| Coming straight from the secure ward of Mineralmed Hospital, a van pulled up outside the famous Impel Down, as two workers stepped out, heading to the back of the van, the workers opened a door each before wheeling out a stretcher, the body tied down to it being that of Mike Stokes, who was out of it as he was pushed up the diagonal pathway into the building, the job of escorting Stokes to his cell being taken over by the guards. As a group began pushing Mike along the corridors of the asylum. A doctor taking down some medical notes like the pulse, opening an eye of Mike's and flashing his small pen torch inside, taking down more notes as he did, until eventually finishing. As the guards reached his cell, this one being in the max security unit, placing Mike upright as nurses and doctors now took over, attaching Mike up to life support, the best they could do to keep Mike breathing.

- Sitting up, Mike opened his eyes, a small moment of silence, actually a large moment of silence, as Stokes woke up in the middle of the road, Steel City, except...there was nothing, no cars on the streets, no pedestrians walking by, nothing. Mike gave a groan as he pushed himself back up to his feet, scratching the top of his head, he began walking down the empty road, glancing up at the tall buildings, so many windows, and the feeling of being watched, Mike took his time to observe the empty and silent city, walking around, getting to the end of the street, his mind would produce a sort of glitch as you would say, Mike being teleported up to the top of the building he faced, Mike had to push himself forward, almost falling off the edge, as Mike picked himself up, he looked about the city now from PowerTech towers, his thoughts were right, empty, Mike then remembered of the event before, some power used on him by a pair of Russians. Mike could only think that this was the outcome, being trapped inside his own head. Stokes watched the silent city, before raising his arms out to his side, he fell forward, off the top of PowerTech, but instead of the usual snap back to reality, his mind would once again glitch, as if Mike landed on the ground safe and sound. Mike gritted his teeth, before letting out a shout of rage. He wasn't going anyway.
