| "I'm just so happy! I could yank out yer intestines and strangle ya with em!" Sheogorath[size=25]===IDENTITY=== Full Name:SheogorathNickname(s):NoneCodename:SheogorathAlias(es):The Daedric Prince of Madness and Chaos, JyggalagAge:UnknownClassification:Daedric PrinceAffiliation: Chaotic Neutral===PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION=== Hair Color:WhiteEye Color:YellowHeight:5'6"Weight:135 lbsOther Traits: The whites of his eyes, like most Daedric Princes, are colored black instead.===POWERS=== Powers:Daedric PhysiologyDaedric Princes do not age. This a known fact between all of them that they have a permanent form that will never age. Additionally, each of them have a set ability level. Sheogorath himself has three times the speed and reflexes of the average human and is capable of lifting a ton with little to no effort. And with one hand! That's how you know it's cool! Additionally, all Daedra seem to have an ability to exist in the most dangerous of environments. Including inside a cloud of volcanic ash, the ocean floor, and even in the vacuum of space. However, due to the fact he isn't in his plane in the Shivering Isles, he can be killed like all mortals. However he will be resurrected in the Shivering Isles and unable to return to the realm he was killed in for the next 10 years.Reality AlterationSheogorath can alter the space and shape of the area around him, creating whatever he pleases from them. He cannot use them on mortal beings unless he is in his realm, the Shivering Isles. Instead he would have to use this to create weapons or summon his Dark Seducer and Golden Saint guardians. When the Golden Saint/Dark Seducer guard captain is summoned (And they of course cannot leave him! That would be ludicrous!) they can only exist on the plane of mortals for 3 minutes each and can only be summoned once per day. This power also allows him to open portals between dimensions, although he can only do so once per year. This is how he enters Jump City from the Shivering Isles. The issue with this power is as follows, it is only at its full potential in his realm, the Shivering Isles. Due to his current location, this power is mediocre at best. It only extends to morphing his cane into one of the weapons listed in Equipment or into something else (like a snake or a sword) and spawning his elite guards, which are shown in the spoiler below.Dark Seducer:- Spoiler:
Golden Saint:
- Spoiler:
Invulnerability Sheogorath can take incredible amounts of damage and shrug it off. He would likely be able to take a few punches from more powerful beings such as Juggernaut (if he existed here!)
Skills:
Very good with balance Cunning Manipulative Completely Bat-Crap Insane
Weaknesses:
Old Weaponry Due to the era he lives in, Sheogorath is immune to modern weaponry. Guns, Missiles and other such things are nothing to him because he will not acknowledge them. However, weapons such as swords, daggers, knives, crossbows, bows, staves and magic are completely lethal to him and he bears caution around them.
Insanity Due to his chronic insanity, Sheogorath is prone to agree to do things or enter agreements that would be seen as idiotic to most. This can pay off for him, or it can cause him to sorely regret his decision. But then he won't. No use crying over spilled wine. Well actually wine is pretty good. And expensive! It'd be a shame to spill it. Okay. I'll let you cry just this once. And only for 5 minutes and 24 seconds. Not a moment more! Or less!
Magic Dampening Sheogorath's entire being is made from Daedric Magic! That isn't unlike the magic of this dimension. If someone were immune to or dampened magic, that would make him very sad. Maybe even upset. But then again sadness isn't very fun. So he's probably get upset. Especially if you were to dispell his form! That would be rude!
Jyggalag The Daedric Prince of Order. So bleak. Bland! BORING, BORING BOOOOOORING! Jyggalag is Sheogorath's opposite, and every era he transforms into Jyggalag who wipes the Shivering Isles clean of his work in madness and makes him start ALL OVER AGAIN! Dumb. Just Dumb. The issue is that with every moment Sheogorath comes closer to transforming and thus gets slightly weaker and seems to age visually. This is almost immeasurable, and Sheogorath isn't set to transform again for quite a while. So no worries!
Passive Aggressive attitude Sheogorath prefers not to fight himself. It's more fun to watch others do it. While he will gladly defend himself, it's just grown tiresome over the eras. I'm sure you understand.
Equipment:
Wabbajack A staff that is hardly impressive. It has the ability to change any animal into another one. Although, what it turns into is anyone's guess! Even Sheogorath doesn't know!
The Gambolpuddy Glove While Sheogorath himself cannot wield this object, he is free to give it to whoever he sees fit. This glove while worn will give the wearer three times their usual strength, twice their usual speed, and twice their usual endurance. Unfortunately, this object will also halve the user's intelligence, luck, and willpower.
The Spear of Bitter Mercy Sheogorath can transform his cane into this weapon, or give it to someone else. It doesn't really matter. Everyone can have mercy. Or you can kill with it. It really doesn't matter. But that's half the fun of it. This spear is capable of creating a forcefield that will block ranged strikes, but the user must be able to continue twirling it to keep the forcefield up. Think of it as a lightsaber. That's more fun.
The Staff of Sheogorath The source of most of his powers, the staff of Sheogorath is transformed into his weapons usually. Or he can spawn them from the air to give them to someone. Usually he'll transform his cane into them though. It keeps him from misplacing them. However, if he does not have his cane, Sheogorath will refuse to use any of his weapons. It's not as fun to just make them. The staff itself does have one magical property to it. The gem on the top of it hides a switch which, when pressed, harnesses Sheogorath's magic to freeze time. While time is frozen, Sheogorath cannot move, just like everything around him. This serves to give him the ability to process information like no other being can.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Personality: I prefer to be the life of the party! Suffering from every form of insanity...well suffering is rather subjective. It's pretty fun really. You never know what you're going to do next! I once filled a pit with clouds to try and stop Jyggalag...or maybe it was clowns. But anyway it really started to smell so...well then it must have been clowns! Clouds don't smell. They taste of butter. And tears. Well anyway, it's pretty fun to be this spontaneous! Everyone should really be more like me. It'd be more fun that way.
Strengths:
Unpredictable Questionable Motives (at best)
Interests/Habits:
Cheese Intestines Chaos Madness in All Forms
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family Members: Haskiil (butler and servant) Place of Origin: The Shivering Isles Current City: Jump City History:
Sheogorath's time of creation is completely unknown. He does not even remotely remember the day he came into being, nor does he even remotely care. However, that's not to say Jyggalag does not. Jyggalag remembers quite well. Initially, Jyggalag was one of the most powerful of the daedric princes. It was clear to the others something would need to be done about him, as he'd eventually start to try and take over the other prince's realms, due to the fact that they did not meet his idea of 'order.' Due to this, the Princes gathered their power to transform Jyggalag into the 'blathering fool' known as Sheogorath. Once every era however, he'd be allowed to transform back, much to Sheogorath's dismay, to regain his control over the Shivering Isles, allowing him to mold it back to his idea of order...and cause Sheogorath to start all over, ruling a cold, dead realm.
Each time this happens, Sheogorath opens a portal to the Shivering Isles in a random location. Those brave enough, stupid enough, or crazy enough to enter would be welcomed. Anyone he deemed worthy would then become a citizen of the Shivering Isles. An insane citizen. With all of these loons in his realm, Sheogorath created two cities for two specific forms of insanity, which were his favorites. Mania and Dementia. The citizens of Mania lived in the capital, Bliss. While the citizens of Dementia lived in their own capital of Crucible. It was rather simple. Each would be ruled by their own Duke or Duchess while he, the Madgod, would take care of the more troubling tasks of the realm. Such as whether it should rain cheese today! Speaking of which, that needs taken care of. It's been a while since we've had a good cheddar storm.
ANYWAY, The Madgod did many things to occupy his time, including creating several artifacts such as Wabbajack, mostly for his own amusement. On occasion however, if someone did a good deed for him at his shrine, he would reward them with one of these Daedric Artifacts. Though usually these men were so insane that he'd have to explain in great detail what it did even after they'd just watched it happen.
Every year or so, the Madgod takes some time out of the Shivering Isles and goes on vacations. This can range from a different realm, timeline, era, dimension, or even someone's very mind! This time however, he's spun the bottle and it landed on Jump City. How fun! Lets see just how many people worship me here!

| I really like this application, mainly because it has the potential to truly display the Chaotic Neutral alignment (Which, as I've mentioned in the Alignment Guidelines, is an especially hard role to play), and you've effectively represented Sheogorath in the application. Madgod's blessings upon ye.
However, liking the application doesn't change that I can't approve it as is. There are some issues.
Your powers are fine, but none of your weaknesses are actual things that could help defeat Sheogorath. Insanity just means he can make rash decisions, being unable to affect people with magic immunity isn't really a weakness, turning into Jygallag over a very long time that isn't affecting him anytime soon is nowhere near effective enough, and being passive aggressive doesn't qualify as a weakness, either.
Give him some real weaknesses and we can see where this goes. | |

| I have included the fact that someone could dispell his form in the magical weakness. But give me a day and with any luck, I should be able to dig up a way to kill a Daedric prince. | |

| Don't approve this yet. I'm getting this feeling that maybe I shouldn't grab a character that's fully developed yet. =/ | |
