Kasumi was sitting at the airport, waiting for a plane to come and take her home. She had 12 hours before the next flight came in, so she was just waiting in the terminal, thinking about the events of the past few days.

------15 weeks later------

Kasumi or.. 'Hikari' as she was going by now, was laying on her couch, drinking some herbal tea. She had Brown hair with pink streaks. She had extremely light skin and sky blue eyes. She had on a high tech watch and a Pink and Purple shirt. Her communicator was sitting in her hands. Every few seconds she'd look down at it, almost compulsively. ... Wonder how things are going..

Xzuk was carrying 3 jewel thieves in a sound barrier to the Police station while thinking of Sumi. He hadn't heard from her in forever.

She rolled over on the couch and threw the communicator at the wall. It bounced off and landed with a soft thud. God... I give you my number... and yet you don't call me... 15 some odd weeks... and you don't call... Well fine... see if I care.. She stood up and stepped onto her balcony, staring out at the Tokyo streets. Hmm... tonight might be a good night for a race.

"You'd think she'd call at some point.... It's not like I've got free time..."

He looked at the almost completely repaired city and smiled. Then headed back for the new Titans Tower.

She hopped out of her balcony and landed on her feet, walking towards her garage. She pulled it open as she stared at her pride and joy. A Nissan Skyline GT-R fully equipped with 4 ports of direct nitrous, Z-tune aggressive Suspension system, Custom, lightweight body kit, and a special upgrade, that no one but her knew about. Across the drivers side was a large decal with the word. 'Wavelength' Written across in black and gold letters. She sat into the Driver's seat and pulled out, sitting in the middle of the street. She turned on her Police Scanner and turned on her I-pod, turning to the song, 'Heaven Is'. She shifted into second and drove out, heading for the shinkansen rail track.

(Is that the Heaven Is that I would know???)

Xzuk just got back to the tower and looked at HIS pride and joy.

A Gibson Les Paul quilted top black and gold Guitar with the word Fallen across the fretboard in black diamond.

It brought a tear to his eye just looking at it.

He cranked up his radio and stared at his communicator.
He would wait a half an hour before calling her.

She pulled up in a parking lot, a few blocks away from the bullet rail. She stepped out of her car. A few people, started shelling out bets, a few others looked pissed and drove off, but the last few ran up to her, looking at her car and grinning. Alright boys... who wants to lose some money tonight.. She looked up at an approaching, Nissan 350Z. A tall local kid stepped out of his car and looked at Hikari.

Yo wavelength.... when you gonna give up and give me that damn P.O.S you call a car.. Hikari smiled and sat down on the roof of her car.

Just give me a chance to take that 350... I need one more car to add to the Wavelength army... She smiled as everyone cleared out of the way, heading towards the roof of the parking lot. This is for you, Zuzu..

This is the longest half hour of my life... I feels like I've sat here forever...

About, 7 minutes later, Kasumi was drifting around the corner of a busy intersection. She was a few feet behind the 350, driver and she was pissed. She still had all of her Nitrous ports, but she couldn't use them. 350 had chosen a race that had no straightaways. She looked forward as 350 drifted around another corner, heading straight for the parking garage. She swung in behind him smiled.

Here it comes, Kai... your gonna love it! She shifted into 6th and, dashed forward, getting right behind 350. She drafted behind him, laughing as he made the drift too early. She slingshotted around him and blazed into the parking lot. She drifted up the parking lot, slowly. 350 was stuck a few feet behind Hikari as she pulled up to the roof, laughing.

Woo!!! People crowded around her car, laughing and smiling as 350 came up cursing and screaming. Send her over to my apartment.... you know where I live...

Ugh... 19 minutes to go.... To hell with it...

He dialed in Sumi.

"What happened to coming back?"

Kasumi reached down into her car when she heard a familiar, ring tone. 'The Book of Love, Peter Gabriel.' She sat down in the car and waved everyone off. She pulled out of the parking lot and pressed talk, on her HUD. Ohayo Gozaimasu...

Some Japanese chick? Um... oops...
