Vampirism: Garrett is a Nosferatu. He heals much quicker than a human, bullets are almost useless against him, and he can recover incredibly fast by drinking blood. But this power comes at a price. He loses most of his powers during the day, can be killed by sunlight, and burns like dry newspaper.

Schrecknet Access: Not so much a power as a privelige. The Nosferatu are renowned as spies among the vampiric underground, and Schrecknet is their most guarded secret. The Schrecknet database contains all the information that the Nosferatu have gathered. Anyone with Schrecknet clearance has full access to centuries of information from any computer with an internet connection.

H4x0rz: Garrett was trained by the Schrecknet Admin. There are few computers that he can't hack.

Personality
Generally sarcastic and cynical. Garrett has seen too much since he lost his humanity, and doesn't think there's anything left in this world that can surprise him. He is very wary of humans, and tries to keep detached. Garrett thinks of the superhero/supervillain crowd as naive simpletons who see everything in black and white, and never notice the gray areas.

Appearance
Like all Nosferatu, Garrett has a face that could make Ray Charles flinch. Yellow eyes, pointed ears, shark-like teeth and sickly gray skin make it almost impossible for him to operate in normal human society. Instead, he usually hides among the counterculture, and dresses to fit in. Black leather vest, pants, mask and boots, with a very visible shoulder holster for that cannon he carries. About 6'3" and freakishly thin.

History
Garrett grew up in the Los Angeles projects. From a young age, he was very agile and flexible, seemingly a natural gymnast. He decided that these talents would serve him better as a burglar. He lived rather comfortably off his ill-gotten gains until his late twenties, when he ran across the wrong crowd. His talents caught the eye of the local Nosferatu vampires, and they decided to recruit him. Thing Garrett knew, he was waking up in a run-down hotel, horribly disfigured by his transformation. Things went from bad to worse when the vampire Prince of L.A. decided to take him off the Nosferatu's hands. Garrett was recruited into a war that he hadn't even known existed, and spent the next year as a hatchetman for the prince, until the Nosferatu managed to contact him. During this time, his only comfort was Heather, a girl whose life he had saved. But shortly after his reunion with the Nos, a rival vampire sect kidnapped Heather. Garrett went to rescue her, but arrived just in time to see her killed. He doesn't quite remember what happened after that, but when he snapped out of it the building was on fire, and nothing identifiable was left of Heather's killers. Worried that he might lose control of his new puppet, the Prince had Garrett framed and called down a blood hunt on him. The plan backfired, and ended with the Princes Final Death, as a box of C4 took the top ten stories off his headquarters. Garrett has since rejoined Clan Nosferatu, but they still haven't forgiven him for breaking their oath of neutrality. In an effort to redeem himself, he has been deployed to Jump City to establish surveillance points for Schrecknet there. Garrett currently has no publicly known identity. Garrett Idle is missing and assumed dead, and his new face has a rap sheet as thick as a phone book.

Personality: Kasumi is a usually cheerful girl. She always tries to find the good in someone and will gladly give her life to save someone else’. She loves just sitting at a vantage point and watch as the city just moves on its own. She loves animals and can never make herself harm anyone past the point of incapacitation.

Powers: Kasumi is a mutant shapeshifter with the ability to psionically shift the formation of her biological cells at will to change her appearance and thereby assume the form of other humans. She can also alter her voice to duplicate exactly that of another person.
Her body is not limited to purely organic appearances. She has the ability to create the appearance of clothes out of her own body. Kasumi has the ability to transform a metallic part of her costume into a functioning blaster pistol. She can transform part of her body into a separated, clear and hard substance that appears to be glass.
As a side effect of this power, her natural aging process has been suppressed (if not completely halted), as she has retained her youthful appearance despite being alive for over one hundred years.
Damage to her biological tissue is known to heal at a relatively fast rate and she can form a resistance to poisons upon contracting them. Her powers grant her immunity to diseases, agelessness and enhanced agility.
Kasumi is a cunning strategist in terrorist and commando operations, and adept at martial arts and information technology. She has a talent for finding, stealing and understanding cutting edge weaponry. She is a talented actress. Kasumi has the power of telepathy, she could read and project thoughts over long distances control minds, subdue and tap into other's powers to affect people's memories, project mental illusions , project psychic waves (psywaves) and generate psi-bolts that could stun, injure, or kill others. She could also project her astral self, and the astral bodies of other people, into the astral plane. She could scan entire towns with her mind, and leaf through the psyches of the inhabitants of a city to learn of their condition or intentions. She could also probe individuals to check up on their status.

Kasumi can also use her telepathy to project a focused beam of directed psionic energy into a 'psycho-blast'. While the blast functioned much like a typical telepathic attack, it was also able to affect physical matter. As Kasumi grew more proficient at using her powers, she could use her telekinesis to reshape metal alloy into smaller metal projectiles. The most common usage of her powers was the manifestation of a "psychic knife," described as the focused totality of her psychic powers, which she often used to disrupt the neurons of her foes by driving the glowing "blade" of psionic energy into their heads Instead of her psychic knife, Kasumi began to manifest a telekinetic katana composed of raw psionic energy. At its lowest intensity her katana functions much like her psychic knife once did, short-circuiting the victim's nervous system on impact. At its highest level, the katana can slice through almost any physical matter. Kasumi’s control over the katana is such that she can slice an armored opponent and cut through the armor, but only leave her opponent dead or unconscious. Kasumi's telekinetic manifestations produce visible radiance in the physical world. She can use her psychic katana as a makeshift light source in areas of darkness. The katana can also affect beings that are more powerful than Kasumi herself.

History: 120 years ago, The Syndicate kidnapped the Kasumi's Mother. Her Mother had the power of Shape Shifting and they wanted to be able to clone the powers. They put her through strenuous tests before extracting ample amounts of her DNA. She was eventually rescued and the lab was destroyed. One vial of her DNA survived and was giving to a prestigious Geneticist, Doctor Kai Mayonaka. He carried the Vial all throughout his life before he met his first love, Elizabeth Braddock. Kai shared his experiments with Betsy and she was intrigued. Betsy agreed to be the host of the DNA. The Results were mixed. It had the expected result of creating another Shapeshifting Child. But an unwanted side affect was that the mutant had Betsy's powers as well. The child was born with Blue skin and a pink scar across her eye. She possessed all of her Mother’s memories and abilities… as well as her hosts. She was just trapped in a child’s body. Kai wished to call her Kasumi and give her his last name, but Betsy wanted to call the child Kytara and give her, Betsy's last name. She uses her 'fathers' name more frequently, because people seem to hate her if she uses her hosts. She spent 18 years training with her Host to gain more control over her powers. On her 18th birthday her mother had to go with the Justice League and she never came back. Kasumi left her father the next year going to San Francisco to learn more about her powers. She was refused Room and Board due to her Mother’s evil past. She was caught in a battle with the Reserve members of the league. She was near death when the Watch Tower called off the assault. She was dropped off on Alcatraz to lick her wounds and try to redeem herself, in the city's eyes.

Personality: He doesn't make the greatest first impression. When meeting new people he can seem very spiteful. His general reaction is to stay away from anyone. He often likes to keep to himself. He's silent, he has a serious temper, and half the time it's like he has migraine. However, while he might seem cold and distant, he's actually very sweet, honest, and a loyal friend. He's just shy (believe it or not) and tends to distrust first, which could or could not be related to his past. No one's really sure...

Appearance: James is about 5’6”. He’s incredibly pale and seems a little underweight. He has short, scruffy black hair with blonde streaks. His eyes are ice blue.
His superhero outfit consists of a black t-shirt, black legging/pants, and black knee boots that lace up. For everyday he wears a simple pair of jeans and combat boots. He is rarely seen without a silver locket around his neck.

History: James' mother died when he was about five leaving him with his ex-scientist, heroin addict of a father who was fired for his ‘experiments’. James was beaten and burned for three years until Mr. Winters decided that his son would make a perfect test subject. He proceeded with a series of injections of different chemicals and substances, studying the different reactions ever so gleefully. Finally, during one of his experiments James broke free, therefore disrupting the ‘test’ which caused the entire lab/house to go up in flames. His veins turned ice blue and he later discovered he could create and control an ice colored fire. He calls himself Lithium because it was the last thing his father ever used on him.

Personality: Alicia has a very closed in personality. Being alive for so many years has robbed her of her innocence and she shows little or no emotions. The only reason she's joined the titans is to spite her mother, the powerful sorceress (Morgan le Fay). She has a thing for animals and will constantly, stop what she's doing just to watch an animal go by.

Powers: Alicia le Fay possesses a natural affinity for magical forces which is a result of her half-faeries genetic structure. She also possesses a gifted intellect, and as a former pupil of Merlin, she possesses a great deal of magical lore, considered one of the greatest sorceresses in Earth's history. Alicia can also tap into and manipulate powerful magical energies for powerful feats of magic without having to tax upon her normal magical abilities, such as when she used the power of the Norn Stones and the Twilight Sword to restructure reality.

Beyond that, however, Alicia is virtually immortal. Her soul survived the physical death of her body, and she has even re-formed from the destruction of her astral form.

Kira has a few non-human characteristic too. her teeth are far sharper than any humans (even though they still look the same), her nails on her fingers and toes are naturally black and are so hard they could be considered claws however they are still in the human nail shape. Personality Description: Kira is a bit short but she makes up for her lack of height in her personality. she is a very bouncy and happy girl with some odd quirks that just make you love her more. often you'll find her sitting on the floor instead of the chairs as she finds it more comfy. she likes to eat anything meat-like in nature, her favorite food is steak. Kira is usually the first one up in the morning and the last one to bed at night, she's like a little energizer bunny, she just goes and goes and goes...

Uniform Description: Kira isn't a big fan of the tight spandex, she find it too restricting. instead Kira wears baggy dark brown cargo pants, a tan jacket that stops around her navel and which has dark brown patches on her shoulders. she wears gloves to protect the world from her nails, they have a tendency to cut through anything they just lightly scrape. Kira wears black combat boots which are great for the long periods of running she tends to do. Kira varies on what she wears for a shirt. sometimes she may wear a thin white t-shirt, other times she may wear a black V-neck. (see avi)

Description of powers: Kira is able to transform into a wolf as tall as a full grown man. this wolf is not normal however as it is far faster and stronger than an ordinary wolf. Kira in wolf form can still think as herself. Kira also has the ability to only partially transform. she can transform as much as she wants and can stop the process at any stage. when Kira is in human form she has a sense of smell slightly less than that of her wolf form, her eyesight is much clearer and so is her hearing. she also has reflexes far greater than a human.
