===POWERS===
Powers: Energy Manipulation: Energy Vampire's Bestfriend! It comes with 2 perks! A)Energy Absorption: Kristoff, being an Energy Vampire, has the ability to absorb most types of energy as long as they consist in some sort of wave, current, or beam. B)Healing Factor: Using his Energy Absorption power, he can heal himself from certain injuries as long at they aren't extremely grave, such as minor gunshot wounds, broken bones. The amount of energy needed to heal changes depending on the size of the wound. Also, he heals at a moderately fast rate, small cuts healing in 30 seconds while gashes and other large wounds heal in 15 minutes, if he chose to heal completely.
Red Lightning: Kris is able to manipulate the Energy in his body into a weapon, he is able to create an aura of Red Lightning around himself that gives him a power boost, increasing his speed and strength, while adding an electric side effect to any of his hand to hand attacks. He can also project lightning bolts for a ranged attack. The Red Lightning Aura only lasts about thirty minutes before Kris has to recharge, which can vary from 5 minutes to an hour, depending on what type of energy he's absorbing to recharge. A)Power Boost: Kris gets the ability to do quick dashes, almost seeming to teleport, within a 10 foot radius, he also gains massive strength boosts to the point where he can throw punches with 1 ton of force. B)Lightning Bolt: Kris gets the ability to throw lightning bolts 50,000 Volts.
Guild Training: Being trained by an Assassin Guild has it's perks! Not to mention Kris was built to kill. Kris has 3 abilities that were gained from this. A)Martial Arts: Kris was trained from a young age in hand to hand combat, and he has become a master at various forms of martial arts. Combine that with his street fight mentality and you have a very formidable opponent. B)Agility: Kris is very agile, he can run and jump to the level of an Olympic athlete, He's also a master at parkour, he's even gotten to the point where he can do all this in Skinny jeans. C)Stealth: An Assassin's best friend, Kris is able to blend into shadows and blend into crowds with extreme ease. Even a second without sight on him and you could lose him for good.
===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===
Likes: Punk Rock, stealing, lock picking, and just screwing around.
Dislikes: Pop music, rap, cops, villains, heroes, and people that always get in his way.
Strengths: He can fight with almost any weapon, can blend in with darkness with much ease, and his slender body type makes him hard to grab. Due to his extensive training with The Guild, Kris also is a very talented Martial Artist.
Weaknesses: He can be hotheaded, doesn't trust people, and is an insomniac. He, being an Energy Vampire, needs to drain energy to survive. He is able to be hurt by ice attacks, cold being an absence of energy. Also he is very close to being a human, his anatomy is the same, so he has the same weaknesses as any human, only difference is he can heal faster. This brings us to the fact Kris needs energy to heal, if he has little energy and a large wound, he can't heal.
Skills: He is a highly skilled thief, fighter, and extremely stealthy. He also is extremely perceptive, able to pick up most things that other people tend to overlook.
Equipment: Lock picks, bronze knuckles, smoke bombs, and daggers. He also has a bo staff like that of Robin's and two laser-bladed katanas, one red and one blue, as well as 4 laser bladed daggers. He has two guns, a 9MM Colt pistol and an AK-47.

Habits/Quirks: He fidgets with his hands when nervous and when ever he sees a lock he is compelled to try and open it.
Personality: Kris is considered a rogue, he doesn't seem compelled by a moral compass most times, more so by a paycheck. But he IS a very loyal friend and will fight for his friends. He is a very sarcastic kid and can be a smart *#& at times, well almost all the time. On missions he is deadly serious and will not have mercy on those in his way.
===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===
Family: Veronika Makarov- Mother (Status Unknown) Place of Origin: Atlantic City, New Jersey. Current City: Jump City History: Kristoff Dmitri Makarov grew up poor with no family, sleeping under the boardwalk. When the shops would close he would break in and take basic essentials such as food, water, and clothes. One day, when he was 10, he was caught by the cops and he ran into an alley where he was confronted by 3 mysterious men who said they were watching him for a long time. They took him to a warehouse where, for 4 years, he was trained to be a killer and told to carry out assassination missions. When he was 15 he realized that what he had came to know as "The Guild" was corrupt and evil now. He led a small rebellion to fight The Guild, but they were severely out numbered and out gunned. After a year of fighting the rebellion scattered, being hunted by the members they once called brothers and sisters. Kris now works as a freelance assassin and mercenary, he still wears his resistance outfit on all his missions as a way to honor those who fell. Now, close to his 17th birthday, Kris is moving to the metropolis known as Jump City, what he hopes to find he doesn't know, but what he does know is that The Guild will always be right behind him.
Sample RP: Kris watched the groups of Guild Members march by from the shadows, "We're clear, move out." He and 5 other members of his resistance carefully ran across the clearing, each holding an AK-47. They stopped in front of the armory, Kris put his hand on the electronic lock, "Get ready, as soon as this door opens, we're gonna be sitting ducks." He drained the lock and opened the door, which triggered the alarm. Within minutes, at least 50 highly trained assassins with various fire arms. Kris looked around and began firing, signaling his 5 others to begin firing. within the span of 10 minutes, all the other resistance members laid dead and Kris was surrounded. He looked at them and pulled out his laser katana, lunging at them, he was shot multiple times, but all of them laid dead. Kris grimaced and limped to a bundle of broken wires and grabbed them, absorbing the electrical currents energy to heal himself. He placed the explosive charges at strategic locations and ran out, blowing them. This was normal for minor victories, almost every last one was a suicide mission.
Notes: He releases energy in the same way humans do such as running, fighting, working out. If he doesn't release energy, he gets extremely hyper because of the small yet endless stream of solar energy. He can also use the Red Lightning Aura until death, with him giving off too much energy.

| First, how fast can he heal, how much energy is needed to do so? Does he always start a thread with a certain amount? Can be release the energy, ECT.
As for weaknesses, he needs battle effective ones, I'd suggest one weakness to be extreme cold ice beams and such. Another could be a max amount of energy or a certain kind he can't deal with. | |

It also needs the following corrections: -How much of an increase is his strength and speed? -How much power is in the electrical side affect? Watts n stuff -How big are the lightning bolts? -How much power are in the lightning bolts? -How much distance can the lightning bolts cover? | |
