This power he has to make eye contact if want he wants them to make see was darkest fears from the surface of the conscious mind to the subconscious part of brain meaning the stuff what nightmare are made out when he sleep as if they are very real but they this just an illusion. Reaction can different depending on the person one thing for certain most people it make act in a rash which can give Nickcca a quick upper hand while he has to do what he need to knock them down or get info out of them if not acting jibbing children as after effect. (side note: this will three rounds of eye contact for it to take effect)

side note: if eye contact breaks during before he is able to make then see thing he do it all over again until he succeeded. Also if breaks it during the effect takes place it only last for 2 posts before they regain their mind it maybe take sorter or longer depending on other mental discipline.

Nickcca can do multiple sing like make a blade or armour out of shadow he even travel in them. He do all this without uttering spells due his was modified to link his powers to his mind he can do at all or without warning but due lack of training on his side there only so much he can do and so far he can travel . With the right training he can become master of shadows. Nickcca can use normal shadows to make form a small pocket knife to a two handed scythe his signature form for this power which can which it. He also use to make skin tight armor around his body, wall or shields amount the size of 20 inch wide circle. It does take a good 7 strong hits like force of car being throw are him by spider man as lighter hits about 14 normal punches before breaking forum. Even he easily summon a new one his drain his energy can drain if over used to much over a long amount of time.

This is his specialty Tracking his target he use his own technique call "the way of the nightmarian" which use all heighten vampire scenes to track down his targets and put up to maxim limit to track them down. Personality:
Nickcca really does not have much about him really he mostly does not talk there always a look of fear in his eyes. He find it hard to trust anyone since he only people he ever knows where scientist and people who trained him and punish him for anything he did wrong. To even go near him is risky since he will attack anyone who he think are a danger to him and run away or even in some cases kill. He not he bad kid he does understand right form wrong or even what T.V is all his life was spent in the labs.

Due to the painful and mentally harmful punishments he went trough he has a split personality other side is sadly unreasonable and highly prone to deadly and violent nature. This is triggered by him feeling extremely freighted or angered this well face you head and well not hold back he give all his strength and speed which turns him into a most deadly operant. But lucky when he switches he becomes reckless as as well he ignores pain which can make him extremely venerable since this side he knows no limit. This also makes a good time to attack form behind or trap him. Unlike his true self when he calm and collected, he will take no risks and only attack if feels he come out of it unharmed or know he will win or get the which makes true side is still as deadly as his psychotic side but the thing is he can be reason with him when he claim.

But little did it some who make project N,X a go this company wanted to the best solider/assassin there is and strong to kill the best killers out there. This they not used sincince they blood of the most some pretty strong vampires and turn into one genetically modified sperm there is but no women was ever to bare a child but this lady Mira some managed it. This only due to fact he human with psychic powers that can read and use fears and she very in tuned shadow magic

This in turn when the company found out what she is and can do they happy this meant this wont just a half vampire with already vampire powers but he look he might turn to be psychic and in tune with the magic. But sadly when the Nickcca was born his mother was murdered by company and took the baby into the labs for testing, modifying and training him. During Nickcca's years in the lab the way they did horrible things to him every time he failed training and modifying him more in painfully was to make him into the prefect killer. No show this poor lad kindness ever and as he just turned 12 he mind broke and this how his other personality was born he flipped and he used every bit of own power and strength to break out killing anyone who got in his way making a bloodbath as escaped but not before having a scar made under his left eye by a silver dust bullet.

You're going to need to explain more about the nightmare powers and it's needs to be very clear. It's not something that works well in my experience.

He also can't have any guns, anything he has must be limited and accounted for.

If he can continually summon his armor the shadows will have to be weaker, also, if it's magic,'call it magic in the title.

Henhas too many powers under the premise of being a vampire. His strength and speed are definately at super human level so they count as sub powers. Along with his healing and senses, that's about 4-5 sub powers. You can have two.

His illusions are psychic. Other people can't see them right? You also need to change the word 'there' to 'three', if that's what you mean.

What does silver do to him?

Pistols don't come with 20 round clips, most don't get amor piercing rounds, no sniper rifle that can puncture tanks is small enough to simply carry around...not to mention anti tank rifles can't actually puncture modern tanks. Most the time when people refer to anti tank rifles they are referring to recoil-less rifles, these are actually bazookas.

Reduce the powers need a tlak his Vampire powers what hallowed and not got rid healing factor what as all ine sub power willing to get rid of more if necessary

for his first power, what about when they break eye contact?
Make his shadow armor weaker, since it is a power and has other uses it's max should be close to regular armor. How often can he make more?

for thew strength, use google to put it in pounds. The majority of members here are from the USA so thats that standard, you can keep the KG but put it in pounds somewhere. The upper limit of his strength is not enough to lift, nevermind throw, the average car.

Huge towers and trains should outright kill him, he has no durability.

As for the guns, you mispelled silencers, you misspell a lot of things but slicers is a pretty big difference.
