Other Traits:===POWERS===
Powers:Ghostly Physiology
Dani's ghost half tends to come in handy in plenty of ways. It gives her access to levitation, flight (at up to 50 mph if she really puts on the gas), intangibility (although this requires concentration and is impractical in combat), invisibility (she bends the light spectrum around her and something she is in contact with, creating the illusion of invisibility), and the ability to turn her legs into a spectral ghostly-tail. This is difficult to maintain a hold of and allows her to escape different types of traps. Dani does not need to be in her ghost form to turn invisible or intangible.
Ghostly Strength
In her ghostly form, Dani can lift up to around 600 lbs. Additionally she gains a bit of an endurance spike. This allows her to take a shot and go through one or two walls and still be able to get back up.
Transformation
At will, Dani can change from her ghost from to her human form and vice versa. This is done through focusing energy and requires little concentration. This transformation can be halted through technology or magic to keep her in her more vulnerable human form. The transformation involves a white ring forming around her stomach and breaking into two, which will then move over her body and transforming her. It also comes with a corny battle cry. "Going Ghost!"
Energy Projection
This power manifests itself in several different ways. Because she is only half-ghost, Dani draws her energy from a finite pool of ecto-energy. If she runs out of energy, she will revert to her more vulnerable human form. There are three forms in which this energy can manifest itself, which is as a low power concussive energy beam, a slightly more powerful eye beam, and an extremely dangerous shout which she refers to as a Ghostly Wail. The Ghostly Wail will consume the remaining ecto-energy she has remaining, causing her to revert and be unable to transform for the next 10 hours. The Ghostly Wail itself will encompass everything in her line of sight and has enough force to move cars rather easily. However, she has not had this power long and can only maintain it for about 10 seconds. Ecto-Energy is supernatural, and thus falls under the category of 'magic'.

Decent Singer
Weaknesses:Human-Half
In her human form, Dani is far more vulnerable. She loses access to her energy projection, flight, and ghostly tail. Additionally she loses some of her ghostly strength and speed.
Magic/Science
Both of these are capable of freezing Dani in her human-form if they are built to do so or if the magic is able to adapt to her.

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: Jackson Rhine (father), Leah Rhine (Mother)
Place of Origin: A small city in Wisconsin
Current City: Jump City
History:Dani's parents were, initially, self-proclaimed ghost experts. They devoted much of their time to their daughter and their research on ghosts. This lead to an obsession that Dani herself was very ashamed of for them. So much so that she began to loathe ghosts. Something would have to be done about this unhealthy obsession.
As her parents slept, she snuck to their lab and tampered with their research. She wanted to do something. Anything to make all the mindless stupidity stop. Instead there was a gigantic explosion, which caused her to be covered in ectoplasm. Through ingestion and inhalation of the fumes, it altered her cells and DNA, turning her into a half-ghost hybrid. Upon waking up, she saw her parents being hurried out of the house by authorities as they searched the apartment. Despite her best efforts, no one could see her and her parents sobbed away at the loss of their daughter.
Just as Dani began to worry she was dead, she looked down at her hands and only saw a faded outline. She was completely invisible. And even floating. She didn't know what she had become and in her fear, she hid. Slowly she began to gain control of her powers, and even learned to transform back into her old self. With no body found, the authorities had no choice but to name the 11 year old girl dead. Dani became one of the few people to attend her own funeral. She wanted to console her parents, to let her know she was alive, but she couldn't. She was so worried how they'd react to her new abilities. Would they love her regardless? Would they shun her as a freak? Would they take her and experiment on her? In the end, she couldn't face the truth and flew away from her little home in Wisconsin.
Making her way to Jump City, she spent a few years there, slowly mastering her new powers over the course of 5 long years, adopting a new name and life. She now lives in the top of what is supposedly a haunted building. They're only half right.
Sample RPDani woke shakily and looked around her new apartment. It was bland, boring, and had a terrible draft. She hated mornings, more than anything in the world.
"Alright. New day. I have to try this again." Standing up, she watched the familiar white rings overtake her body as she transformed into the thing her family hated most, a ghost. Looking down at her glowing green hands, she sighed. She'd set up targets. Cardboard bedsheet ghosts. Holding forward her open hand, she forced herself to concentrate.
"Come on...work..." she muttered, managing a blast of energy that barely hit the target, bouncing right off it and disappearing. "Damn..." The 14 year old half-ghost muttered, glaring at it.
"Why can't i break you?!" She yelled at the target, her hands glowing under her rage.
Under her rage, she took a swing at the target, creating a larger blast from her hand and shooting it straight off the stick it was mounted on and right across the room, shattering on the wall.
"I did it." She muttered, barely able to believe it.
"Holy crap I did it!" Then she looked at the clock. It wasn't Sunday anymore. And she was late for school.
"Oh son of a..." She muttered, disappearing straight through the floor.
