Sword Arts:Heart-Stopping Punch- Lefray’s arm glows. He moves so fast that most players can’t even see him and delivers a punch to the opponent’s chest. A stream of brilliant light is seen shooting out the opponent’s back after the punch is delivered.
One Hundred Hands- both of Lefray’s arms glow and he delivers one hundred punches within two seconds. Each punch is weak, but together they can destroy an enemy’s HP.
Equipment/Items:Lefray carries no weapons or equipment. He wears simple clothing with no defensive value. His body is his weapon, which he sees as the most honorable way to fight. This allows him greater speed and flexibility than other players.
Personality:Lefray is quiet, proud, and arrogant. His odd choice of carrying no weapons or armor is a testament to his arrogance. He is usually a loner, due partially to the fact that he is marked as a Player Killer, but he will join a party for a short time if he is asked. He has no forgiveness for Player Killers (other than himself, of course) and thinks it is his job to punish them with death in order to keep the good players alive.
History:Richard always hated living in the modern age. He saw the advancement of technology as the spreading of chaos throughout the world. He hated the ideas of guns, bombs, chemical warfare and similar things. Oddly enough, it wasn’t the violence that he hated. Violence, he believed, was simply a part of human nature. What he really hated about the modern age was the lack of honor. The age of ‘honorable combat,’ when a warrior fought with his own strength instead of machines, was according to Richard the age of perfection.
Despite his hatred for the advancement of technology, Richard did play video games from time to time. When he heard about Sword Art Online, he couldn’t wait to get his hands on it. Finally, he could see the world of his dreams, where muscle, skill, and steel ruled supreme. He bought the game and logged in on day one.
Soon after learning that nobody could leave Sword Art Online, Richard (now identifying himself as Lefray) was witness as one player killed another in an argument. Immediately afterwards, the player killer ran away and escaped Lefray's reach. A few days later, after his crystal had turned green again, the PK'er lamented and returned, begging Lefray for forgiveness. Lefray told him that the guilty needed to pay the price. And besides, the people stuck in the game couldn’t waste time guarding prisoners. Lefray killed the player killer, becoming one himself, as well as (so he believes) an agent of retribution. Although this took place far away from the Town of Beginnings, Lefray’s avatar has been marked a Player Killer.
