Powers:
•Aerokinesis: Tara has the ability to manipulate the air molecules around her to do her bidding. Although she can manipulate the actual air the thing that she can't manipulate about it is the temperature of it. She can manipulate the air to do multiple things such as creating strong bursts of air. Tara mainly uses her air control as ways to travel. The things she can do include, but are not limited to:
  • Air Shield: She can form an air shield in front of her which is made of circulating air. This shield can be used to protect herself from small items such as bullets, although the bigger the object the better chance it has of breaking through. Objects moving at high speeds have a chance of getting through as well
  • Air Blast: A more offensive move involving a direct pulse or jet of almost solid wind from the hands or feet. The force of the attack is generated from her own power, which at her age isn't very strong but will be more than enough to knock the average person back
  • Air Bubble: Tara has the ability to form an air bubble to surround her body which will give her a supply of air in normally unbreathable environments. She can control how much of her they cover as well, so she could just cover her head to dive underwater
  • Breath of wind: Very similar to the standard air blast, but created from the mouth and lungs. It requires extremely good breath control to employ effectively. Size and focus is more easily controlled but it takes more energy to use.
  • Enhanced speed: Tara can use her air control to enhance her speed, by decreasing air resistance around herself. She can also sprint across or run up vertical surfaces by generating a wind current behind herself athough this isn't a sustainable use and only lasts a few seconds but can be used sevral times.
  • Air spout: Tara has the ability to rotate and control the direction of the air spout enough to levitate herself off the ground and remain in the air for as long as they wish to or can maintain it, she can usually maintain it with ease for around 5 minutes
  • Flight: Tara has the ability to manipulate the air around herself to propel herself through the air for extended periods of time, though this technique is very draining for her so she prefers to run


•Geokinesis: Tara has the ability to control the ground that surrounds her. Due to the sheer amount of it that is around at all times it is one of the elements she uses the most in battle, but she mainly uses her control over earth for defence although she has a few moves which could be used offensively. These abilities include, but are not limited to:
  • Earth and stone levitation: Her most common attack involves levitating nearby pieces of earth and stone of numerous sizes and propelling them at foes with punching or kicking motions.
  • Rock shield: A levitated slab of rock can also double as a shield when positioned in front of her. This can also be performed with a slab or sheet of bedrock thrust out of the earth's surface.
  • Earth Wall: She also has the ability to bring up a wall of earth which sometimes will help to block some larger attacks that her air shield won't stop, although the wall takes a longer time to bring up in which time the attack could hit her. She also uses this if she wants to build structures.
  • Earth Column: Tara has the ability to bring a giant column of earth out of the ground. She uses this ability mainly to increase her jumping height and hardly uses it because it takes more effort to bring up such a big amount of earth at once.
  • Rock Hanging: Tara has the ability to dig her hand into any piece of earth and just simply hold on. This comes in handy if she's wants to climb walls made of rock so she can simply dig her hands and feet in and climb
  • Earth Armour: She has the ability to bring the earth up to surround herself which provides her with great defencive abilities. The downside of this is that while surrounded by the earth she cannot use any other element and cannot control any other earth until removing the armour.


•Hydrokinesis: Hydrokinesis is the ability to manipulate and control water. Unlike some other Hydrokinetics Tara cannot generate her own water, instead she has to rely on already existing bodies of water to control and she cannot pull water out of thin air. Due to not always having water around this is one of her less frequently used techinques, using her control over it more for fun in her spare time. Some of her techniques include, but are not limited to
  • Water jets: High pressure jets can be used to force opponents back or even blast clean through a target if focused enough. Water jets are primarily used if she has the intent of severely hurting her target, but mostly replies on her other powers.
  • Waves: By moving a large mass of water without separating it from its original source, she can create waves of nearly any size. She does this by using an upward movement that raises the source, which she then sends away in her desired direction. This can be used to sweep opponents away or even as a form of transport, with the her surfing on the crest of the wave. This same process can be used to propel waterborne crafts
  • Water bullet: The water bullet is a move where she controlls a large amount of water and sends it in a forceful blow towards their target. It is similar to a water jet, but it's more for a quick use since the jet takes more concentration.
  • Water walls/water shields: Water can be molded into a variety of shapes and can be used to deflect an attack, trap opponents in a viscous body, reshaped and propelled at attackers before they can recover. Although she prefers to use earth for shield because the solidness of the water against strong attacks cannot be guaranteed.
  • Water pressure manipulation: She is also able to manipulate water pressure, allowing her techniques to grasp other objects or cut through without simply parting around them. Since water is high-incompressible, it can be used as a semi-solid while being able to move and flow like a liquid. Water can be pressurized to such a level where it can slice through metal. She can also use this to avoid sinking in water, effectively allowing her to walk on water.
  • Waterspout: This high-level technique involves controlling a whirlpool-like pillar of water as a weapon, rotating it and directing its movements at the same time. She can keep this up for about the same time as the air spout.
  • Liquid control: While she generally sticks to water Tara is able to manipulate almost any liquid that is around her, this generally aids her when doing some pretty useless things, like if she spills a drink over herself or wants to make it spray over someone else.


•Pyrokinesis: The ability to generate and manipulate fire. 9 times out of 10 this is the power that she will use for offence because she can generate it so she doesn't have to worry about it not being available. Because she mainly uses this power for simple attacks she doesn't have many fancy attacks.
  • Fireballs: A basic ability; jabs and punches produce miniature fireballs and missiles of flame. These can be charged up to create larger, slower bursts, or swift repetitive strikes to keep opponents off balance
  • Fire streams: Another basic pyrokinesis ability, she can shoot continuous streams of fire from her fingertips, fists, palms, or legs. These streams can be widened to create flame-thrower like techniques.


Skills:
When it comes to hand to hand combat Tara will openly admit that she isn't the best there is but she is more than able to handle herself against a regular person. Another "skill" is that she has a bottom less stomach, she can seem to eat and eat and not get full and she has no idea why that is. She is also pretty good at sneaking around, not as good as any of the Bat-family but in her own right she isn't that bad

Weaknesses:
•Humanity: While Tara has power over the elements she is still human and is just as vulnerable as any random person you see in the streets, she has no sort of enhanced durability or any kind of immunity to diseases. She needs to eat, sleep and gets tired just like anyone else does.

•Better opponents: Even though she has good control over the elements she is by no means the best around when it comes to controlling them. There are other meta-humans out there who can controll each element that have much better contol over it than she does, the only difference is she can control them all while most controll one or two

•Other material: There are some materials in this world that she cannot control, these include things such as metal, wood, plastic etc. If she was to be trapped in cages made out of these materials she would be pretty much trapped, except for a wooden cage.

•Dual control: Tara has had experience using her powers separately but she has trouble using more than one at once. While she can use more than one at a time it takes more concentration and she has less controll while using more than one of them

•Electricity: While controlling water Tara is especially vulnerable to electricity. Because the water conducts the electricity then it will find its way back to Tara easily and if it hits her then the results could be fatal for her.

Equipment:
Tara doesn't really carry much around with her. She may carry her iPod with her while she's walking around the city but if she knows she's going to get into a fight then she leaves pretty much everything behind so that there's nothing weighing her down or holding her back.

===PSYCHOLOGICAL PROFILE===


Personality:
Tara is fiery, hot-headed, and pugnacious. She is tough and assertive but can sometimes be impatient, headstrong and sarcastic. Her immaturity and lack of forethought often lead her to disrespect those around her

Strengths:
Tara is a very loyal person, once she has made friends with someone she will do anything to defend that person whether it be physically or mentally.

Interests/Habits:
Tara doesn't rally have any bad habits that are worth noting but she does have a keen interest in music, listening not actually playing though

===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===

Place of Origin: Star City

History:
17 years ago in another realm the Gods had a talk. The Gods that were involved were the God of Earth Terrus, the God of fire Vulcan, the God of the seas and water Neptune and the Gods of wind known as the Venti. These Gods got together to talk about how their elements were abused in a different realm on the planet known as Earth. After a lengthy discussion they decided something needed to be done and after seeing the success that the other Gods had with Wonder Woman they came to the decision to put te control over the four elements in one body, although they would limit what the person could do as to stop the power going to that persons head. After collecting their abilities together they searched the Earth for a pure couple who they felt could be entrusted to bring up a child with such power. After finding the right people they appeared to the couple and explained their plan to them before placing the power into the unborn child. Before disappearing they gave the couple basic knowledge on how to train the child to control the powers.

When the child was born the couple spent as much time having fun as they could because they knew in the not too distant future they would begin training. At the age of five they decided to explain to the child what she could do and begin training her in how to control her powers but also making sure to teach her not to get too arrogant and to keep her feet on the ground. They decided to train her one element at a time so she wouldn't be overwhelmed.

At the age of 17 she decided to set out to see if she could stop the abuse of elements the Gods spoke of. At first she had no idea where to go but then she heard about Jump City, a place where teen heroes and villains were in no short number and she knew that was the perfect place to start

Very Avatar-ish. I like it. There are still a few questions that need to be answered, however.

How many rocks can she lift at once? What is the heaviest rock she can lift? Can she bend metal?

She can’t wipe out the world with a massive tidal wave. What is the tallest wave she can make?

Since this is Avatar-ish, can she make ice and control it? Or does it have to be liquid water?

She can’t wipe out Jump City with a fireball. What is the biggest fireball she can make? Can she create electricity?

If it's not listed she can't control it. I even listed in weaknesses she can't control metal.

She can lift quite a few rocks at once but the more she uses the less control she has over each one. As for heaviest I would say that the earth around is no problem but she's not gonna be able to lift the earth under buildings to lift the buildings up.

She can make waves of up to about 30 of 40 foot, though she mainly uses them for fun when she goes swimming because it's not the easiest move to use in battle

Fire balls range from a baseball size to about a football (soccer to americans)
