===POWERS===

Powers: Suiken has a superhuman marksmanship, and is able to hit a bulls eye with her kunai and pistol from about a mile away.

Suiken also can also emit a sonic scream, able to send foes off their feet. It is not at a high enough pitch to pop someone’s eye balls, but heavier foes will be at least put down to a knee.

Sui has a robotic eye that glows a light blue all the time, and it allows her inferred vision.

Lastly, her arm is made out of a highly resistant alloy that is very durable, and allows her to punch though a brick wall with no pain or scratches and slice though opponents when it is a blade. Her internal organs and bones are also encased in the alloy, making her more durable. Her mechanical parts are durable enough to be shot by most firearms without dents, and most magical attacks won't destroy them. Only her arm is external however, so she cannot really use this ability with her other enhancements to her throat, eye, bones and organs.

Skills:
Masterful with throwing Kunai and at least intermediate at fighting up close with them.

Weaknesses: Suiken cannot scream if her mouth is gagged in any way that covers her tongue or top of her mouth. Her marksman ability does not work if she has nothing to throw, and her metal arm can be harmed by large bodies of water, but not small amounts such as a spilled glass. She also cannot drink lots of liquid because the inside of her mouth glows green and is completely robotic. Her arm also takes a little while to transform, so it is impractical for her to use during a battle situation. She is also still human, so she is mortal and anything that a human would be harmed by would harm her, with the exception of broken bones and organ failure.

Personality: She is a tough one, never backing down from a challenge unless she is sure that there is no possible way to come out victorious. She carefully studies those she meets, refusing to get close until she gets a feel for the person, asking one word questions to them until she feels like she can trust them, or at least feel like she can take them. When meeting friends, she is quite funny and carefree, and often going out of her way to make her friends lives a little easier. She acts a little goofy around her friends, sometimes acting stupid and looking dumb on accident.

History: Suiken was born in a factory to become the cyborg of their military’s dreams. She was implanted with many, many different parts, replacing an eye with a robotic one, inserting chips into her brain to make her aim better and obey, and a sleek, white robotic arm with a blue after glow so that she wouldn't be completely defenseless up close. She was the perfect soldier, until a fateful event occurred. She was being told to attack a rogue meta human lurking about. She found him, and shot him twice. She walked over to inspect the body as her superiors told her; she heard a beeping noise too faint for her ear piece to pick up. The man exploded, along with his base off operations. He was clever, but she survived, and the memories of her past life suddenly flew back into her newly liberated brain; the explosion caused a malfunction in the chip that was forcing her mind. She ran away, and just kept running until she reached a town; Jump city. She started working with the wrong people in order to stay alive. She had a lot more living to do, and she intended to make every second mean something.
