Powers:
Magic Abilities - Skylar has magical abilities that doesn't require spells yet. Her power runs with her emotions and if she concentrates on what she wants to happen it will. Don't get this wrong with ANYTHING she wants to happen will happen. She cannot kill someone even if she really really concentrates and focuses on that one thought of wanting to kill that person. She would never want someone to die unless she has a REALLY strong reason too. She can send her magic out of her hands and her eyes glow blue when she is using her magic. A lot of things can happen when she is feeling a certain way.

•When she is embarrassed, she can make the air cold because the magic alters the air.

•When she is in extreme pain, she can make a small earthquake within a seven foot radius.

•When she is annoyed, she can make alter OBJECTS to make them close, open, etc.

•When she is scared, she can make things spontaneous combust.

•When she is angry, she can create a mini tornado.

•When she is sad, she can create a small thunderstorm.

Skills: Quick Reflexes. Intelligent. A bit fast for her age. She can free-run a little bit, meaning hop over trash cans, climb things, etc.


Weaknesses:

Eyes - Her eyes glow blue when her magic is going on, or when she is using it. This can be a warning to her enemy that she is using her power and they have to watch out or they will be in the range and they will be caught by whatever attack that she does.

Emotions - Skylar can get a bit too happy, sad, etc, at times and the result of this is her powers raging out of control. At times, her powers don't go out of control but it mostly does whenever she is feeling very emotional or if she is acting melodramatic. Example: If her heart got broken, she could make a thunderstorm over her and she would have rain falling on her.

Personality: Skylar can be one of the nicest girls you could ever meet. She fishes out compliments a lot, smiles a lot, and at times, she can even buy friendship bracelets. She always remember friendship anniversaries and stuff like that. She is normally cheery, and happy about everything. She doesn't care about what her power does as long as if doesn't harm people which results in why she is TOO happy most of the time. She feels as if her power can hold her back from TRUE emotion but she focuses and keeps her power on the down low a lot but if she doesn't know her power is going on, she won't even feel her eyes glow blue. Only when she is actually using her power and her eyes turn blue, she will then feel it.

History: Skylar was born along with her twin sister, Selena, in Gotham city. She was born in the industrial part, where most of the crime was committed. One night when both girls were sleep, a man entered through the window and kidnapped Selena. All that was heard was Selena starting to cry and then she was gone. Her parents rushed in but Selena was missing from her crib and the window was open. Skylar was still asleep, oblivious that her twin sister had been kidnapped. They called the police and the only clue that was left was a blue liquid on her crib. That was it and her sister was officially missing. Her family was known throughout Gotham and they were rich for their jobs. Her mother was an entrepreneur and her father was the owner of a phone company, Odere. They decided to move the family to Jump City, sad that they would be leaving where their daughter was last seen in her crib at.

During that moving time, Skylar had her fifth birthday. Things started to happen when she had a certain feeling and it was a little freaky. She could make things move just by looking at it and at the time, her power was raging out of control. They had moved to Jump City and so far it was kind of cool in the city. It was some crime but they moved to the part where it was rarely crime. People didn't know them so Sky's father got a budget which allowed him to build another building of his phone company, Odere. Her mother managed the place, along with some other places that Skylar didn't know about.

Skylar had blurred throughout the years, becoming fourteen. She felt happy and she was sweet to almost everyone who she had seen. She had once brought in a stray puppy she had found in an alleyway. As she described, "It was so cute! And it was sad that it didn't have a home." It was the perfect puppy and it was a german shepard puppy. She brought it in, but her parents did not approve of it. This filled her with sadness and she cried knowing the puppy would not have a home. So she sneaked it in and it was working perfectly for about a month until her parents found paw spots on the floor. They had marble floors and they found the puppy. They decided to let her keep it because if she went through all this trouble just for the puppy to have a home, it was probably worth keeping. She named the dog, "Prada." She just came up with the name, and she knew it was a girl because....she turned it over and ya know. Looked. THE END!

Looking back, I think I gave you the wrong answer in the chat box. Even if your character doesn't use spells specifically, they need to have a limited number of ways to apply their power, also known as their sub-powers. A character with a bunch of gadgets can list what his gadgets do. An element bender can list their various techniques, and magic users (even if they don't use spells) make a spell list. Since your powers are based on emotion, then you already have most of the work done. You just need a list of emotions and what magical feat she can do while she is feeling that emotion. You list three emotions right now, so if you added more you would quickly have something resembling a spell list. I dare you to get nine. That would be interesting to see.

But yeah, "anything" is a word we pretty much never want to use in a power description.
