Powertech Tower is the biggest building in all of Steel City and Powers likes to let everyone know it. The material of the building appears to be made of solid gold, now of course gold would make a horrible substance to design a structure of this magnitude with, but at the same time it is indeed a very expensive building made with rare material to get that golden sheen to it.

Inside are dozens upon dozens of floors filled with different people that are hired to keep Powers lucrative business deals a float. Kind of like an all day monitor for his investments, which Powers being a rich man is invested in a lot. However, in the basement of the building no one knows of the lab he has stored down there with multiple top secret experiments and advances in technology taking place 24/7. Also, on the top levels of the building where no one can hear you scream unless they're flying by a lot of wicked deeds are constantly taking place.

It has and will remain like this for a long time as long as Powers has all the security detail under his payroll constantly roaming the grounds of his structure like his own mini police force. On top of that the defense system is top notch with infrared detectors everywhere and security cameras in nearly every place that's not bolted down, plus in some places that aren't. Although, it's not like he couldn't have anybody who found out about his doings taken care of or paid off within the next hour of them gaining such information anyway.
