Powers: Was born with the gifts of magic control. Will is able to cast spells and make transformations.

List of Spells
Metal cover: Will is able to convert any limb of his body into a metal prosthesis, giving him an increase of strength for that limb.
Metal morph: After converting his body part into a metal one, Will can morph the prosthesis into any form such as a claw or have a blade cover his the top of his hand. Firearms are not possible for Will to turn his body into though.
Fullmetal body: Converting his whole body, Will is able to turn himself into a hollow body of armor for a short amount of time.
Magic manipulation: Will can cause the area around him to shift into different forms and control the density of it. With this, he can easily turn the dirt around him into quicksand or cause metal spikes/slabs to come popping up. The area of his spells can reach up to ten feet in distance around him..

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===


Likes: Always finding a way to raise the spirits of the people around him and to be around when someone needs his help is a goal Will tries to accomplish every day.

Dislikes: To see that he has failed in saving anyone that he loves.

Strengths: Coming from a family known for their skills in fighting, Will has mastered the arts of Krav Maga. Along with the his vast knowledge of fighting hand to hand, the superhero also has an extraordinary control of magic. While in his armor body, Will has any physical restraints such as pain, fatigue, and hunger removed from his as he is filled with an infinite amount of magical energy. He can only stay in the armor body for a short amount of time which, based off of how much magic he uses, determines how long he can be in it with the most being thirty minutes from no use and fifteen minutes with a constant use. With the change of his limbs from flesh to metal, his strength increases as well. From just a single limb change, the strength of that limb becomes double and when he's in his full armor body, Will's strength is tripled from his normal strength giving him the ability to carry around 3 tons.

Weaknesses: High temperatures of fire could damage his metal body parts and leave him with burns after returning to normal. When in his fullmetal body, he can be forced back to normal by damaging the seal inside of his armor which will cause him to become entirely wiped out. His full armor body is still able to be cut through and broken.

Skills: Will has become very used to the Krav Maga fighting style.

Equipment:

Habits/Quirks: He is calm most of the time which helps him think with his moves easier.

Personality: Will finds himself listening to music in most of his free time unless one of his friends drags him out of his room. When he is alone, he is pretty carefree but once around others, he watches and thinks on his actions so that he will appear "better" than his carefree side.




===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===


Family: The Dores
Place of Origin: Star City
History: Raised in Star City by family whose name has been known in the MMA world for several generations, Will Dores has been taught since a young age on how to fight. His teachers being his parents and relatives, they worked into teaching him several styles and blend them into one. At the beginning, Will had a hard time learning how to fight, but he learned quickly thanks to his family. A couple of years later, Will found a book in his family's library that attracted his attention. Will soon realized that the book was filled with spells and enchantments that he was able to practice and perform. The book taught him spells on how to configure his body and increase his strength that allowed him to take even his trainers with ease. Astonished at his abilities and a boost of pride and happiness in their son’s power, they allowed Will to train to control his abilities.With a dream now set on stopping crimes, Will Dores decided to join the Teen Titans.


Sample RP Watching from across the street, Will keeps his eye on a guy that he sees cross the road. Will walks up to the kid, one that seems his age, and stops infront of him. Are you really going to let your buddy over there steal that hotdog? Will keeps his hands in his jacket pocket, unsure how this guy is going to respond.

How strong do his limbs get

How much can he change the enviroment, edward elric levels seem a bit excessive although that is what Im assuming for obvious reasons. Since theyre spells they'd have to expire sometime, If he can use all of them for a full fight, at the same time, theyre just powers.

I fixed up the first two problems, but I don't get the last one. The expiring, why? I get it, Will would have to come back to normal but that would be done via him making a chant to reverse the change. All of them. And I did list an expiration for the full armor spell.

Because, if they don't expire then it's just a bunch of powers. While the spells could be put into three powers right now if he is meant to get more spells it is probably something that should be addressed now.

Also, you have his strength being tripled to three tons...not even batman's normal strength is over a ton. Super strength is always a power. His history has him able to fly and makes him a telepath...obvious plot hole.

As long as magic manipulation is never used to do something that would change the skyline, especially without extreme wear on the user, that's cool.

That's still a point I'm not getting. Yes magic can expire but not all magic does. Is it really a problem with keeping it as magic and not power?

Because of how the spell system here works it means you can have more, if you just get to have your spell's effect stay on you the whole fight it might as well be a power, so unless you're giving up the remaining five or so spells it would be an obvious unfair advantage/ loophole.

You still have him having powers, in his history, that he clearly doesn't have. Telepathy, foresight, flight.

Furthermore, just caught that he's a martial arts master, that should be listed in powers and it means you would have two more spells, not five. You also didn't fix the wording of his strength.

On the area of effect magic, does he use that the same way the Elric brothers do, it's not passive is it? If it can only effect 10 feet around him does that mean his slabs can only be 5 feet tall? or is that radius, in which case can they only be 10 feet tall? same with spikes.
