HISTORY
Place of Origin: Cerulean City, Kanto Region
Bio: Ro was born to a well off family just outside Cerulean City. Father, a former successful trainer and current owner of a fishing lake where they hold fishing competitions and boat races, and Mother, heir to the Scarbrough fortune and scientist working on a number of projects, were both very accepting and supporting of their two boys to go out on their own journeys.
When Ro’s older brother Max headed out on his journey, they all knew he was going to be successful. Some of Ro’s most exciting times were when he’d check the mail to see if Max had sent another letter about how he defeated the Pewter Gym or maybe captured a new exotic pokemon!
Years passed and it was finally Ro’s turn! He set out on his own journey making his way to Vermillion City when he discovered a weak and defeated Krabby that was just a bit to small and that had a crack in its shell. Feeling sorry for it, Ro carried it back to Cerulean to nurse it back to health. Months went by and the Krabby improved and the two bonded. When it was time for it to be sent back out to the world however, Krabby wanted to stay with Ro. This is how Ro got his first and favorite pokemon.
Ro decided to train in the Cerulean Gym so that he could learn how to properly work with his new Krabby. It was here that he learned of his love of Water Type Pokemon. His new goal is, not only to ‘be the very best like no one ever was’, but also to become such a powerful trainer that he’d be able to come back and defeat the very best of the Cerulean Gym and perhaps one day, become a Water Gym Leader himself.

Personality: Krabby is nice to nearly everyone he meets unless they are mean to him first. The formerly forlorn pokemon is now very enthusiastic in just about everything that he does. If someone makes him mad, though, he’ll vicegrip the #@*! out of them. Truth.

HISTORY
Place of Origin: Between Cerulean and Vermillion City
Bio: Krabby was the runt of the litter of a small family that lived along the river. They were generally happy although Krabby’s brothers and sisters would often pick on him. One day a cruel trainer came by to train his various electric type pokemon. As he attacked, he went too far, continuing to attack Krabby’s family after they’d faint. Once the trainer left, Krabby found out that he was the only one left and he had a new crack in his shell.
He would have laid there and died if Ro hadn’t found him and healed him. He saved his life.
