.

The strength you list would be max...so you should probably list how much each head can lift alone.

Under weaknesses I'd include a pretty solid inability to dodge attacks aimed for the body and a hard time doing so for the head. You should also probably include how thick the necks are so people know what cuts them off. What happens when a head just dies?...if it tried to eat someone and they went He-man on it and...did something that would probably be reeeaally awesome.

Yeah, I did the first parts (everything but the history) at three in the mourning, should have checked my numbers, thanks for bringing this to my attention.

Still needs another weakness. Being human doesn't really apply to her. Neither does being able to be wounded.

Her lightning needs a bit more of a limit with how long she can hold it. It should probably need a bit of a charge time as well, with so many sources.

Alright, how long does it have to be? Would around 2 seconds suffice, with a very obvious warning glow coming from the mouth about to fire it off?

How fast can she move as a Hydra? I'm assuming she can't fly as a Hydra, or jump very high for that matter.

How long does it take for her to sprout two heads after losing one?

How long does it take her to shapeshift into Hydra form? Back into Human form?

You're correct on both assumptions, she doesn't have wings (But if she did...) O_O
