Powers: Able to upgrade his armor with new abilities. He doesn't do this often, and if so, just minor things such as flamethrowers.He likes his weapons to be based of of the Victorian era. His suit provides his abilities


Weaknesses: without his armor, he is just human, and can be harmed by anything that harms a regular human.

Likes: Victorian style, Steampunk


Dislikes: those who do not understand the form of steampunk


Strengths: creative mind that comes up with creative ways to fuse Victorian style items, with modern technology


Skills: great with a welding torch, metal working, electronics


Equipment: Copper plating that covers most of his body. In his left gauntlet is a retractable 2 foot in diameter motorized rotary saw.

Personality: A true technical genius, however, slightly crazy, as a mixture of the deaths of his parents, the later death of his grandfather, and his constant ridicule


===PERSONAL BACKGROUND===


Family: Mother and Father died in a car crash during his childhood. Deceased grandfather. No other known relatives
Place of Origin: Small nameless town in Vermont.
Current City: Jump City
History: When his parents passed away at the young age of 8, William left to live with his grandfather, Gordon. His grandfather was wealth, and lived in a mansion. They had a marvelous relationship, both sharing an avid love of steampunk, and dislike of the society that misunderstood them. Gordon had large amounts of equipment, and when he passed 12 years later, he left everything to William. William kept up his grandfather’s lifestyle. Only William was a bit insane, and took it to the next level. Humanity had to pay. Donning a copper mask and plating, William became steampunk. All of his schemes, as well as his minions, are based off of steampunk.


Sample RP: Humanity would pay. His grandfather was the only one who understood He held his left arm up. Out came a rod. From that rod spiraled a circular sawblade. They would all pay.

Wait, so if you can fuse or build weapons and stuff into your suit or otherwise, that goes under powers.

Ok now that you've done that, the description is too vague. I need to know what you can upgrade your armor with and it's limits? Wormhole generators or just things like lasers and such? How fast can you upgrade armor, can you do this anywhere at any time? Can you add organics to it like plants and such? Can you add any tech to your armor such as alien technology?
